Let Me Heal You

Jotaro looked over at you, as blood dripped down his face slightly. "C'mon. I'm skipping school today." He said as he slung the male over his shoulder, and jumped out the window. "What about the nurse?" You questioned as you followed Jotaro. "She'll be fine with proper medical treatment. Now lets leave the rest to them." You nodded and left the school grounds.

The two of you soon returned to the Kujo residence, as Holly said "Jotaro is totally thinking about me right now at school!" as she hugged a picture of the boy. "Hey, Miss Holly." You waved. As she waved back Jotaro piped up, "I'm not thinking of you right now." Her eyes grew wide at the boy slung over his shoulder. "J-Jotaro! Wh-What about school? And who is that? H-He's covered in blood! D-Don't tell me... you and (Y/N) did that?"
"It's got nothing to do with you." Jotaro replied. "I need to talk to the old man, sucks having to look for him in such a huge house." Holly peered around the door as Jotaro continued walking, as you followed close behind. "I think hes in the tea room with Mr. Avdol." She blurted as she watched the two of us.

"Oi, are you feeling alright? You look a little pale this morning." He asked peering over his shoulder at Holly. Her eyes widened before she jumped up and threw a peace sign. "Yay! Fine Sanku!" The boy turned around and continued to the tea room. As you entered, you grabbed the tea and accessories, making room for Jotaro to set the red head down.

"Well, this is no good. It's too late for him. He's not going to make it. He'll die in the next few days. Jotaro, this isnt your fault." Joseph said as we all gazed down at the red head. "The reason this young man swore loyalty to Dio, is this!" The Old Man yelled as he parted the unconscious boys hair. "What is that?!" You practically yelled, as you watched a pink growth pulsate in the middle of his head. "That is a flesh bud, made of Dio's own cells. It connects to his brain. This tiny little flesh bud was implanted in his brain to influence his mind." Advol explained to the two of us. "In other words, that flesh bud is a controller that draws forth certain feelings. Charisma!  The feelings that make soldiers want to obey dictators! The feelings that make true believers follow a cult leader! This young man admired Dio and swore loyalty to him! Dio is a charismatic figure, which means he can sway others with his overwhelming powers of attraction. He used that to order this young man, called Kakyoin, to kill us." Joseph explained. "Can't you just take it out?" You innocently asked. Joseph shook his head. "The brain is very delicate. If he were to move while we were extracting it, we could inflict brain damage."

You and Jotaro stared at the injured male, with greif and pity in your eyes. "Jojo, (Y/N). The following happened four months ago, in Cairo, Egypt. I met Dio!" The Egyptian said, as sweat ran down his face, and he trembled slightly. The sight of Avdol being scared made you slightly dizzy, as the man seemed fearless. "I am a fortune teller by trade. I have a shop in a souk called Khan el-Khalili. It was the night of the full moon. He..." Avdol paused as he collected his thoughts. "He stood quietly on the stairs that led up to my shop's second floor. His cold gaze felt as if it was trying to stealthily pierce my heart. His golden hair, his near transparent alabaster skin, and his strange sensuality made it hard to believe he was a man. I had heard about him from Mr. Joestar, so I knew immediately that he was Dio, back from the Atlantic's depths!" The Egyptian said dramatically. As you kneeled beside the red head, you felt the strong urge to caress his cheek. Gazing up at Jotaro, as Avdol continued with his story, the two of you locked eyes. You sensed a bit of jealousy in Jotaro's expression, before turning back to Avdol. "It was then that I found him truely terrifying. His words brought such peace to my soul. They had a dangerous sweetness. Thats exactly why he was terrifying. I ran for my life. I didnt dare think of fighting him. I was very lucky. Because I had heard about Dio and realized it was him, I was able to immediately jump out of the window. I knew the labyrinthine souk below like the back of my hand, so I was able to escape. Otherwise, I would have ended up like this young man, made into one of his followers through a flesh bud."

"You would have died a few years later, your brain completely devoured." Joseph spoke up. "Died? Hold on a minute. Kakyoin here... Isn't dead yet!" Jotaro yelled, as he summoned his stand, before gesturing for you to do the same. "Nevermore!" You yelled, as the masked woman appeared beside you. "I'll pull it out using my stand!" Jotaro leaned over the unconscious boy before gripping his face. His Stand hovered over him as your Stand stood beside the two, ready to heal both of them.

