I was fast asleep when I heard a ping sound and saw theses words in my field of view.

"Brotherband of Musketeers?"I thought to myself since if you turn it into a acronym it becomes BoM  which almost sounds like the bau from the show bones from my home dimension. I was surprised to see that it was 5:30 in the morning according my system so I got up and did some exercising to walk up my body since some of it was still asleep. Since it was too early to have breakfast I desided to train 2 of my skills that were low, I brought them up to see what I had to do to train them.

After I reread the skills as a joke I made the hand sign for the shadow clone jutsu from the naruto universe and I thought the name of the jutsu when suddenly 10 clones poped up in fount of me waiting for orders. I was very shocked for a few seconds before I ordered the clones to train with the control exercises that were in the anime and manga and some that were fan made so that Psionic Mastery could level up(since I had a strange feeling that I could do what the Guardians could do) while I started to craft wood figures so I could level up crafting.

I looked over at my skills after my clones poped which by the way gave me a small headache.

After a few minutes the headache went away, I got a fire started since I was going to make breakfast before I was going to head to Astera to get my base set up. I went out to the main open area of the ancient forest to get some fresh meat since the meat & rations in my inventory  was for my future troops and emergency's. When I got to the open area after a 20 minute walk from the  camp in area 1, I saw  a group of  10 Bullfango's sunbathing while nearby a herd of Aptonoth was drinking from a water source, and I could tell thanks to my  tracking skill that something big is in the area.

I got out my sniper rife, used Psionic Mastery to mask the noise and started to kill the bullfango's since they would give me all the meat I need for breakfast.

I walked over to the bodys and started to skin & field dress them, I was happy to get some credits but I only have $3,000 credits so I could not buy anything but at least I had a little pocket money. Just as I finished with with the last bullfango a massive roar echoed through out the forest and unfortunately it's a sound that I recognized as I see the monster that made the sound started to run toward the aptonoth herd.

" Why is a Nargacuga here? Ice born has not happen yet" I thought as I watch the cuga hunt but after a few minutes I realized it was not hunting to hunt ,it was hunting to kill  almost like the hybrid from Jurassic world which is a problem since it could attack Astera and wreck the place before I can get there." I know I'm going to regret this" I thought to my self before I switched to my Gauss Rife before I opened fire at the nargacuga while runing towards the beach so I could not be flanked.

The Nargacuga got hit in mid jump which caused it to crash in the ground , causing the herd to flee from the monster as it started to get up. I was half way reloading my gun, the Nargacuga turned toward me and fired a par of quills at me, I was able to dodge most of them but get a quill in my left forearm which cause me to stumble for a few steps before I was able to continue to run toward the beach while firing at the nargacuga since it started to chase me. Just as I got to where the beach and ocean meet I made a sharp turn just as the cuga jumped toward me, I opened fired right into the Nargacuga's face which killed the cuga and I rolled out of the way as the body went into the sea. I quickly pulled out  the quill that was in my arm and ran back to camp since I did not want to be around the area when blood is in the air. As I was making my way to camp to make breakfast I saw just how many credits did I get for the Nargacuga and I will admit I was shocked.

I got over my shock from the amount as I started to make breakfast which took 25 minutes to make which leveled my cooking skill up a bit but before I could dig in, my senses picked up what sounded like 8 people coming my way...... 5 female and 3 male based on the scents my scout-fly's are picking up. I keep my cool and made some more food and waited for 5 minutes before I could here them talking." You girls doing alright? we have been walking for awhile" one the men asked, I had my back turned so the people could not see my smile as I listened to their conversation,I had a got feeling on who the lucky token I had used days before had summoned and one of the girls confirmed my guess.

"We are fine Mr.Baird, are we close to the where the smoke we saw in the distance?" one of the girls ask."Yea we should come up on the smoke originally location right now...... girls stay in the brush,eyes up Kilo we don't know what we are getting into" Baird said from behind me. After a minute of two before I said out load " Care to join me for breakfast strangers? there is plenty here since I had made more then what I need". For a few moments not a sound could be heard, then Baird said" Stand down Kilo we got a friendly and they got us some food, girls come on out it's safe".I turned around and saw that it was indeed it was Baird and Kilo squad from gears of war but I was surprised to see  Hermione(HP),Mei Hatsume(MHA),Ochaco Uraraka(MHA) and Rouge(Marvel).

Everyone joined me by the fire and I gave everyone some breakfast, I gave them a once over since it looks like they were in the forest for awhile but before I could ask about it, I could see I got a  reward maybe for gaining my first allies.

