A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away..

STAR WARS VII: The New Order

The Rebel Alliance had scored their final victory above the planet of Jakku, ending the Galactic Civil War between the Rebel Alliance and the Empire for good. With Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader dead and the 2nd Death Star destroyed above the forest moon of Endor, the Empire crumbled and broke like glass. 

The Rebel Alliance under the leadership of Princess Leia Organa continued to fight the remnants of the fallen Empire and Luke Skywalker has left to train a new generation of Jedi that could bring peace to the Galaxy and balance to the Force. Now 18 Years later, another threat is on its way to rise in the Unknown Regions of the Galaxy..

On the planet Moraband in the Outer Rim Territories, a new plan was being concocted by what was left of the Old Empire's cell. In a base on the Planet surface, an officer dressed in all black was in a corridor as he reached the command center where other officers and troopers dressed in White/Red armor. He stopped at a Holo-Table where a tall figure wearing black/red armor a black cape and a helmet that almost resembled that of the Late Darth Vader.

"You wished to speak with me, Lord Alidius?" The officer said, kneeling before his presence

The Dark Lord turned toward the Officer who went by the name of Maxium Ryde, but he was formally called General Ryde as he was a highly respected officer.

"Yes General Ryde.." The Dark Lord said as he held up a Pyramid Shaped object "What do you make of this object General?"

The General just looked at the object in confusion, he had no idea what the object was. "Looks like some artifact found on the planet surface?"

Darth Alidius sighed and the artifact started to levitate and 4 corners of it came off but remained in range of its center piece "You're half-right General. But this is more than simply just an artifact, this is a Sith Holocron."

"A Sith Holocron you say?" The General asked with a bit of un-wavered interest.

"These symbols of the Dark Side of the Force can hold knowledge that is otherwise forbidden by the Jedi and their followers.." Darth Alidius said softly, deactivating the Holocron and placing it on the table. "If only Sidious were able to achieve such power that i however have, he wouldn't have fallen so easy to Skywalker and his father."

The General finally spoke up "Well what do you want me to do?"

Alidius turned towards the General and he removed his helmet, revealing a young face with short black hair and yellow Sith eyes "In the meantime, wait. What's the progress on the Fleets construction?"

General Ryde straightened as he delivered his report "5,000 Destroyers are ready with many more being built. All of them are readied with Staff, Troopers, TIE Fighters, Troop Transports"

The Dark Lord nodded "Very good. In that case, Let them rise."

"Yes my lord!" Ryde said as he motioned to one of the Deck officers. The officers pressed a series of buttons on their control panels and the Star Destroyers in the refineries in the distance were starting to slowly rise into the Atmosphere. The officers and General Ryde were in awe at what they were seeing.

"That, General Ryde is what The Dark Empire will use to eliminate the Rebels forever. They will pay for their treachery and crimes against the Old Empire and i will succeed where the Emperor failed." Alidius said with confidence as he left the command center and left the base, getting into his own personalized Starfighter and carried him to his own Command Ship.

---Meanwhile---

On a lush green planet that was known as Yavin IV, The Rebel Alliance had decided to make their base of operations on the jungle planet once more. The last of the supplies was being brought in as General Leia Organa surveyed the work and an officer had approached.

"General, the last of the supplies has arrived. Food rations, Blaster ammunition and power cells have finally been delivered." The officer reported, holding his datapad in his hand.

"Very good Commander, is there anything else?" Leia asked

"That should be the last of the supplies, the rest of the Rebel Fleet should be here at any moment." The officer stated. "General Solo should be back soon."

"What about Luke?" Leia asked, curious about her brother

"Still hasn't reported in, quite frankly nobody knows where he is at the moment." The officer answered, putting his datapad to the side

Leia knew exactly where Luke was, he was currently busy training a new generation of Jedi on a planet in the Deep Core, her 17 year old son was with him too and Luke was currently training him to be a Jedi as he was also trying to rebuild the Jedi Order.

"Luke will return soon enough, we'll just have to be patient." Leia said, her confident tone in her voice

"Y-Yes General i see.." The officer stuttered as he hurried off to finish up the rest of his tasks  (This is not an Among Us reference!)

