Hey guys it's me again, so what do you think will happen in this chapter? Will someone confess? Welp you better read right........... now!

Marco's POV

"So do you have a date with Jackie?" Star asked dully

"Star, what's wrong?" I asked Star

"What's wrong with what?" Star asked while raising a brow

"About us" I asked Star once more

"W-w-what are you t-talking about?" Star asked while looking like a tomato. Then I realized what she thought I meant

"N-No! I-I mean like y-you know that we're keeping our distance from each other" I stuttered while blushing intensely

"Why are you bringing that up, and besides I just... don't want to talk about it" Star said then she stood up and walked away but I caught her hand and pulled her towards me like when I did in the blood moon ball but we ended up falling with Star on top of me. Her eyes were a bit teary, her tears threatening to fall, I helped us up but I was still holding her hand

"Marco let me go!" Star said while yanking her hand away from me but she failed

"Star, I.... I want to help you with your problem with us! And I'm sorry if I didn't let you eat with Daniel, I'm sorry for sleeping in your bed last night" I said that last part pretty fast. Then Star stopped struggling and she bowed her head but I swear I can hear sniffs, OH GOD! I MADE HER CRY! WHAT HAVE I DONE!

"Marco! You just don't get it do you?! You don't even have a clue why I'm like this! Besides why would you care now that you have Jackie! It's not about Daniel either *sniff* Marco, why are you so stupid... My problem is that we don't seem closer amymore ever since that play practice ever started! You wanna know why hangout with Daniel? It's because I was trying to help you with Jackie! And you on the other hand keep on worrying about me! Why do you even care? You should be with Jackie not me! I'll be fine on my own... even if it hurts to see you with her, but I deserve to be alone!" Star yanked her hand away from me with tears streaming down her face and instead of running towards her, I let her go.

I can't beleive this what she's been hiding from me! Why does she help me with Jackie. The words kept flooding on my mind

'I was trying to help you with Jackie! And you on the other hand keep on worrying about me! Why do you even care?'

"I care because I love you Star, I wish I could've said that to you" I mumbled to myself

'You should be with Jackie not me! I'll be fine on my own... even if it hurts to see you with her'

"Even if it hurts?" I ask myself

"What does she mean about that?" I ask myself again. I decided to talk to her again so I went to her door and knocked

*knock knock*

"Star?" I asked

"Just leave me alone!" Star yelled

"I'm sorry Star, I just wanted to help you out, so why wouldn't you let me?" I said softly, my heart aching

Star's POV

I walked up to my room and slammed the door.

"Why doesn't he see it?" I asked myself softly

~~~~ An hour later~~~~

*knock knock*

"Marco not now" I said while looking at the door

"Star, I need to tell you something very important" Marco said from the other side of the door. I came to the door and unlocked it, and when I opened it I saw Marco plastering a weak smile

"This better be important" I said while crossing my arms

Then I let him in I sat on my bed and he did the same. While sitting down there was an awkward silence and Marco was staring at me.

He leaned in closer.... and closer... and closer! Too close for bestfriends! I can feel my cheeks burn a little but wait isn't that blushing?!

"M-Marco? W-what a-are you d-doing?" I asked quietly

But he stopped leaning in when he was close to my ear and he whispered something, but it was quite too silent

"Marco, you need to speak up I can't hear yo-" I was cut off by Marco who sit straight back up and held my shoulders and I was blushing hard!

"Star, I realized this now but, b-but I-I-" Marco stuttered but I cut him off quickly

"Marco stop stuttering!" I yelled

"I don't like Jackie! I never did!" Marco yelled happily. And I was filled with joy inside my heart! Yet I tried to keep it cool

"But I thought you-" I was cut off by Marco when he

He hugged me (Hah! You thought he kissed her right?)

"Marco, w-what are you d-doing?" I asked trying to let him go of me as I was a blushing mess

"No! I missed our hugs, so please" Marco asked while still hugging me

"Okay" I hugged back

This hug isn't like any other hug I had with Marco, this hug was incredibly longer

"Star, I won't let Daniel hurt you but you can eat with him. I mean as long as it's not a date and as long as we stay bestfriends and next time, don't abandon me with Jackie okay?" Marco said still hugging me

"Okay, safe kid- I mean wild man" I said still hugging

*awkward silence*

There was silence and it was awkward. I decided to break it

"Um... Marco you can let go of me now" I said to Marco then he let go fo me

"Oh.. uh.. s-sorry S-Star" Marco stuttered awkwardly while... Blushing?! Why?

Then Marco was staring at me again! Well I guess I need to tickle him out of the zone. I started tickling him and in an instant he snapped back to reality and he started laughing histerically

"Star! I- ahaha give up!" Marco said surrendering

"Ha! I wi-" I wascut off by a smirking Marco. Oh.No.

"Not until you do too!" Marco yelled

He started tickling me until we were in this... awkward position

He pinned me onto my bed so I was underneath him and he was on top of me

We were gazing into each other's eyes. I was lost in his hazelnut orbs and I could tell he was deep in my Electric blue ones

The moment lasted like what seemed forever. Well that moment ended when we both turned red like Marco's hoodie

"S-sorry" Marco said while sitting up and offers me a hand

"N-no! It's okay r-really" I stuttered taking his hand

*awkward silence*

"Well you better get ready for Jackie, she's gonna be here any minute now" I said while standing up

*ding dong*
'There it is the door bell of doom'

"Speaking of the devil" Marco said rolling his eyes and smirking at me

"*le gasp* Marco!" I said while playfully punching his arm

"I'll get the door" I said while pushing Marco out of my room

"I'll get dressed" Marco said while pointing at the door to his room. I pecked his cheek

"Good luck, misunderstood bad boy!" I said to Marco who is blushing redder than before while dragging him into his room

"It's Safe kid! Wait what?!" Marco yelled while blushing

"Whatever you say Marco" I said then I closed the door and went downstairs

When I was close to the door I took a deep breath and opened the door

"Hey babe, it's totes nice to see you!" Jackie ran in and hugged me! With her eyes closed! How dare she talk like that to Marco! H-he doesn't even like her.. right? Or did he just deny his feelings to... me and he's not telling me his relationship?

"Uh-huh, Jackie... GET OFF OF ME!" I yelled at Jackie

Jackie's eyes were wide open

"Star?! What are you doing here?!" Jackie pushed me so hard that I'm on the floor already. I had a few scrapes because the floor

I heard footsteps from the stairs and Jackie looked so surprised and a very familiar voice was heard

"Star?! What happened?!" Marco came down to me and saw my scrapes he had a worried look

"Oh hey Marco! Wanna-" Jackie was cut off when....

CLIFFHANGER!!!!
AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!
