Ahsoka waited fearfully in her tiny space. Her room on the Jedi Cruiser was connected to her Master's, Pong Krell. It was tiny and dark. Unfortunately, her room had a lock from the outside, so Krell could lock her in whenever he wanted to, like he did now. Krell had modified it just for her.

Suddenly, the door was ripped open, blinding the girl with light. A large hand grabbed her thin arm and pulled her out of the room and threw her onto the floor. Ahsoka's heart beat quickened as she stayed on her hands and knees. The Padawan tried to swallow to moisturize her dry throat.

  "Foolish, girl!" Pong Krell roared. "Why did you rush into the battle?! We nearly lost because of you!"

Ahsoka could feel the rebellious fire working up inside of her.

  "Because the Clones were about to die! You sent them into the line of fire! I saved them!" Of course, she didn't escape the battle unscathed. The blaster wound in her right shoulder burned. And of course, her Master wouldn't let her treat it.

A blur slapped Ahsoka's cheek. Tears threatened to spill as her cheek stung so much it was almost numb. Sometimes Ahsoka thinks that Master Krell forgets how strong he is. Bravely, the teen stared up at the ugly face of Pong Krell. He was glaring down at her with a scowl on his face. His expression sent a chill down her spine. That face meant that Ahsoka was in huge trouble.

Pong fingered his lightsabers with his bottom right arm, causing his Padawan to flinch. He removed his touch from the weapon handle. No, he wasn't gonna use his lightsabers today. A simply beating would satisfy his rage. He had four arms and great strength. Yes, a beating will be a perfect punishment. Krell cracked his knuckles and grinned. He had been abusing Ahsoka ever since she became his apprentice, which was about five months ago. The brave light in Ahsoka's eyes glazed over with fear.

Ahsoka's cries echoed off of the empty halls. Unfortunately, no Clones happened to pass by. If they did, they could have spared her from the torture that she would have to endure for a long time.