Leia watched as the rest of the Rebel Fleet emerged from Hyperspace and joined the rest of the fleet that was already present at Yavin IV. Leia couldn't help but wonder what her brother Luke was up to on Tython.

---Meanwhile---

Back on the planet of Moraband, Darth Alidius's Star Destroyer Command Ship: "The Vulture" had reached the void of space while the others lurked in the planets atmosphere waiting for the signal to be deployed across the galaxy. Darth Alidius and General Ryde were both standing on the bridge of The Vulture as they discussed plans.

"The Sith Nebula will be ready soon, only the finishing touches on the weapon remain." Ryde explained, standing confidently on the bridge with the Unmasked Alidius

"I hope this weapon of yours is as powerful as you say it is General." Alidius said with a scary tone in his voice and pointing a finger at his sternum

"Of course my lord, it would be of great honor to demonstrate its power to you once it's fully operational." General Ryde exclaimed with pride

"Tell me about your weapon General, i'm curious." Darth Alidius said with doubt, heading over to the Holo-table

General Ryde pulled up the schematics on the Holo-table and it was one of their own Sith-Class Star Destroyers but bigger and bulkier with a Death Star shaped dish mounted onto the ship.

"In the old Imperial Database, the plans for a ship called The Conqueror was found but the Empire never made use of the plans and the project was scrapped forever. I went into the database and pulled the plans and created a Superweapon precisely like it but i've put the Sith touch on it." General Ryde explained

"And that would be..?" Darth Alidius asked

"It's completely powered by Kyber Crystals corrupted by the Dark Side, giving it the potential to be a destructive weapon. Unfortunately unlike the Conqueror which would be able to destroy an entire planet with a single blast, this weapons laser has been miniaturized due to a lack of resources to keep expanding upon it and its only strong enough to destroy civilizations and Capital Ships." Ryde explained, showing his disappointment.

"There is no need to be ashamed of your work General, i'm quite interested to see it in action." The Dark Lord said, admiring the bulky ship displayed in front of him

"R-Really my lord? You think it's impressive?" The General asked confused

"I'll judge that when i see it fire, until then i reserve my thoughts. Now if you'll excuse me.." Darth Alidius turned and started to walk out

"Where are you going?" The General asked

"To find Skywalker. Give the order to deploy the ships into orbit and command their Admirals to make the jump to Light-speed and deploy troopers on whatever inhabited planet they arrive on. The Dark Empire begins today." Darth Alidius said as he put his helmet back on and walked away and headed off to the hangar.

"My mission is to now find Luke Skywalker and the Rebels and eliminate them, my Master will be most pleased when i bring Skywalker's head.." Darth Alidius thought to himself

Darth Alidius made it to his Starfighter which resembled that of a TIE Interceptor from the Imperial Navy but this time, it had a hyperdrive and a shield generator with more advanced weapons. He got inside and flew out of the Hangar and made the jump to Hyperspace and his hunt to find Skywalker was on.

Michael Solo was a young 17 year old boy who was the son of Leia Organa and Han Solo, 2 of the Rebellions greatest heroes and he had incredible powers that he was working to draw out. He was supposedly strong in the Force and he was being trained by Luke Skywalker who was working to rebuild the Jedi Order.

"But i don't understand Master, there's no one here but us. We can't rebuild a Jedi Order like this." Michael complained

His Master, Luke Skywalker had aged rather well. he looked like he once did many years before but of course, age had caught up to him but he was still a very powerful Jedi Master like his former masters before him.

"Patience is a virtue, young one. You'll learn it eventually." Luke said as they walked up the mountain

"I have patience Master but i don't understand, why set up base all the way out here and not with the Alliance?" Michael asked, concerned

The old Skywalker gave a soft smile as he observed his surroundings. "This planet has a strong connection to the force, at the top of this mountain is what's left of an old Jedi Temple. I feel like taking you there will provide more good to your training. We're not setting up base here but we are going to take a look around.. besides Master Yoda requested that i come here."

"If you say so." Michael said, unclipping his Lightsaber from his belt.

Michaels saber was the same Lightsaber once used by Anakin Skywalker, the saber was found on Bespin after Luke lost his hand by scavengers. Luke still used the same green Lightsaber he did before.

