Marco's POV

We went inside the school gym and I saw Star looking at Oskar, Not now why does she have to fantacize now?!

"Hey Star let's go seat over there" I tapped Star before saying that. Then we sat down at the chair. Our principal went to the stage.

"Goodmorning Students, I am here today to announce that we will have a play and our play's title is 'Beauty & the Beast' we have already chosen our characters and now to announce them, Brittney!" Our principal announced.

Then Brittney walked up the stage "Listen up Loserz, so we have the list of the characters in the bulletin board" Brttney walked away hair flipping, Ugh... I really hate that girl she doesn't seem great but everyone likes her!

"Hey Star let's check out the bulletin board" I asked Star

"Okay!" Star replied, Man I really hope I get a role and Star too

When we got there, tons of students push each other but Star and I squeezed our way through.

"Congratulations Marco, looks like you got a lead role, and Jackie is your partner and... I'll be in the props team. Yay!" Star said unhappliy while plastering a fake smile.

"It's okay Star, I-I wasn't really looking forward to being the beast if you wouldn't have a role" I said to Star with my left hand on her right shoulder. Actually I was because I get to be a lead but I wasn't really really looking forward to Jackie being Belle, I mean just imagine Jackie into Belle?!

It's like I want someone else to be My Belle, someone I already know that fits the role.

"Hey Marco let's go to class!" Then Star just grabbed my hand and we raced through the hallways to our classroom.

Star's POV

"Hey Marco let's go to class!" I said while grabbing his hand to run wait I just realized something he was looking at me awhileago for a long time... Oh.My.Mewni am I blushing?! Why am I so suddenly blushing? Then we got to our classroom and we sat down as usual, Ms. Skullneik just got in and we started this veeeerry boring lecture but Marco seem to enjoy it.

"Hey Marco I'll just be in the props team I'll just see you later" I said while waving goodbye

"Yeah I guess so..." Marco said back then I saw Jackie behind him I stopped at my tracks and hid when he turn around I tried to eavesdrop a little

"Hey Marco let's practice, c'mon beast" Jackie said acting all innocent. I hate that girl, I'm just trying to keep it cool for Marco. Well gotta go to the prop's team yay (Sarcasm-alert!)

It's never fun when I am not with Marco almost feels like how I feel back at Mewni.

"Oh Just look at her, flirting around Marco just like what she did to every other boy at school, she's lucky Marco likes her back. She doesn't even appreciate what he does for her dhe doesn't know but luckily I do, she doesn't even know that everyday Marco wakes up for the thought of her, he even adds effort just to look cool for her *sigh* Jackie would never understand how Marco feels" I mumbled while turningvaway from them to get some paint but then *Oof*

"I am so sorry that I bumped into you I wasn't looking where I was going, are you okay?" The guy with a blonde hair too asked while offering a hand to me. I took his hand and I got up but I fell in his arms I pushed myself away.

"It's okay" I said back "Star Butterfly!" I introduced myself and gave him my hand for him to shake

"Roberts, Daniel Roberts" Daniel shook my hand

"Nice to meet you Daniel, just call me Star" I said while taking my hand. Gotta admit he looks kinda cute.

"Nice to meet you as well" Daniel replied

"So... Props team?" I asked him

"Yeah.." Daniel replied

"Hey how about let's paint the castle?" I said with joy

"Yeah, sure!" He said back then we went to the beast's castle to paint it. I finally got my mind off of MARCO AND JACKIE... WAIT WAIT A MINUTE I WASN'T JEALOUS WAS I ?! WHY WOULD I CARE IF THEY BECOME TOGETHER?

Marco's POV

We were done practicing our lines but while we were practicing I can't help but look at Star. She doesn't seem to be so happy in the props team I wonder why?

"Um.. Marco focus! Let's repeat that line again ok?" Jackie told but I just rolled my eyes at her. While practicing all she did was brag and complain about everything. I'm starting to regret that I had the beast role.

"Take 5 everyone!" Jackie announced to all of the cast. When I was about to go to Star, I can see her smiling and laughing. Not because she was enjoying the props team but because of another guy! I need to find out who he is, I can't let him take away my Star! WAIT WHAT! DID I JUST SAY MY STAR?! UGH.. MARCO, WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU?! THAT'S YOUR BEST FRIEND! OKAY GOTTA BE COOL.

So I walked towards Star then...