"Wait, Jotaro!" Joseph yelled. "Old man, don't touch me! I'll pull it out without harming his brain. My Stand moves with such precision that it can even grasp a bullet." The purple Stand began gripping the tiny pulsating feind that was controlling Kakyoin. "Stop! That flesh bud is alive! Don't you realize why part of the flesh bud is outside of his body? Thats why not even the best surgeon could extract it!" As the stand made contact with the growth, a tentacle shot from Kakyoin and penetrated Jotaro's skin. Your Stand placed a hand on Jotaro's shoulder, as the tentacle began traveling up his arm.

"Shit!"
"That flesh bud stabbed him with a tentacle! This isn't good! Let go, Jojo!"

"It will enter the brain of anyone who tries to extract it!" Joseph yelled, as the tentacles traveled up to Jotaro's elbow, and Kakyoin's eyes shot open. You kneeled down beside the two boys and gently clasped Kakyoin's hand. "Just squeeze if it hurts, okay?" You said, as his purple eyes shot from you to Jotaro. "Don't move, Kakyoin. If I fail, your brain is done for." Jotaro said, before you shot him a slight glare.

The buds tentacle had made its way to Jotaro's neck, as Kakyoin squeezed your hand, more out of fear than pain. "Let go, Jojo! It's gone up to your face!" Avdol yelled, as he began sprinting towards the three of you. With her spare hand, Nevermore stuck her hand out at Avdol, her palm facing him. Blood slightly trickled from her palm before it shot out at the man, making a bubble of blood surrounding the three of you. Joseph stuck his arm out and stopped the Egyptian at the same time. "Wait Avdol! My grandson is quite the man, and my great niece is quite the woman. The flesh bud has entered Jotaro's body, and yet the two of them are completely calm. They aren't even trembling. Nor are their stands!" A second tentacle snapped out of Kakyoin's head, as you gave him a soft smile. "He moves with more precision and strength than I anticipated."

As the entire bud was removed from Kakyoin's head, the blood bubble dissipated, and Kakyoin released your hand. "They did it!" Joseph yelled, as the purple Stand pulled the tentacle out of his users hand, and ripped it apart, before flinging it into the air. Joseph took in a breath before yelling "Overdrive!" as sparks came from his hand, and the flesh bud turned to dust.

Kakyoin sat up, and held his forehead, as Jotaro began to leave the room. "Wh-" The red head began before gathering his thoughts. "Why? Why did you risk your lives to save me?" He glanced between you and Jotaro. You scratched your neck, while waiting for Jotaro to answer. "Who knows? I'm not really sure myself." The giant replyed as you nodded in agreement. What Jotaro said wasn't wrong. You truly didn't know.

"And done." Holly said as she patted the bandage on Kakyoin's head. "Thank you... very much." Kakyoin replyed to the older woman. "Kakyoin, wasn't it? You should rest for a while. Stay the night tonight. Papa, please get his futon ready." Holly commanded before Joseph began yelling objections. "Why do I have to do that?! I've never liked the idea of sleeping on the floor!" Joseph slapped the floor three times before crossing his arms. "Holly, replace the futon in my room with a real bed!" You slightly giggled, as you had heard this conversation before. Kakyoin looked over at you, as you did so. pink dusted your cheeks as you looked away, hiding your blush from the male. "Papa, you're in Japan, so please just get used the japanese way of doing things." Holly said, as she slapped the floor three times just as her father. "Oh, and call me 'Seiko.'" Jotaro let out a "Hmph" before turning to the door. "What?!" Joseph questioned. Holly, or rather Seiko began explaining, "Holly comes from the word 'Holy,' which is 'Seinaru' in Japanese. So all my friends call me 'Seiko.'" She laughed lightly. "What the hell is that?! 'Holly' is the wonderful name I gave you mys-" Joseph exclaimed before Seiko cut him off. "If you don't call me 'Seiko' from now on, I won't answer."

"Holly!"
"Does it hurt, Kakyoin?"
"I-I'm fine."
"Holly!"

"Yare Yare Daze." Jotaro said as he pulled his hat down over his eyes and left the room. "Jotaro, wait!" You followed the brute out of the room, while you tugged on his sleeve. He turned to face you, as you released him. Smiling, you held out both of your hands to him, palm up. "Let me heal you..." He pulled his hat down over his eyes, to cover the pink that dusted his cheeks, and placed his hands in yours. You closed your eyes and let Nevermore heal the boy. His breathing became less shallow, as your Stand finished up. "Th-Thanks..." Jotaro said, as the pain in his chest was replaced with a rapid heartbeat.
