"Alex there is no way a army from starcraft can live in the world of monster hunter, it's just not possible" Sam argued to me as we were walking home on a Friday night from work. 

"Why not? I understand the Protoss  could not do it but with the Zerg able to adapt to anything and the Terran's ability to grow faster when they have a good base set up" I argued  with him as we made to to when we would take different routes back home." What ever you say man see you next week" Sam said before walking to his house, while I walked into my apartment. I quickly ate dinner before going on my computer and started up starcraft 2, while I was waiting for the game to load I was thinking about a wild thought of what it would be like to be Starcraft commander in the world of Monster hunter in the starcraft universe. I was in a deep thought I did not notice that my computer screen  a glowing brighter and when I did notice I was blinded by the bright light and I could feel the light pulling me in."What's going On!" I shouted before being completely blinded by the light.

I watched each video before making my choice." I choose to lead the Terran's into battle" I said making my choice known to the system.

Army selected Terran...Analyzing..... granting ability's from starcraft 2. Spinning for random Planet..... Planet Primal Prime chosen.

"What's Planet Primal Prime?" I thought to myself since that I did not recognized the planet from the starcraft games, when a screen with information about the planet appeared in my field of vision.

Primal Prime:

A planet 800 times the size of earth, filled with massive fields of Minerals, metals and gas deposits. This planet is also surrounded by 13 moons that are untapped. Wildlife: when killed they have a change drop cores that contain a random amount of random elements of minerals. Hazards: Aggressive Animals, Elder Dragons & sudden Weather.

" Alright do I get a starter kit or am I going in with no gear" I thought before a screen showed me a starter kit for me to use.

Starter Kit:

1 leather outfit(custom)

1 pickax, 1 Axe & 1 hunters knife

1 Gauss or C-20A sniper Rifle with 50 mags

1 weeks worth of rations

 a Random building blueprint

4 x Automated SCV

I quickly took out the leather outfit and saw that it was the same on you start out with in monster hunter world. I customized it so it would look emerald green.

After suiting up I quickly got out the gun the kit gave and and started to familiarize myself with the weapon Ghost & Spectres use in the games, the C-20A sniper rifle that had a mag loaded.

After getting use to the gun I got teleported to the planet.

Location Primal Prime: Kurama Village- 2 hours later

 I  found myself in the village of Kurama which looked much better and more advanced in person  in real life then in the games.

I put my gun on my back before I went to meet  the village leader, Elder Fugen and explained to him my situation since I was suppose to be in the new world not Kurama Village. 

After we talked for a few minutes Fugen told me that one of the villages trade ships could take me to the new world since the ship pass's it on the way to the main land to trade but it won't be leaving for another 5 days. I then asked Fugen about the new world since many people have not been there in a long time according to the information that entered my mind when I was teleported onto the planet  and I was was confused as to why no one had settled there. Fugen explained to me that 1 year before the 5th fleet was supposed to arrive in the new world, the guild had to abandon the new world because of a rampage of monsters in the old world coming to the new world so no one has been there for 2 years not to mention that during that time the monster population in the new world had skyrocketed with monsters from both the old and new worlds. 

Fugen than asks me why I wanted to got to the new world and since I know the Fugen is very wise, I told him about my ability's, knowledge and my weapon on my back to show the I'm telling the truth. Fugen did not speak while I was explaining who I was and about my goal and when I stopped I was surprised by what Fugen said to me.

"Your a brave lad of wanting to go to the new world and help those in need, so why don't you take the time for the ship comes to get used to your gear and surroundings before you leave for the new world" Fugen told me before telling me I could go the the Shrine ruins to gather supply's for the next 5 days before the ship leaves but only if I let  2 hunters join me which I agreed to. I got a bite to eat at the canteen before I went to the entrance of the village to head to the shrine ruins and was surprised to see the that the hunters who will join me  in the runes were the wyverian twins Minoto & Hinoa.

I greeted the both of them and explained to them that they were to watch my back while we are at the runes, when I saw them both nod their heads we started walking to the runes which is a good hour away from the village, along the walk there I'd see both sisters sneak glances at me and every once in a while I could see them blushing. I also checked to see if I had any skills with this system and I did.

