STARDUST Final challenge (Lights, Camera, Disney!)

James's POV

I clenched my suitcase as I walked out of my house. I took my phone out of my pocket with my free hand and scrolled threw my contacts to find Olivia's phone number.

"Hello?" I heard her ask. I heard people talking in the background.

"I'm on my way," I told Olivia.

"Oh good," She said over the phone. "There is a line of people ready to audition for this next roll."

"I'll be there in ten minutes," I said as I hung up and started running toward the bus stop. Today me and Olivia are trying to find people who will play the main character in our next movie. It's called a 'Not at First'. It's a romantic. And today we will be choosing the cast.

I arrived moments later at a tall building. I immediately ran inside the building and ran to the backroom where I saw Olivia sitting at a chair. "Let them in," I told Olivia as I straightened my tie and sat down in the chair, acting as if I've been there for hours. Olivia nodded and opened the door.

"We are ready," Olivia said as the first person in line walked in the room.

Lillian's POV

I waited in line with my script in hand. I was practically jumping up down I was so excited. I gripped the script in my hand that I have been rehearsing for weeks. I felt like Rapunzel when she finally left her tower. I smiled at the thought.

I waited hours in the hallway as I watched people come and go. Then—

"Next," I heard a woman call. A girl left the audition room and passed me on her way out. She seemed very confident. I took in a deep breath and walked in the room.

James's POV

A girl suddenly walked in the room. She had a light blond braid that draped neatly on her shoulder. The hairstyle reminded me of Elsa from Frozen.

"Hello," The girl said sweetly.

"Hello, and what is your name?" Olivia asked.

"My name Lillian, but you can call me Lilly," The girl said as she played with her braid.

"Well, hello Lilly. Whenever you're ready," Olivia said as she twirled her pen between her fingers.

The girl then nodded and began to recite the script. My eyes widened as the girl continued speaking.

She was phenomenal.

Lilly then finished speaking and smiled. She then turned to leave—

"You got the part," I said.

Olivia looked at me.

"What?" I asked.

"We were supposed to discuss that before we make a decision and everyone has auditioned," Olivia said.

"Well... She was the best one I've seen so... you got the part," I said facing Lilly.

"Really? Wow! Wait, really?" Lilly asked jumping up and down.

"Yes—"

"Thank you!" Lilly said as walked over to us. "So—"

"We'll give you a schedule tomorrow and such," Olivia said as she got up and left the room. Lilly nodded and opened the door.

"Thanks again, you won't be disappointed!" Lilly said cheerily as she walked out of the building.

Lillian's POV

"Sweet mother of monkey milk!" I yelled the second I got out of the building. I got the part. I screamed loudly with joy as I went to the bus station and went back to my apartment.

"Hakuna Matata, what a wonderful phrase!" I said as I walked into my apartment. "Kitties!" I called.

My two adorable kittens walked toward me and gave a cute meow. "Hello, Simba... Hello Nala," I said as my cats rubbed against my legs. I giggled and grabbed pet food from the cabinet.

After I fed the my cats I then started making myself a quesadilla. I grabbed a pan from my kitchen cabinet. Every time I held a pan, I remind myself of Rapunzel. I smirked and set the pan on the stove.

I then heard a buzz on my phone.

It was a text message from Ms. Olivia.

James's POV

"Alright everyone, today we are designing Ms. Lillian's costumes for the movie, so Lillian will be here shortly. Designers please set up your work stations," Olivia said as she paced the room. I smirked.

"You know who you remind me of?" I asked, still smirking.

Olivia glared at me. "Who?"

"Tiana from Princess and the Frog," I said. Olivia scoffed. "What? Think about it, you never take a break from work, calm down for a second," I said as I started laughing.

"I am not a workaholic," Olivia said as she paced the room.

I rolled my eyes while leaning back in my chair. I then heard someone walk into the room. It was Lilly.

"I'm here," Lilly said as she ran into the room with her purse in her hand.

"Awesome!" Olivia said as she walked by me. She glared at me as she walked by and then smiled as she looked at Lilly. "We'll call you back in a second, there's a chair over there if you want to sit."

"Okie dokie!" Lilly said as she walked over to a chair and sat down. She then opened her purse.

"Where's my comb..." She murmured. "Ooh, this will work."

She pulled out a fork.

She then hummed as she combed her hair with a fork.

"Little Mermaid, much?" I asked as I looked at her. Lilly looked at me.

"... Hakuna Matata," She said as she put the fork back in her purse. Olivia called her over, so Lilly got up and walked over to the designers.

Lillian's POV

Hours later, I was wearing a dress... I think it was a for a prom scene in the movie? I wasn't sure.

"I feel like a Disney Princess," I said twirling in the dress. The seamstress smiled as she set her pin cushion down on the table. I looked at the beautifully sewn dress. I smiled as I spun around in the dress once more. I looked up and saw James looking at me with a quirked eyebrow. "Whatever movie this is about, I like it!" I said as I continued spinning.

I heard James start laughing as he left the room.

James's POV

"What a peculiar person..." I said as I walked into another room and inspected everyone's workstations—

"Hello!"

I spun around and saw Lilly back in her casual clothing looking around the room. "I didn't hear you come in," I said.

Lilly giggled as she walked over to a window and looked out of it. "Have you ever hit your head and fell down a magical hole that made you go mad?" She asked randomly.

My face probably looked like the definition of confusion.

"Um... no?"

"Me neither," She said as she walked out of the room.

"Okay..." I said. Once I was alone in the room, I asked myself, "What just happened?"

Lillian's POV

I walked to my apartment and opened my front door to find my cats meowing at me. I smiled.

"Hello," I told them as I walked into my bedroom and collapsed onto my bed. "Tomorrow we start filming..." I whispered as I fell asleep.

4 years later...

"Yes!" I yelled as I ran up to the stage, careful not to trip over my dress. "Thanks everyone so much for this Oscar... it means a lot to me," I said gaping at the beautiful award in my hand.

I looked in the crown to see James and Olivia clapping in the audience. I won best actor. I smiled. "Holy mother of monkey milk!" I yelled.

The crowd started laughing while James facepalmed himself.

Me and James became good friends after working together for four years. Along with Olivia. We all meet up for morning coffee... run from fans... you know... famous life. I took my seat next to Olivia and watched as the next person took their award.

The weird narrator in every Disney movies' POV