I raised a eyebrow at that since I had no clue what they do so I brought one out of my inventory which got Kilo's attention and used observe on it.

Building Consoles:Building consoles are created by a command center & a supply depot,used to make buildings.

I was looking over the console which was about about the size of a large backpack what was dark blue and black when I heard Cole ask me" What's that for?". I looked at him to see he and Baird were sitting close to me while the other members of the squad were talking to the girls, what about I'm not sure of so I look at Cole and told him" Well Cole it's a building console which is  used to make different kinds of buildings used by humans who call the koprulu sector their home". After I had said that everyone turned toward me all stunned and for a few minutes no one spoke that Paduk looked at me dead in the eyes and said"Explain now"

Time skip after breakfast

" .... and thats everything I know about the koprulu sector" I told them as we finished eating and put out the fire while the others are processing the information I droped on them. For a few seconds no one know what to say then Baird ask" so are you planing to build your base to help out the locals?", I nodded my head then Baird took his squad away to have a privet chat,Hermione and Rogue also went to the side to have a talk,I could see them looking back and forth at me as they talked about something, I looked over and seen Mei & Uraraka nod their heads to each other before asking me if they would work as builders & mechanic's under my command. I had no reason to say no so I told them that they could if they were find with getting payed for their work. Both girls made a happy squeal before the both kissed me on the cheek causing me to blush but before I could ask why did they did that, the others can over from their talks and had Baird speak for all of them,"I think I say for all of us that you will need all the help you can get..... so Kilo squad reporting of duty Sir!". Baird,Cole,Paduk and Sofia stood at attention, I looked at that them before saying " at ease Lt's, first order of business is to get to the Astara research base to set up the main base, then after the main base is up we will repair Astara so it can support a large amount of people and the final thing we need to do is to set up a sensor tower so we can find any other people that found themselves in the new world". Everyone nodded their heads before Sofia pointed out that we had no weapons but I took out 8 starter kits and gave everyone one so they had weapons and tools to use.

Time skip: 3 hours later

"You know when you told us how many years it's been since anyone has been at this base I was expecting it to be more well............ trashed" Paduk said after we went though the main gate and closed it behind us.

I thought the same since I was expecting the base to have been over run by small monsters, I shake my head before I started to give orders."Baird you,Mei and Uraraka are coming with me to the second level of the research base to find  a spot to build a resource converter so we can get what we need to build up and repair Astera" I said which the 3 of them nodded their heads before I continued saying "Paduk you take the others and explore the base, see what supply's are left that we can use and what needs to be fixed" Paduk nodded his head before his group went to explore the first level while my group went to the second level to find a nice spot.

Time skip 40 minutes

We had found a nice large open space that we can started building the base, not only that but there was a abandon mine with gas vapors close to it." So now that we found a spot, how are we going to build this thing?" Baird asked me just before I summoned the 4 Scv's from my inventory which surprised the others, I did tell Baird and the girls that it will take awhile to build things since the Scv's are on autopilot and the fact that the jets on the back don't work since we need a upgrade for it.

I was surprised that a building console was taken out of my inventory and placed on the ground  for the converter, I also took out all of the ore I had so the Scv's can use them to build the converter,then have them used the rest to get me some minerals but before I could give them orders to start building  the converter,Baird asks me to show him how to pilot a Scv  for the next 32 min's. I showed him the ropes,both he and the girls looked like they can't wait to use the Scv's in the future. I order the Scv's to start building  the converter and used observe on it was it was being constructed.

Resource Converter:

A mix between a Factory & a Refinery, Turns items into minerals and vespene gas over time. Can also train SCV's like a commend center.

It's going to take 3 hours to build on autopilot so I asked Baird and the girls if they wanted to come with me to the canteen to grab lunch, Baird said that he was going to stay to keep a eye on the converter so I gave him some rations to eat before leaving  with the girls to the canteen which was a good 20 minute from the base spot, when we got there I started to make lunch for everyone which took awhile since I was using primitive cookware and by the time I was done Paduk and his group finished looking over the first floor of Astera.

"So Paduk" I said to get his attention before continuing "How bad is Astera at the current date?". Paduk finished eating his sandwich before he gave his report" Well the trade yard is in ok shape, same with the training area and canteen, the Smithy and Cage area has some slight damage but easy to fix, the housing district, the docks, the shipyard and the outer defense wall is in complete disrepair" He said before he when back to eating with Rouge taking over reporting for him."To finish the report, there is no food in the supply area but there is ton's of metals next to the Smithy we could use" Rouge told me which I thank her for,she started to blush before she got bold and kissed me on the cheek and said"No problem sugar". I felt my face heat up, before I collected myself and told everyone to take the rest of the day off but to stay on high alert since we don't know if the other 2 ways to get into Astera are secure before I went to check on Baird.