"You want to know where that Saber came from? Do you know who it used to belong to?" Luke asked

"N-No i don't.." Michael said, looking down at his weapon

"That lightsaber once belonged to your Grandfather, Anakin Skywalker before he became Darth Vader. That weapon has seen quite a lot of action." Luke explained, stopping in front of him

"W-Wow.. i never knew.." Michael said with surprise, he was shocked to see that he held a weapon that belonged to a relative of his.

"He died a while before you were born, it was after the Battle Of Endor when he died." Luke explained, continuing the trek up the mountain to the ruins

"How did he die?" Michael asked curiously

Luke looked a little sad. even for a Jedi Master like him, the topic of his fathers death still hurt him to the core and he knew the ghosts of Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi knew that as well, even his sister Leia and his friends Han Solo, Chewbacca and the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO he cared for since his days as a Moisture Farmer on Tatooine knew that as well.

"He made a sacrifice. A sacrifice that would've decided the fate of the galaxy, he died to not just save me but the Galaxy." Luke said as the 2 continued the walk to the ruins.

"Oh.." Michael said softly, a tone of sadness filled his voice as he looked over the terrain below.

"If it weren't for him then the Galaxy would be under the full control of the Emperor, it still hurts me as well but i'm glad he did the right thing when it counted." Luke said, adding on to his fathers story.

The two eventually made it to the top of the mountain and the remains of an Old Jedi Temple and Michael was unfortunately not pleased at all.

"There's nothing up here! If there was a Temple up here then it must've been blown down by the Empire back then!" Michael complained, kicking a stone off the ledge and it went rolling down the mountain

Luke explored the ruins and he went to the Seeing Stone in the middle of the ruins and placed his hand on it.

"Even if they are ruins, this place still has a very strong connection to the Force. Most of the temple may be gone but the strong link to The Force that this planet contains hasn't wavered at all." Luke said, reaching out to through the force as he placed his robotic hand upon the Seeing Stone

"Do you see anything Master?" Michael asked

"Only the Force. Like i said, Tython has a very strong connection to the Force. It's a planet i don't think very many are familiar with, at least not people affiliated with the Jedi." Luke said, taking his hand off of the Seeing Stone.

Michaels eyes sunk, Luke knew a lot more about the Force than he did and Michael had been Lukes apprentice for only a full year. Before that, Michael was just a background worker in the Rebel Alliance

"What can i do? What can i do to further my Jedi Training?" Michael asked, his pleading eyes staring into Luke Skywalker's soul

Luke simply looked at him and placed his hand on Michaels shoulder but before he could answer, his Comlink began to beep and ring.

"Yes?" Luke answered and the voice of Leia rang through

"Luke you need to get back to the Fleet immediately, we were somehow tracked back to Yavin IV! You need to get back here now!" Leia shouted through the comm.

"Leia?! What's going on over there?" Luke asked, his surprise showing through the small wrinkles on his face

"3 Star Destroyers of unknown origin have come out of Hyperspace and they started to open fire on our cruisers. I'll explain the rest when you get here, we're beginning evacuation immediately!" Leia said as the comlink turned off.

Luke looked at his apprentice and Michael looked at Luke with worry

"What's going on Master Skywalker?" Michael asked

"The Rebels are in trouble, we need to go now." Luke said as they started to head down the mountain towards their ship

---Meanwhile---

The battle over Yavin IV was still on and the Evacuation on the planet surface was still going on. Han Solo and Chewbacca were aboard the Millennium Falcon and it soared through space with a squadron of X-Wings and Y-Wings trailing behind

"Alright boys! You know what to do, we'll draw away any enemy fighters while you do your thing with their Destroyers!" Han commanded through to the Rebel Pilots, the X-Wing leader Wedge Antilles reported through.

"We're with you General Solo, lock S-foils into attack position!" Wedge responded as the X-Wings assumed attack formations and the 2nd Battle Of Yavin was on.

General Ryde was aboard the center Star Destroyer as they oversaw the battle with Darth Alidius watching through Hologram.

"They're fools if they think to take on our might! Deploy fighters and open fire on the Millennium Falcon!!" General Ryde shouted with boiling rage.

