Stars POV
I woke up this moribund finding Marco with his head down low picking at his breakfast. "hey buddyyyy what's wrong?" i asked. "Star, i don't know anymore it feels like the girl who i've always had a 'crush' isn't the same when i'm in a relationship with her. it just feels like, i dunno weird." damn i feel reallly bad for Marco... i just wish his first girlfriend made him feel happy.

"hey if u want i can ask oscar if you and jackie can come on a double date with us" i said nudging him trying to cheer him up. "sure i guess. well i have karate i'll see u soon star" he said without making any eye contact with me. He deserved someone he really cares for, someone like a sister... some like me? ....

Marco's POV
i'm at this weird double date with star and oscar but jackie hasn't turned up. i guess it's jus gonna be the pretty handsome dude third wheeling... YUP. it was really awkward just me looking at them being all cute. i just wish that someday i'll feel that level of happiness with someone.

now that i think abt it, Jackie is not he person i see myself with. i'm calling it off...

STARS POV
It was a pretty good date for me and oscar but Jackie didn't turn up and just kinda left marco alone. marco and i are walking home and things between us just aren't the same. i guess we've kind of been avoiding eachother a bit.

"so you really like oscar do u?" marco says looking down at the ground. "i've been getting a few mixed feeling but other than that i guess?"

"i know what'll cheer u up! let's go to quest buy!" i say with a HUGE smile on my face. "alright alright but we have to be home by 9." marco says and i can see the SLIGHTEST smile coming through.