When we got to camp I looked over at the girl's and said" well lets get to it".

I could not believe how much I have grown when it comes to my skills.

That's what I get for grinding like a maniac for the last 3 days, I will also admit that during that time Minoto & Hinoa both gave me a look of interest when they think I'm not looking while not wearing a shirt on and I will  also admit I was surprised about that since in my old life no girl was ever interested in me. But it also makes me worried since every once in a while Hinoa's eyes turn blue and Minoto's eyes turned golden when they are looking at me, sometimes they even lick their lips but I know that the events of monster rise has not happen in this universe means that both girls are both hosts to the serpent elder dragons which are sleeping within them... at least that what most would think if they have not played monster hunter rise & it's expansion.

Time Skip 4th night in the shrine runes.

"I am going to be sore in the morning after all the hunting we did today" Hinoa said as she stretched while we were heading back to base camp." I agree with you sis but I do wounder what's with the small monsters at the shrine runes? I mean that they came at us in waves today" Minoto added while she was sharpening her weapon, I walked in behind the girls  looking at my main screens and my inventory mainly the ores I had found.

I was happy with the supply's I had gathered during my trip to the runes but I had to agree with the girls since we got attacked by hundreds of Jagras during our stay here.

I was writing what knowledge I had on the Jagras in a hunters guide I started to make, I wanted to help any people who wanted to work under my command what the dangers were in the new world and on the planet.

Jagras: Element:None.Ailments:None.Lives in all Biomes.

Info:

A smaller monster that travels and hunts in packs. Its hide blends in with its forest environment, and it has characteristic spikes on its back. If you chase a few away, the rest will usually follow suit. They tend to keep their distance when large monsters enter their territory, but sometimes the entire group will attack if they feel particularly threatened.

After I write the the notes with a picture, I put the book into my inventory and just then the scout flies started glowing red which told me a monster was near us." Watch out" I shouted and tackled Hinoa out of the way as a giant red furred monster slammed into the ground were Hinoa was previously growling at us. I turn toward the monster not noticing that my hand was on Hinoa's breast, which she blushed at and when I moved my hand to draw my gun she pouted which I did not see but Minoto did see that and was going to tease her sister later when they get home. Both sister drew their weapons and stood behind me, Hinoa asking" any idea on what monster we are fight Minoto?"

"I have no idea Hinoa but when we get home I am going to find out" Minoto said but I told them" I know what monster this is, this a Redhelm Arzuros, it's a rare monster so lets capture it" I told them as we charged into at the beast.

Time skip next morning

After we fought the Redhelm & capture it, we brought it back to the village so the guild could pick it up to study it. Everyone in the village was very surprised at the capture but were soon throwing a party since because of this mission Hinoa and Minoto get to advance their hunting rank to 30 which was a cause to celebrate. During the party I looked over the items in my inventory, making sure I had everything in order when I saw a item I did not recognized  so I took it out, used observe on it and was surprised at what it was.

Credit Chip: Is used for buying goods from the people of the Multiverse: if lost costs $10,000 credits to replace.

"So that how I use my credits to buy things" I thought before Elder Fugen can over and handed me a drink, joining me at the table I was sitting at and for a few minutes we just enjoyed the party before Fugen started talking. "Thank you for looking after Hinoa & Minoto while you were at the Runes, the girls told me how you saved them from serious injury" He said to me.

"It was nothing Fugen, the twins are skilled and hardly needed help when it comes to being a good hunter though I was happy to help them" I told him with a smile, then I raised a eyebrow when I saw Fugen put a small bag of money on the table and told me" Since your not a hunter you can't get your share of the money from the guild for the Redhelm like the girls so I got some money I had saved up from my days as a hunter  that I want you to have since it's unfair to you to not get payed for your hard work." I took out my chip and moved it to the bag, with Fugen watching in interest(since I told him about my powers and he promised that the village will keep them a secret) as the bag glowed before it disappeared and soon after  I see a message in my field of view.

You have gained $120,500 credits as a reward!

