Narrator: following the breakthrough of the Ryloth blockade and republic advances on the planet the separatist army is nearing it's breaking point. Desperate to relive the situation count Dooku deploys General Avona to alleviate the situation. however even as Avona speeds to teh rescue Separatist outposts continue to fall all across the planet.

(Ryloth space).

Yularen rubbed his temples in an attempt to alleviate another headache. He was pleased that he had finally got some reinforcements for the fleet and while there was still some resistance from the meager separatist naval presence.

However while victory was near The admiral knew better than to actually believe that they had the seppies on the run. As he neared the main command room a technician walked up to him.

"Sir we are detecting an unknown separatist ship coming out of Hyper space."

Yularen was confused he had suspected the confederacy would send reinforcement but just one ship, No something wasn't right here.

Heading back to the main view port he awaited the arrival of the separatist reinforcements.

"Have guns at the ready and prep fighters." Yularen commanded his officers.

5 tense minutes passed before the separatist ship emerged when Yularen saw it his blood froze. There heading for him was The Calamity the infamous flagship of the Separatist 3rd fleet, Issuing the order to fire Yularen stood in silent fear as the calamity continued to get closer.

eventually the Calamity opened fire and while the damage was minor the fact that the calamity was standing up to 5 venators was a testament to how efficient the Raxon drive yards were.

Eventually the Calamity broke off its assault after 3 ships left It's main hanger a transport ship and 2 gunships.

While the crew celebrated their successful defence Yularen knew that what the calamity was transporting could very well turn the battle in favor of the separatists.

(aboard the Transport ship).

Avona sat in silence as her ship made it's way into the Ryloth atmosphere Currently she was pondering the current situation the Ryloth occupation army faced.

The reports she had read over the course of the 2 day journey told her everything she needed to know.

General Skywalker had Falsified surrender which was against the Naboo Convention in order to break the blockade. 'He'll regret that dearly.' Avona swore.

General Kenobi was currently running rampant in the south storying garrison after garrison. mentally she cursed Tambor cause she knew that civilians were most likely killed in either crossfire or by the Occupation Army.

And finally Mace windu was approaching the capital and Avona estimated he would arrive in 3 days.

Determined to change the situation back in their favor Avona grabbed her communicator and opened a channel to Tambor.

"Yes General." He answered Annoyed.

"Minister Tambor a pleasure." Avona replied equally as annoyed.

"What do you want." He demanded.

"Minister Tambor you need to issue orders to all remaining droid forces to converge in defensive positions and to hold out for as long as possible."

Tambor seemed to consider her advice for a few minutes until he finally responded.

"No If this battle is a lose then I will take everything from the planet and besides I haven't lost yet." He replied arrogantly.

"Over 60% of the planet is in republic hands Tambor. If you don't fortify positions immediately we will lose." Avona nearly yelled.

"No I am In charge here Not you General." he replied coldly.

It took every ounce of strength Avona had not to scowl at the fool.

"You will regret Ignoring my advice Minister." Avona growls before Cutting the communication.

(Republic forces) 2 days later.

Mace windu was Currently reflecting on the last few hours He had defeated the Last major obstacle to his path to take the capital But it had come at a price. Now he Lacked sufficient forces to take the capital himself. As a result he was now looking for The resistance forces led by Cham Syndulla.

After stumbling across an old battlefield and gravesite he found them and After being invited to speak with Cham.

And after an hour he was finally able to negotiate With Cham to speak with Orn Free taa.

The meeting had been going for 30 minutes and the two had been constantly arguing,

Their arguing was interrupted By Admiral Yularen's appearance in the meeting.

"I apologize for interrupting But I am here to inform you all that spies were able to confirm My earlier suspicions about the separatist reinforcements." Palpatine gestured for him to continue. "I've received Confirmation That General Avona is indeed here on Ryloth and I recently learned that she sent a communication to Kynar to request reinforcements from the 3rd Army."

The room fell silent at that They knew what Avona's army was Capable of and while they had no doubts that they could beat Tambor Avona was another story.

Deciding to continue the campaign with Cham agreeing to help them they had one sliver of hope if they could take the capital before Avona's army arrived they had a chance.

(Capital).

Avona stood gazing across the vast landscape of Ryloth. It was a beautiful planet and Avona wished the war had never touched did.

Her thoughts were interrupted by the Tactical droid appearing. "Mam You will be happy to know that the bombers were not deployed against the civilians as you had recommended."

Avona breathed a sigh of relief remembering the conversation well.

(Flashback).

Avona was in the conference room with Tambor and his droid and Dooku Via hologram.

