In the space of Nar Shaddaa, an Imperial Star Destroyer arrives. On the bridge, Dark Ace along with Repton walk up to X1.

Dark Ace: Are the Death Troopers ready?

X1: Yes sir. The Death Troopers await your command. 

Dark Ace: Repton. Have your Raptor Clan take positions. When I give the signal, attack. X1, create a perimeter around the system. Nothing goes in. Nothing goes out.

X1: As you wish. 

Repton then made his way to his ship to take his Raptor Clan to their positions. Dark Ace then took a battalion of Death Troopers and boarded a shuttle on route to Nar Shaddaa. Meanwhile at the facility, Billy Rex and Suzy Lu help Finn, Junko and Stork repair the Condor. 

Finn: HEY! What are you doing?! Are you trying to blow up my ship?!

Billy Rex: What are you talking about?!

Finn the walks over to where Billy Rex was. 

Finn: This one goes there! That one goes there! Where did you find this kid Suzy?! 

Suzy Lu: Lay off him! He's done some pretty good work for this operation! He's a fast learner! Unlike someone I know.....

Finn: Haha! Very funny! I'll believe that when I see it! STORK! How's the engine?!

Stork then revs up the engine. The sudden movement of the Condor scared Finn to the point of him nearly falling off. 

Stork: Engine looks good to me.

Suzy Lu, Billy Rex and Junko all burst into loud laughter. Finn was annoyed at this. Meanwhile, Starling was training Piper in lightsaber combat.

Starling: Not bad. Did Kota teach you that trick?

Piper: He did!

Piper then swung her lightsaber, but Starling dodged the attack and kicked the lightsaber out of her hand. Before Piper could react, Starling kicked her to the ground and aimed her lightsaber down at her.

Starling: You leave yourself open to attack. 

Starling then deactivated her lightsaber and helped Piper up. As Starling and Piper continued training, Aerrow was watching the training going down. As he does so, he can't seem to keep his eyes off Piper. As he watched her, Aerrow got lost in her beauty. As he's lost in thought, X2 catches his attention.

X2: Am I interrupting something kid?

Aerrow: N....no. 

X2 knew that something was on his mind. He knew this because he felt the same way with Starling back in the Clone Wars.

X2: I know that look kid. You like that girl.

Aerrow tried very hard to hid his blushing face from the Clone Trooper, but he couldn't.

Aerrow: It's....it's not like that! Sure she's nice, kind, beautiful and everything in between, but she's a Jedi and I'm a soldier! 

X2: Didn't stop me with Starling. And I was just a Clone in an army of Clones.

Aerrow: Would she even be interested in someone like me? 

X2: You never know unless you try. Life's too short to hesitate. Especially in times like these.

Aerrow knew X2 was right. Aerrow had fallen for the young Jedi. Despite being a skilled soldier, the Rebel soldier was very much unsure about how to deal with his feelings for Piper. As Aerrow was lost in thought, X2 noticed his rifle.

X2: Is that a DC-15 Blaster Rifle?

Aerrow: Yeah. You got one?

With a smile, X2 pulled out his own DC-15 Blaster Rifle.

X2: Damn right I do!

Aerrow then noticed that X2's Blaster Rifle had numerous tally marks etched onto the rifle. This catches his attention.

Aerrow: What's with the tally marks?

X2: These old things? Heh. Those tally marks were for every Clanker I blasted in the Clones Wars. Starling never did approve of that. 

Aerrow: How many?

X2: Thousands give or take. I lost count to be honest. Some of the guys in my unit were the ones who really kept count. 

As they talk, the building begins to rumble. Starling and Piper stopped training. 

Piper: What was that?

Suddenly, the doors to the casino are blasted open by an explosion. As the guards scatter for their weapons, Dark Ace leads the battalion of Death Troopers inside the compound.

Dark Ace: Fan out! Remember, I want the Jedi alive! Kill the rest!

Suzy Lu: Imperials!

X2: Everyone! Battle stations! 

X2 then lead a defense force against the Death Troopers. Junko then rushes to the Condor and returns with his Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon while Finn shoots at them with his DL-44 Blaster Pistols.

Finn: I'm getting real sick and tired of this!

Aerrow begins helping X2 fend of the Imperials while Starling and Piper help evacuate the casino. During the fight, Aerrow notices Repton leading his Raptor Clan in a flanking position.

Aerrow: To our right! 

X2 then sees his forces being overwhelmed by the combined assault of the Death Troopers and the Raptors.

X2: Everyone! Fall back! Fall back! 

As X2 and Aerrow cover the retreat, Suzy Lu and Billy Rex covers Starling and Piper.

Piper: How did they find us?!

Starling: Doesn't matter! Stay focused! 

Billy Rex: Boss! Those Death Troopers are wiping out our forces! 

Suddenly, Repton enters the room and runs the lightsaber through Billy Rex's chest, killing him.

Repton: May death greet you with open arms.

Seeing Billy Rex's body fall to the ground horrifies Suzy Lu and the two Jedi. 

Suzy Lu: BILLY REX! NO! YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!

But before Suzy Lu could shoot at Repton, a crimson Lightsaber cuts off Suzy's arm. She is then Force Pushed to the ground. Dark Ace then walks over to the two Jedi. 

Dark Ace: Repton.

Without hesitation, Repton lunges at Starling. As the two clashed in Lightsaber combat, Dark Ace stares Piper down. 

Dark Ace: So you're the daughter of Anyarah? 

Upon hearing that name, Piper felt her heart drop. She recalls her mother fighting an Inquisitor when she left. In her visions, she relived that memory and now saw the figure attacking her mother was now revealed to be Dark Ace. 

Piper: Y....you.....

With tears in her eyes, she lunged at Dark Ace and begins savagely attacking the Inquisitor. Dark Ace smiles as he blocks her attacks. When they lock blades, Dark Ace begins pressing down on Piper.

Dark Ace: You're strong in the Force, but you could be stronger still! 

Piper: I'll never join you! You killed Master Kota! You killed my mother!

Piper then Force Pushes Dark Ace away and attempts to overpower Dark Ace, but the Inquisitor easily dodges her attacks. As they lock blades once more, Dark Ace laughs.

Dark Ace: You're powerful I'll give you that! But you still have much to learn!

As he said that, Dark Ace breaks the lock and unleashes a torrent of Force Lightning on Piper. Piper attempts to block it with her Lightsaber, but she finds herself engulfed by the Lightning Attack. As Piper screams in pain, the intense pain from the attack causes her to pass out. Dark Ace then walks up to Piper and picks her up. Meanwhile, Starling sees this. 

Starling: Piper!

Starling attempts to chase after Dark Ace, but Repton shoots his Whipcord thrower at Starling and stops her dead in her tracks. 

Dark Ace: Repton! We're done here!

Repton then follows Dark Ace. Back in the fight, Aerrow and X2 continue fighting the Death Troopers until they start pulling back. 

X2: They're pulling back? 

Finn: Shows em who's boss!

Aerrow: No......

Aerrow then sees Dark Ace carrying the unconscious Piper into a shuttle. 

Aerrow: PIPER!!!!!

Aerrow begins shooting at Dark Ace with his DC-15 Blaster Rifle, but Dark Ace holds out his hands and deflects the blaster bolts. As the shuttle departs, Dark Ace lets out a sinister smile. Aerrow and X2 could only watch helplessly as Piper was made a prisoner of the Empire. Dark Ace had used Piper's emotions to his advantage and captured her to attempt to turn her to the Dark Side and recruit her to Darth Cyclonis's cause.
