An: Continuation from last one no Narrator this time.

(Avona POV).

To say I was shocked would be an understatement a clone had apparently murdered a Jedi general this was unheard of in the republic and even I knew that the clones were fiercely loyal to their Generals so why did this one turn.

"Admiral you're certain that a clone killed a Jedi and not Treya or one of our soldiers right." I questioned.

"Yes mam I saw it with my own eyes and reviewed the security recordings several times." He said honestly.

I paused scratching my chin in thought. "Very well admiral do you have the clone in custody."

"Yes mam Lady Treya Captured him and I was about to go interrogate the clone." He informed me with a bow at Treyas name.

"Very well I wish to be observant for this interrogation." I requested.

Nodding his Head trench grabbed a comm before the call ended.

Ten minutes later I was contacted again By trench and Answered. As the room shimmered to life around me I saw the clone lashing out trying to escape the commando droids Grip.

"Now now soldier is that anyway to behave." I chided him.

"Shut up Sepratist Scum." He yelled at me angrily.

I saw Treya tense up at his tone in anger and I knew she was about to introduce the clone to her Light saber but I raised my hand halting her before continuing my talk with the clone.

"Listen Trooper I only have a few questions for you answer them honestly and I'll let you go." I told him truthfully.

"Hah we can keep going round this circle if you want I ain't saying nothing." He said defiantly.

I just shook my head. "No trooper I don't care about your military intel I already have enough of that junk mail anyways." I said jokingly causing Treya and the droids to snicker. "No trooper what I want to know I why you killed your Jedi General." I questioned firmly.

In response to my question he began lashing out at me causing the droids to briefly lose their grip on him.

However before he could get far Treya grabbed him with the force dragging him back to the comamndos.

Realizing he was stuck he glared at me furiously. "I don't have to tell you anything you guys were the ones who put the voices in my head." He snapped angrily.

Now I was more confused he said we put the voices in his head and I knew something was up.

"Stun him and I want a medic to tend to him. Also Treya call Ashara she's a lot more in-tune with the life force of other beings maybe she can deduce what's wrong with him." I said gesturing to the stunned clone being dragged to Med bay.

Nodding her head Treya and tench went their separate ways as the call ended.

(3rd Person POV).

Eventually a shuttle landed and out stepped Ashara who luckily wasn't far from the Ringo station.

Arriving in med bay she placed a hand on Tups head and began to try and deduce where the source of Tups pain was.

Eventually she figured it out and immediately called Avona.

"Mam thank goodness." Ashara says relieved.

"What's wrong Ashara." Avona asks concerned.

"It's the clone Mam apparently he has a tumor in his head and we don't have the gear necessary to deal with it." She says worriedly.

"You think this is the cause of his radical behavior." Avona questioned concerned.

"Yes mam." Ashara replies almost in a panic about the clones unimaginable pain.

Avona looked down in deep thoughts before facing Ashara again. "Ashara I want you to get Kraken and Treya at once." Avona commanded.

Nodding her head Ashara raced and grabbed the two individuals bringing them to Avona's Hologram.

"Kraken you are to take this trooper on a ship at once. Make way for Morelia at once." Avona ordered.

"By your command Grand countess." Kraken replies with a bow and then follows two droids and two shadow Acolytes who came with Ashara taking Tups Gurney out to a ship.

Then Avona turned to Treya. " Treya you are to take a stealth ship and Follow his ship from a distance."

Treya scowled. "Babysitting a sick clone please no can't I just kick Jedi butt." She said pouting.

Avona cut off her protests with a glare. "No Treya because if I'm not wrong the Jedi will attack the shuttle and try to retrieve the sick clone do you understand." Avona said annoyed.

Treya immediately nodded her head not wanting to get on Avona's bad side before jumping into a stealth Corvette.

Eventually the Jedi did indeed attack Krakens. Stunned by the Jedi and clones sudden attack teh two acolytes reach for their blades only for Skywalker to force choke them killing them.

Furious at the Jedi for killing Avolytes Kraken and the commando droids attack and kraken manages to beat Anakin down briefly but then tapping into his anger Anakin slices off Krakens arms before slamming him
Into the wall.

"What do you know about this clone tell me." Anakin demands.

Kraken however remains defiant. "I am programmed to resist interrogation." He says coldly before anakin slices him down.

Anakin then takes over the Sepratist ship and they free tup however as they move tup to a more Secure ship and prepare to move him to Kamino after analyzing his injury. none of the republic officials suspect a ship following them in the darkness.

"They are on the move." Treya reports.

"Follow them I want to know why that clone snapped." Avona orders.

(Kamino Treya POV).

As I followed the republic ship out of Hyperspace I noticed we were over Kamino the cloning world.

I knew this was an important planet for Avona to take but I also knew that trying to take it myself will fail horribly in some way.

To avoid detection I decided to land my ship on the roof of one of the domed city and enter it through the vents.

Finding the vent I used my saber to open it and immediately crawled in. As I crawled through.

I knew my mission was to try and identify what the tumor was because Avona wanted to figure out if this was a one off thing or if it had happened before.

'She probably didn't tell me here theory in case the republic traced the communication to my hidden ship.' I thought reflecting on my last conversation with Avona

As I crawled through the vents I saw a darkened room. With a console on.

Entering the room I sat down at the desk and began running through the computers files.

Eventually I came up on a file called inhibitor chips and began diving down into what they were. Eventually I came up on their descriptions

Inhibitor chips: A behavioral organic chip on all the clones designed to make them more obedient and loyal to the republic and to suppress their emotions to make them the perfect soldiers.

I was disgusted when I finished reading it.

'The clones are more slaves than the Jedi younglings Those scum bags only care about their own stupid power. When I'm through with them heads will roll.' I thought growling at the end.

I eventually found a series of executive orders the chips were designed to make ten clones unconditionally Obident to. The ones that stuck out were Orders 65, 66, 67.

Order 66 scared me and immediately I memorized it before retreating back to the vents once I heard foot steps approaching.

Crawling back to my ship I cloaked my transmission before Calling Avona.

"Grand countess I figured out the cause of the tumor." I said rapidly. Avona gestured for me to continue so I did. "They all have brainwash control chips and the clones will be forced to obey if any executives of the republic order them to."
I said while also informing her about Order 66.

Avona scowled when she heard what that one was before turning to face me. "Very good Treya you are to return immediately and we will make a new plan to deal with this." She ordered.

(Coruscant 3rd person POV).

Palpatine sat in his office meditating he knew the war was going badly and the few victories the republic had scored had been minor and were by no means stopping the confederacy.

Ever since Avona became a General she had been a thorn in the republics side. Now as its leader she was implementing policies that were making the republic look bad in comparison despite both governments being at war Avona was always more concerned with the innocent people something palpatine found disgustingly weak.

But I'm compatriot the confederacy prospered while the republic crumbled and now with the new shadow order coming out in the open and helping the confederacy palpatine knew he needed a card to counter that before shadow Acolytes stormed Coruscant.

While thinking he began laughing.

'Heheheheh the Jedi yes. They are blinded by the war and are almost obsessed with serving the republic.

If I can amplify their desire to protect the republic and subtly add a hint of dark side alchemy I can turn them all to the dark side and I will have my tool that will crush this puny shadow Order.' He thought wickedly.

However unbeknownst to Palpatine another conspiracy was taking place.

And at the center of this conspiracy was.

PANTORA.