"Your tactical droid has informed me of a poor job you've done defending our assets on Ryloth."

"That droid exaggerates. I swear count if anyone's to blame it's her." Tambor argued back pointing at Avona who was annoyed beyond belief.

Dooku didn't buy it. "That's another thing Minister TAmbor your droid also informed me how you blatantly ignored her Advice when it was definitely still doable. IT doesn't matter anymore I want you to launch the hyena Bombers and wipe out every settlement on this dust ball." Dooku commanded cruelly.

Before Tambor could respond Avona exploded as memories of Kynar flooded her.

"NO YOU WILL NOT MURDER THOSE INNOCNET CIVILIANS FOR SOME STUPID PROPOGANDA USE." Avona yelled already knowing what Dooku was planning.

"IF YOU DO SO I SWEAR ALL AID FROM THE RAXON TRADE GUILD WILL CEASE AND I WILL TAKE AS MANY PLANEST AS I CAN AND LEAVE THE CONFEDERACY FOR GOOD." Avona threatened.

Dooku was stunned he had never seen this side of Avona but he knew whe couldn't kill hew because she was protected by the senate and if she was killed the odds of the Raxon trade guild Turning against them were very likely.

"Very well General then what do you propose then." Dooku replied trying to calm her down.

Taking a minute to find her composure again Avona faced them. "Targeting civilians is a poor use of propaganda value because the republic will simply use it against us. But If we sent commandos with rocket launchers out and have them prepare an ambush they can Destroy so much of teh republic military value here they will be stunned and it will be perfect propaganda." Avona says as she begins to walk around the room. "Think about it Separatist commandos destroy an entire tank division proof of the Jedi's incompetent military leadership. "

Dooku smiled and he gave his approval before shutting off the communication.

As Tambor made to leave Avona rushed him. Grabbing his collar she slammed him against the wall.

"Try to throw me under the bus again and I swear minister. I'll bring the whole techno union down before you can blink. Got it." Avona growled before dropping him.

(Present day).

"What is it." Avona replies truing to face the droid.

"Republic forces are nearing the city perimeter mam I urge that we go now."

"Agreed." Avona replies. "Tambor is a fool Dooku warned him not to get greedy But oh well." Avon shrugged before heading to her ship.

As she approached her ship she could tell the republic had won. Making her way to the ship she heard foot steps behind her and a lightsaber ignite.

"Halt General Avona." Windu demanded drawing his lightsaber. "You are under arrest and if you come quietly I promise the senate will be merciful."

Avona simply stared at the ground before a se began laughing sisterly. "Please the senate merciful. Oh don't make me laugh we know all of them are nothing more then money loving scum bags." Avona mocked.

"But then again I suppose the Jedi are blind being the senates lapdogs and all that." Avona said while drawing her rapier made of pure Beskar.

Lunging at Windu the Jedi was surprised at how skilled she was with a blade. Shifting to a defensive stance he tried to open up a hole in Avona's form but found it surprising when Avona simply parried his attacks.

"Jedi fool. Did you really think I wouldn't have studied your Lightsabers forms So I could be prepared in case I fought one of you." Avona taunted before unleashing a fury of attacks on her opponent.

Parrying them all Windu attempted to channel Vapad but found it difficult given how Avona wasn't using anger to fuel her strikes. getting annoyed he Settled for going for a slash instead one the Avona back flipped away from.

Wasting no Time Windu pressed home his advantage as his attacks became harder putting more weight behind the blade.

Avona struggled to keep up but made sure that she was backpedalling towards her ship. that way she could make a quick get away.

Parrying another one of her thrusts windu knocked teh blade out of her hands and kicked her to the ground.

"Surrender." He demanded pointing his blade at her neck.

"Let me think about that...... UH no." Avona replied before a sudden force push sent windu Tumbling to the ground. Regaining his balance windu noticed a black hooded figure use the force to grab Avona's sword and hand it to her

Grabbing her blade Avona quickly boarded her ship as freedom fighters attempted to shot her.

'Now that was intense. Ryloth may have been lost but soon Jedi you will see that the confederacy is far from beaten.' Avona thought to herself before turning on her communicator.

"Minister Carson. It is time ready the prototypes." Avona commented before smirking evilly.

"Of course minister Avona the republic won't know what hit them." Carson replied with a snifter grin.

Turning off her communicator Avona returned to her thoughts.

'The republic will learn true fear the Jedi claim they have no fear well let's see you soon what they think about my new toys.' she thought staring at the hologram of the ship that would be the greatest terror weapon since the malevolence.

'Thank you grandfather.' Avona thought sincerely