---

TIE Fighters flew out of the Hangars of the Destroyers and flew in and they started to open fire on the coming Rebel Fighters.

"We have enemy fighters, deploy deflector shields now!" Gold Leader, the leader of the Y-Wing Bombers called out

"We gotta clear a path for the Bombers to deploy their bombs upon their ships!" Han called out through the comms, Chewbacca roared next to him, agreeing

The battle was on as bolts of lasers whizzed across the void of space as ships were being shot down left and right, some were colliding with Rebel Cruisers and the Dark Empires ships, it was a complete and utter bloodbath as both sides were losing ships fast.

"Leia! How much longer?!" Han shouted, calling down to the planet surface below

"The last transport is away, call the squadron back to the Fleet, we need to get out of here now!" Leia responded as she boarded her transport and it lifted off into the sky

"Great! Squadron, fall back we're retreating for now!" Han called as he pulled the Falcon around and he and the remaining fighters returned to the fleet

"They're retreating!" General Ryde gasped in surprise. "I thought the Rebel Alliance was more stronger than this!"

"Let them go." Alidius commanded

"What?!" Ryde asked with complete surprise at the order Alidius gave.

"We attacked at a wrong time, we'll strike again when the Rebels are more prepared. Let them go." Alidius said, staring Ryde in the eyes.

"And what of The Sith Nebula?" Ryde asked in worry

"I've given the order to send it to the Dantooine system, we will test it on a more remote planet before sending it to a more wide-scaled target." Alidius said, his hologram disappearing.

----

The Sith Nebula burst out of Hyperspace as its gigantic hulking figure was close to the size of Darth Vaders Super Star Destroyer: "The Executor"! The superweapons dish moved downward towards the planet surface as it released a low hum.

"How close is the weapon being to completely charged?" Alidius asked as he stood on the bridge of the Superweapon.

A technician looked up and answered "Weapon is 100% charged, ready to fire!"

Darth Alidius stared down at the remote and quiet planet as his yellow Sith eyes burned like flames. "You may fire when ready.."

Technicians and weapon operators began to push buttons in the lower levels of the Ship as the sequence to fire the Weapon was being prepared. When all preparations were ready, bolts of red Dark Side channeled energy was sent from the Kyber Crystal that powered the Weapon through 8 energy tunnels.

The bolts of energy formed a Death Star like laser beam that shot towards the Planet surface and upon contact was instant devastation to just the first 10 miles of land. A shockwave that came off of the explosion traveled around the entire planet as debris from the explosion was ejected into space, after a while there was large crater in Dantooine. The section that was hit was now uninhabitable.

"General Ryde.. i must say this invention of yours is truly amazing.." Alidius thought to himself, complimenting the Generals work on the Superweapon

The Rebel Fleet had jumped out of Hyperspace into empty space and Leia had made it to the command center where Han was already waiting

"I sent a transmission to Luke letting him know where we are, but Han.. what was that..?" Leia asked with worry

The former smuggler looked at his wife and simply didn't have the answer for it. "I don't know, your guess is as good as mine."

"Han, don't tell me it's happening again.." Leia asked worriedly

"That could've been anything Leia, pirates? Scoundrels like me?" Han said jokingly with a small laugh

"I just hope Luke is alright, Michael too." Leia said, looking away.

"Well ever since he's been off doing Jedi things, it's hard to know what he's been up to." Han said, looking over at his furry companion Chewbacca, who just gave a small roar.

"Well, it was his dream to become a Jedi. He had heard the stories of Luke's tale and Anakin Skywalker's legacy. He had always been obsessed with those stories." Leia said, staring down at the Holo-table.

"If you say so.. In the meantime, what are we going to do about a new Base? We can't just stay on the move forever." Han said, placing his hand on the table firmly

"We'll figure something out but for now, we should wait until the full Alliance is back together. Luke should be on his way back now." Leia said

The 3 looked out upon the starry galaxy as they all thought about their recent ambush by The Dark Empire, Leia and the Rebellion began to wonder if this was the start of another War.

With Luke returning to the fleet and Rebel Leaders getting together to discuss, the discussion of another open war was on the table. Meanwhile, Michael gets ready to take his Jedi Training to the next level while Dark Imperial Occupations comes to many worlds.