Time skip later in the afternoon

"Got to say was not expediting the converter to so.... massive" Baird told me as everyone look on the massive building.

The Converter was about 12.9 meters(42 ft) tall and 9 meters wide which was pretty big, 2 hangers were Scv's can be build and recharged and a massive second floor that has living space for workers and acts like a command center to command nearby units. The converter  also has solar panels just like the other starcraft buildings and Scv's so power will not be a problem, I lead everyone to the top floor before I said "Alright everyone since the housing district is in bad shape we will be living in the converter temporary, you guys get some rest you have had a stressful few days". Everyone went off to pick their own rooms, the girls all chose to live in the same room since 1 room is big enough for 10 people , as they went off I went to the main computer and booted it up. I looked at how many ores I had left in my inventory  and I had to wince at how much ore I had left.

"I used a lot of ore just build the converter since the ore was not refined into the metals that all starcraft buildings are made of" I thought to myself before looking at the computer, log in which surprised me since I was using my old computer password and looked at the computer which acts just like how you command units in starcraft 2. I had put all of my remaining ore into the converter and looked at my base resources which made me happy at what I'm looking at

I was happy to see that I had many minerals to play with, I brought out the Scv blueprint to see what I need to make them.

Automated SCV:

Cost: 50 Minerals & 1 supply,build time 3 minutes.

Basic worker unit. Can gather resources, build Terran structures, and repair. Can attack ground units.

"So 50 minerals per Scv hun?" I thought before thinking " if I were to use all my minerals to make Scv's then I would to be able to make 64 Scv's but I want to be able to make other buildings so....... I will will only use 1,000 minerals" I thought before I said to the system" build 20 Scv's and have the 4 current Scv's start gathering and clearing the mine entrance". It will take 1 hour for the Scv's to be finished being made, so I looked at how much the barracks and supply depot are going to cost and how long it will take to build them both.

Supply Depot:

Cost 100 minerals,build time 5 hours.

Provides supply,Supply allows you keep your army well armed.Supply Depots can be lowered to allow units to walk over them. 15 supply per Depot.

Barracks:

Cost 150 Minerals,build time 3 hours

Infantry Production Facilities.Enables: Marines,bunkers from SCV's. Can house 32 troops per building.

I was going to order the Scv's to build many of both so I had some troops to defend Astera come nightfall but I desided not to build supply Depots yet and only to build 4 barracks for now and to have any unassigned Scv's on clearing the mine. I went outside and watched each barracks being built using a building console, Metal rods extended out of the sides and laid themselves on the ground,forming a perfectly rectangular shape around the metallic container. The rods then further expanded inwards and formed four rough oval structures, boosting them down so that rectangular shape was elevated above the four legs of the barracks. A small crane  came out of the top and began swiveling and welding together the rods of the structure.  From time to time a Scv that was freshly built would take minerals to one of the barracks and help weld the metal into place, over time more Scv's joined making the barrack being built faster since the time on the building blueprints are if 1 Scv with a operator was building what was on the blueprint alone.

I watched the Scv's for a few minutes before heading to the area where you find the commander in monster hunter world & ice born, I got there and started to look around to see if I could find a map of Astera and of the surrounding area. I did find the map along with a small chest that had 6 lucky tokens & 3 achievement tokens which I will use later if I need it, before I headed back to were the main base is and by the time I had got there, I saw Baird and Cole waiting for me by one of the finished barracks." These Barracks have everything , even living space for 32 soldiers per building" Cole said looking around on the inside while Baird went over to one of the Scv's and got into it. I went over to him and asked" Baird think you and your Squad can use the Scv's to fix the docks before night fall?". Baird said will do boss man before he called his squad over their com's, when kilo squad gathered he told them their assignment  before showing them how to use the Scv's and head to the docks to start repairs. I started to walk to the northeast since in the world game one of the ways to leave Astera was on the second level of the base but I could not remember were the 3rd way to leave the base was since I was a while since I played on world. When I got to the gate I saw it was open, I quickly went to the lever and was just about to pull it when I had foot steps coming in the brush and walked out was a Pack of Izuchi and leading them was 2 Great  Izuchi.

I quickly flipped the lever to close the gate, the Izuchi's started to attack the gate damaging it I quickly got out my rife, opened fire at the Izuchi's and killed six of them which cause the rest to run away.