"That's a surprise" I said out load for Fugen's sake since he look like he ate a bad apple, before he left saying he had to find something, I didn't see him until the trade ship was ready to leave.  Both girls were sad to see me go until I told them at they could come to visit me when the next trade ship pass by the new world, after hearing that both girls kissed my on the check before they started blushing since everyone saw them kiss me. After a few minutes Fugen came to see me off but not before he handed me  3 small blue boxes that he had found while me and the twins were out of the village and since they had a symbol that matched a symbol on my weapon, he assume that the boxes belonged to my people so he was returning them to me. I got on the boat  after thanking Fugen for giving me the items and a few minutes later the trade ship left the village of Kurama behind in the distance, I turned to the captain of the ship and ask him " So how long does it take to get to the new world?". " Well normally it takes a mouth to get to the trade city of  Val Habar but since this ship is going to the new world to drop you off first that shaves off 2 weeks on the trip" The Captain told me before he went off to check on the crew, so I went to my bunk and looked over my screens to see if I could do anything and I found the menu screen.

I quickly saved my game before I looked at the store which was in in two sections, 1 for items the other for blueprints so I looked at the blueprints first and saw that it was in 3 sections, Buildings, units and other they were labeled.  Since I did not have a lot of money  I could only get a few blueprints since I was planning to see what items I could buy. I looked over my options before picking 3 blueprints that will help me in the long run.

I had what I need to start rebuilding Astera since the Scv's did not need someone to pilot them to work but they were slower at working then if they had a pilot and the Barracks can be used as housing as well as the supply depots. I looked at the item section of the shop and saw something that I had a gut feeling I would need when I get to the new world.

Hunter/Worker Kit: Costs $2,500 credits.

Before I bought anything I saved my game before asking the system what lucky and achievement tokens are and the System told me the lucky tokens are used to get rewards, items or lucky events at random while achievement tokens let be buy special troops, building or(and I bushed at this) lovers. I thought I would try my luck and used the lucky tokens to see what I get, the 1st spin let me get 6 times what ever I bought next at the shop which I used right away since I could only buy 10 Kits at the max this means instead of 10 kits I will get 60 kit which goes into my inventory. The second token I used gave me a very handy skill called Psionic Mastery which after I read the skill I realized how Op it was when it was halfway leveled up.

Psionic Mastery(Passive/ active) Lv 1/300:

This skill lets one use the powers of the force, Psionic, chakra and magic powers. The only limit is your imagination.

The skill gave me a lot of knowledge about the powers the skill let me use but with a big headache afterward. The third and final lucky token after I used it, the system told me at I would find what or who the token gave me in the new world so not for a while. I quickly went above the deck to help out on the ship.

Time skip 3 days Night fall.

I looked into the distance at the new world which looked more beautiful that the games showed it, not to mention the new world was way bigger then the lore of the game told about it. The ship could not get too close to the shoreline since many  water monsters sleep during the night there, so the ship could not get me all the way to the new world but thankfully it was a short swim to the cliff face the ship was by. I shook the hands of the crew since I got to know them during the voyage, when I got to the captain I said" thanks for the lift captain I hope the rest of the trip for you and your men will be smooth"" Thanks for your kind words, I will try to  check up on you when we sail back from the old world" the captain told me.

I walked of to the side of the ship while saying" Nice of you and who knows? maybe some people could come to the new world and work for me or want to settle in the new world". Before the Captain could reply I saved my game before jumping into the sea before swimming to the cliff face which took about 30 minutes then I climbed the cliff face before reaching the top finding myself at the main campsite in the ancient forest, I turned and wave to the ship as it sailed away. I walked to the tent before I saved the game then I went to sleep, the sounds of the forest echoing around me.

That's the end of the first chapter of this remake I hope you reader like this version on this story then the original that I made years ago. Now I have a few question for you reads, in advance please put your answers in the same comment so it's easier for me to keep track  of people giving me their thoughts on my storys.

Question 1:Who or what do you guys think the lucky Token has placed in the New World? Note the things in the detail page might be a clue.

Question 2 and last question: If you you guys had to lead the a Terran Army Starting from scratch like in this story ,where in the world of monster hunter would you build your main base/camp? I would build in or near Kurama Village since it is by my knowledge of monster hunter the village that is the most in  danger from monster attacks.
