Narrator: mystery in the outer rim. Following a brief distress call from the outer rim world of Lolnar the Jedi council called for a netting with supreme chancellor palpatine and his administration to discuss this new threat.

(Senate building).

Palpatine sat calmly In his desk as the Jedi and several senators enter the room the senator of Lolnar being one of them.

Right from the beginning palpatine knew this was going to be a heated debate.

"We must send reinforcements to Lolnar before the separatist army overruns the few defenders that are left there." Senator Kelson argues strongly.

The Jedi looked sympathetic but palpatine understood the military situation like them and he knew no aid could be sent.

"Please try to understand senator that the republic is doing everything it can to help your people but there are already so many fronts of this war open that I can see us sparing any additional aid to Lolnar at this time."

Senator kelson was fuming now. Being one of the few non corrupt senators he cared deeply for his people and tolerated the treatment they were given from the core.

But this was too far. He called for aid and wanted the republic to uphold its promises of protecting his planet's sovereignty but it seemed like that wouldn't be happening any time soon.

Knowing this argument was useless to continue he left the office.

After the senator left the room master windu spoke up."The loss of Lolnar isn't to damaging to republic security but what's puzzling is how the separatists broke through to Lolnar so
Easily."

"Master windu has a point. Lolnar isn't strategically important but the fact of how easily we're losing control over the planet is something we can't ignore." Master Mundi replied

Senator organa from alderan who was also invited to the meeting was disgusted at how they simply threw Lolnar away like trash and its people.

"Surely there is something we can do. Some forces we can maybe spare or ships." Organa pleads desperately.

"I'm sorry we can't help Lolnar because I'm doing so like I said it would weaken our frontlines and greater risk would be on us.

My main question is any suspicions on who could be responsible for this attack." Palpatine looked at the two Jedi questioningly.

Mundi and windu shared a look and shared one name that struck a cord within palpatine.

"General Avona lexon."

(Lolnar 3 days later).

Explosions were everywhere as clones scrambled to defensive positions while speeders charged the incoming droid army.

Their tanks were gone and the enemy was nearing the main base.

For Jedi master leyla and her Padawan this was a disaster.

Not only had they been caught off guard when the droids launched their attack the sheer efficiency of this particular droid army was frightening l.

Leyla was staring at a holomap in desperation as she watched her army slows get pushed back more and more.

Her thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of her padawan who had a worried look on her face.

"Master we have incoming mandalorian and droid gunships." Her Padawan Myra Sandra says out of breath.

A look of horror crosses Leyla's face as she rushes out of the command tent just in time to witness hyena bombers strafing the command center defenses.

Mandalorian drop ships open revealing 4 dozen mandalorians wearing an armor pattern leyla was unfamiliar with.

(An: their armor is the same type only dark black and silver outlines couldn't find a good picture).

Leyla stared up in horror as the mandalorians dived down and tore through the republic defenses among way for the droid gunships to land deploying super battler droids and commando droids.

Seeing her clones get mowed Leyla rushed into battle slicing droids her Padawan following close behind.

When they finally thought they had respite Leyla looked around her as she saw her clones kneeling at the mandalorians feet hands behind their heads.

Growling she was about to attack the mandalorians when a separatist ship landed.

Walking down the ramp avona was flanked by Carmiya and Alson along with Iliana and Selene her assassin.

"Well well. I must say bravo for your efforts in trying to stop our inevitable victory I commend you." Avona says with a mocking bow.

"Avona lexon bane of the republic how infuriating to see you here." Leyla growls.

Instead of replying avona bursts out laughing. "Hahahahhahha oh that's rich but I see my reputation proceeds me then so here's how it's going to work.

If you and your Padawan surrender now I'll spare your remaining troops if you refuse." Avona glares at Leyla fiercely. "I will order my warriors to hunt down your remaining clones and wipe out any who refuse to surrender this is your only warning."

Leyla glared at Avona and Myra was glaring the mandalorians.

"How about you fight us like a true warrior coward." Leyla growls holding her lightsaber in front of her ready to strike.

Avona simply smirks at the Jedis insistence of a duel.

"Hah fine I accept." Avona replies while snapping her fingers and Selene rushed to her side.

"Selene take the master ills deal with the Padawan."

Smirking under her mask Selene faces Avona.

"Thank you general I was looking for a challenge anyways." She replied gleefully as she charges Leyla.

Shocked at selenes speed Leyla barely manages to block her first strike.

Seeing her master in trouble Myra turns to aid her only to be stooped by a blaster bolt in front of her.

Looking around hurriedly she sees Avona with her pistol drawn smoking.

"Ah ah ah." Avona tuts." I've got something else planned for you." She says smirking before turning to Carmiya.

"Take her." Comes Avona's brief reply.

Cracking her knuckles carmiya grabs her staff and rushes forward to contend with Myra.

(Leyla).

Breathing hard Leyla barely blocks a strike again as she continues to back pedal.

Smirking under her mask Selene knows she has already won.

