(The battle of christophsis aftermath).

General loathsome was considered by most a clever general however he had a fatal flaw much like the other Confederacy officers who won their merit through connections to the confederacy council.

He Had placed too much faith in confederacy technology and had not adequately guarded the shield generator however earlier on in the battle he had dismissed Lt. Colonel Avona due to her supposed insubordination.

Said insubordination was her protesting the use of a shield generator cause she knew either A. It would result in it becoming a high priority target and force them to divert resources to guard it which didn't happen instead he left only 1 company worth of 20 ambush droids.

B. She knew that if they overspread their forces the army would become vulnerable to the cannons.

However her warnings were ignored, and Avona was sent back to raxsus to face a military tribunal.

However, after presenting her argument, as well as stating the importance, as well as expressing the usefulness of a doctrine, like flexible warfare as part of her defense, the prosecution had nothing on her, and she was removed from the court, and allowed to retain her rank .

At the battle of hypori. it was a resounding victory for the confederacy however, Avona question the use of general grievous reasoning was due to the cyborgs unpredictable nature may accidentally turn on his own allies or falter and caused delays with specific operations of his own pride got in the way of the military objectives.

Her concerns were read by count Dooku who agreed to reign in grevious a little later however , Avona would receive a summon to the parliament building for what reason she did not know why she was summoned but she hoped that it was good.

(Parliament Avona's perspective).

Standing in front of all the senators was nerve wracking even though I had only been standing here a month ago.

"Lt Colonel Avona. Earlier this month you were accused of disobedience by former General Loathsome in the case you were proven innocent however you brought up the topic of flexible defensive warfare why is that."

"Well senator Singh the reason I did so was because in my opinion it's actually our most logical course of action." I replied boldly. I knew that if I was to come out of this meeting on top I had to be bold and brave or else the political representatives would tear me apart.

"Please enlighten us why that is Colonel." He replied calmly.

"Well sir you see. It's true our droid armies are powerful but we lack the means to adapt since B1s and B2s are pretty standard so we lack sufficient adaptability so therefore we are at a disadvantage."

"How so." Singh replied skeptically I could see other senators also staring at me glares that demanded I tell the truth.

"Simple the clones are human the have better reflexes and aiming then our droids so therefore their combat prowess is superior. For example on Christiphsis. General loathsome marched his men parade style so therefore they were extremely vulnerable to the Republics heavy cannons and on Hypori the only reason we one was because of Grevious. The droids stood no chance against 5 Jedi who surely would have turned the battle against us I mean all it took was one elite clone force to tear apart hundreds of droids.

It's for that reason I propose we adopt a strategy of flexible defensive warfare. We analyze republic attack patterns and attempt to guess where they will attack next or we fortify our holdings on newly conquered worlds in doing so our superior numbers can be brought to bear in their fullest potential when it's the republic who marches right into our hands." I replied with an evil smile.

My speech caused a mild uproar but Dooku managed to silence the senators.

"Lt Colonel you have proposed a bold new strategy but since there is no recorded evidnece to back your statement we will need some physical proof of this strategy's effectiveness."

I stared at the count confused as to what he was getting at.

"Congratulations Colonel we are promoting you to be the General of the 3rd droid army and fleet. if your strategy proves successful you will be well rewarded." He replied calmly as if my promotion wasn't that big of a deal.

Bowing my head I replied calmly. "I'll make the confederacy proud count."

The senates applause were deafening as I left the parliament building.

(4 days later)

Sitting in my new command ship a dreadnought class cruiser I stared out at the open regions of space.

I was ready to show the republic and Jedi  what I was made of. I knew that if my strategy worked, the confederacy was guaranteed certain victory.

My thoughts were soon interrupted by a sudden transmission from Count Dooku.

"Ah general, I was hoping I'd be able to reach you."

"To what do I owe the pleasure count."

"General I request a meeting with you. I know you just arrived at your fleet yesterday, but I wish for this to be held in private."

I had no idea what he could want but knowing I was in no position to refuse, I complied.

" well, I will continue this call in my office." I replied calmly before ordering my droids to maintain our current course.

Arriving in my office once again, resumed the call.

"So what did you want to talk to me about?"

"General I require the use of the Raxon drive yards. To Make a weapon that will bring the Republic to its knees." The count replied darkly.