I put my rife away and had not even made it 10 steps when my com-link went of and Hermione's voices came through it,asking me if I was ok since she and the girls heard the gun fire. I told her I was fine, I just dealt with some hostile wild life that tried to get into Astera and I was making my way back to the converter now.

When I got there I had seen that all the barracks  have finished being built so  I ordered all current unassigned Scv's to clear the mine and to start gathering from it, I looked though the the blueprint store to see if I have what I needed to by the command center blueprint and the marine Blueprint.

I bought the blueprints since I had more then what I need to buy them, after I bought them I order 5 Scv's to build 5 Supply Depots in order to keep my soldiers well armed though I was surprised to see that the Scv's dig small holes before placing building consoles into each hole before they started building the depots, half way through building the foundation of the depots the Scv's had dug small trenches that each lead to one of my current buildings so that the depots were linked to that building ,3 depots linked to the barracks, 1 to the resource converter and the last depot was not linked up since I was planing to use it for the command center. While  waiting for the depots to be finished I checked in with everyone, the girls were at the training grounds to practice and get use to their guns and Kilo Squad was 85% complete at repairing the dock though they had to complete repair it out of metal since all the wood in the area was not salt water proof. After I checked in with everyone I started to skin the bodys of all the monsters I had in my inventory so I had some skin's and the meat for use, I also started tanning the skins as well. By the time I was done skinning all of my kills, I put the bones into the converter to get some use out of them and brought up my tanning skill since the skin's I had put up were tanning faster then they should.

"So thats the skill that leveled from my reward" I thought to myself before I look at what my  current base resources to see what I had got for the monster bones.

I was very happy with that information and ordered 6 Scv's be built since then I would have 30 Scv's though in the back of my mind I wondered what I would get from the bones of a large monster. I got into one of the Scv's that was on stand by before I went to the mine entrance before I entered the mine, I walked past the Scv's that had just finished clearing the ruble that had blocked the mine before I saw them start making supports so that the mine would not collapse on top of anyone working in there. I went about as deep that was safe to mine in, I pulled down a small scanner screen and used it to find ore,once I had found a vein of Iron ore I had used the drill on my Scv to start gathering it.

"Not bad" I thought to myself as I left the mine, then headed back to the converter before I got of the Scv so it could recharge before I went over to where Kilo squad was since they had finished fixing the docks."So how does the Supply depots work?" Cole asked me since he was looking inside the closest barrack's with Sofia, I went over to to the closest supply depot with Paduk went to a open panel and droped  some ore into it the supply depot, the depot hummed for a few seconds before Cole let out a ow since a box of ammo droped on his head.

After that I went to barracks and filled each one with rations for the people living there, I had used a lucky token to see if I could get lucky and 20 minutes later I was very lucky.

"Alex we got a unown ship coming in on radar" Rouge told me over the com link, I quickly went down to the docks and half way there Baird and Cole joined my covering my flanks. When we got down to the dock's there was a very old metal ship, I used Psionic Mastery to sense if and anyone was on the ship and to my shock I had detected 345 people on bored. I slowly walked forward before a shot can from the ship that landed at my feet."  Stop right there Dominion dog" A voice  shouted from the ship deck so I raised my hands into the air to show that I as not armed, I looked behind  me to see the Baird and Cole took cover trying to find the shooter. I shout to the ship with a hint of anger" I'm no friend of Mengsk the murderer", after I said that for a few minutes not a world was spoken before a ramp came off the boat before a man  came down the ramp before he came to a stop in front of me before for asking me " If you are not Dominion then who are you?".

"My name is Alex Jackson and I am the commander of the BoM that lives in Astera research base" I said, after hearing that the man relaxed before telling the people on the ship that it was safe to leave the ship and no sooner that everyone got off it the boat sank into the ocean very fast. After that scare Me, Baird and Cole lead the people to the base were we learned that they were a small colony  that was force to flee the planet they had called home because of dominion took over the planet  and only their ship was able to escape the fleet that had invade their home. When we got to the converter, I introduced  the new guys to the crew before asking if 60 people would be able to pilot Scv's since we need to get resources  flowing into the base and 60 people did want to be Scv pilots so I ordered 30 Scv's to be build while the rest started to be gathered ores for the converter, I then put 360 iron ore into the converter so I had the minerals to get the base to 100% stage one. I ordered 4 barracks,4 Supply Depots and a command Center to be built  so the basics of the base to be covered.

Command Center:

Cost 400 minerals,build time 1.5 days

Primary structure, used to train SCV's and gather resources, can use the lift off ability.