Leyla was using form 3 a mostly defensive style of combat and not very effective against precise attacks either fluid motions. (An: someone who knows more about light saber forms let me know if that's true it's just my throught process regarding it for this fanfics sake).

"Getting tired Jedi scum." Selene mocks. Robotically as she blocks a strike from Leyla.

"I'll show you tired." Leyla growls as her attacks become more wild.

Seeing the opportunity selene glances at Avona who simply nods her head.

Ducking another one of Leylas strikes Selene uses the force to knock her down and then she knocks her out with her lightsaber hilt.

(Myra).

Myra was growing frustrated at this women in silver armor who was apparently mocking her because while Myra had thrown lots of attacks at her.

Carmiya simply dodged and barely reacted aside from criticizing the young girl.

"Hmm sloppy footwork, poor hand eye coordination, jeez don't you Jedi know the first rule of combat is to not leave your flank exposed I could've just killed you." Carmiya criticizes pointing her blade at Myra's waist.

"Then how about you show me how to fight so I can rip that chrome dome Helmet off your face." Myra growls.

Sighing in defeat Carmiya parries two strikes before delivering a strong kick to Myra's stomach sending her to the ground the feet of two mandalorians.

"Grab her and cuff her." Carmiya orders.

Once Avona saw both Jedi had been subdued she turned on her communicator and reached out to admiral Vidar.

"Excellent work in weakening the Lolnar sector admiral." Avona praises.

"Thank you mam and I have good news my men are headed for target B now."

Avona smirks at that news.

"That is good news admiral I'll have Tx-1943 reroute some units to your position and we'll give those republic dogs a scare." Avona grins .

Nodding his head while grinning similarly Vidar cut the call.

( Vidar pov).

"Are all ships ready to attack." I questioned my lieutenant an officer from the Morelian defense force.

"Yes admiral."

"Good make way for alderan." I ordered smirking. It's time to show the republic just how far Avona's reach is and that we are far from a child's nightmare.

(3rd pov).

Admiral Colbert was simply relaxing aboard his flagship the serenity. When suddenly alarms blared.

"Sir the victory and raider are heavily damaged and 1/4th of our escorts are gone."  A clone reports frantically.

Rushing to the bridge admiral Colbert stared in disbelief and horror as his precious ships went up in flames

"Hurry set scanners to max sensitivity and find out where these attacks are coming from." Colbert orders firmly trying to maintain control of his fleet.

The clones hurriedly rush to complete the order.

However 5 minutes later a clone rushes up to ten admiral.

"Sir enemy ships coming out of hyper space." He reports pointing to the view port as 2 frigates and a dreadnought emerge.

(Separatists).

"Admiral Vidar my forces are ready to be deployed."

"Good send down the gunships and Hyena bombers and target the alderanian palace and barracks.

In the mean time we will use the stealth ships and your task force to keep this defense fleet busy." Vidar orders.

"By your command sir." Tx-1943 replies while bowing.

(3rd pov).

The battle was brief but fierce the hyena bombers only hit the palace courtyard and destroyers 13% of alderan's military infrastructure.

While the ground troops were routes by the ground defenses the attack came as a shock to not just alderan but the entire republic as a whole.

(Republic senate building) 5 days later.

Palpatine was just sipping some tea when suddenly bail organa stormed into the room.

"I demand an explanation chancellor. You told me that the felt outside alderan would be more than capable of defending my people."

Palpatine looked confused "yes it should have been."

"Well then how can you explain the 4'000 casualties suffered by the alderan defense force and the bombing of the palace."

Palpatine was lost for words as he struggled to defend himself. "I assure you Senator that the enemy will not get to alderan and I'll double the fleet protecting your home." Palpatine negotiated.

Nodding his head in satisfaction organa turned and left the room But internally he was doubting the republics military capabilities.

Immediately palpatine contacted the Jedi as they began to argue with what the threat was.

"An attack on alderan that's impossible." Windu protested.

"Im afraid it's true master Jedi Senator organa came to my office earlier and said the fleet was overwhelmed and nearly destroyed."

"How the alderan defense fleet has 5 venators and 3 dozen smaller escorts." Tin protested stating the numbers.

"Belief it master Jedi our forces were nearly completely destroyed and the faith in the republic had been shaken for alderans civilians."

Anakin who was present finally spoke up "it has to be Avona only she would be capable of master minding such a plan. She needs to be taken out before more worlds fall to the 3rd droid army."

Nodding his head in agreement Obi wan deduced Avona's next attack would be the trimva system a neighbor hyperspace lane to the corelian run.

Nodding their heads in agreement Yoda instructed Anakin to head to the planets defense.

(Separatist forces) 3 days later. Moon of Trimva.

Rook stood on the bridge of her flagship the dreadnought terrorizer as she awaited Avona's call.

Finally after ten minutes avians smiling face appeared.

"Ah room I believe you are in position."

"Yes mam I have 5 divisions and the delta brigade ready to go." Room reports.

"Good. Rook it's your time show these Jedi rats the power of a Mandalorian warrior."

Smirking rook removed her silver and black helmet and grinned at Avona.

"General it will be my pleasure."
