Requested by samvarty. This is an alternate version of not worth living where Gar escaped and Sabine didn't kill herself.

On krownest

Sabine, Kanan, Stahl, and Rau had gone to krownest to convince Sabines clan to join the rebellion, but when they got there they were shot down and taken to Ursa. She had told Gar about the jedi coming here and he was on his way.

Living room

"Mother we need you to join the rebellion" Sabine said making Ursa mad and nearly yell "join the rebellion, no, after your little stunt back on mandalore Tristan had to join the empire to redeem our clans honour". Sabine just scowled at her mother as Stahl clenched his fist at what he heard the mando say. "So your just willing to let mandalore stay under the empires rule just to keep, your honour" Stahl asked annoyed a little, Ursa just looked at the boy and said "yes we are boy and we will take no part in helping a lost cause" making all four of them get angry. "The empire doesn't care about you or mandalore, they will kill you all when they don't want to deal with you like they did to my men on concord" Rau said, Ursa just looked at the other mando in discuss and said "your protectors were weak, the empire did mandalore a favor by taking out your "men" making Rua furious. After Sabine heard that she was furious and yelled "LISTEN HERE MOTHER WE ARE TRYING TO FIGHT THE EMPIRE AND YOUR JOINING OR IM GOING TO HURT YOU" making Ursa, Tristan, and all of clan wren widen their eyes in fear. Even though Sabine kept a strate face she didn't mean it, it's just after she saw Ezra die back on concord she became more disconnect from the crew, only coming out when necessary and when she did she would get easily angry like Stahl would when they first met and would yell at anyone, but Sabine would soon apologize and sit down crying because she didn't mean what she yelled, but her heart felt empty without Ezra making her feel lonely. Hera would often go and talk to her which ended with Sabine crying into Hera's shoulder and soon falling asleep. "Well well well isn't this interesting" Gar said as he and his men entered the living room. When Sabine saw him she glared at him and her mother while asking "how does he know where here" "Like I said before clan wren has had to join the empire so we don't get destroyed" Ursa said making Sabine growl. "Yes having clan wren working with the empire has been a great thing, I should thank you Sabine, but I would much rather enjoy killing you" Gar said making Ursa gasp and say "you promised me that I would get to keep my daughter" "change of plans, your daughter is a traitor and if you want clan wren to burn I suggest that you arrest them and kill the Jedi and Rau" Gar ordered. Sabine looked at her mother with a little worry in her eyes, Ursa saw the scared expression on her face and stood up while saying "Clan wren, I order you to arrest Gar and his men for betraying mandalore". Once everyone heard this they aimed their guns at the opposing clan, Sabine then pulled out the darksaber and pointed it at gar saying "Gar Saxon for your crimes against mandalore and the rebellion I sentence you to combat to the death". Although Gar was surprised by the sight of the darksaber he pulled out Ezras old lightsaber and activated it. When Sabine saw Ezra's old lightsaber she gasped and let a tear fall, "oh you remember don't you Sabine, his face and cries as he died in your hands" Gar taunted making Sabine get angry and yell "YOUR DEAD" and lunged at him and attacked him making everyone else attack each other.

Sabine kept striking at Gar giving a bunch of yells as she forced him down the hall way, as she kept striking she got careless of where her blade went making her cut along the walls. Gar couldn't attack Sabine because she kept swinging at him making him block her attacks, however Sabine made a mistake when she tried to stab Gar and he took advantage of it and cut her arm and kicked her in the gut making her fly back a bit. When she fell on her back Gar said "pathetic, I'm sure your Jedi friend could have put up more of a fight", as Sabine heard this she managed to get on her knees and grab the saber. When she stood up she heard a voice tell her *don't fight in anger that leads to mistakes* realising it was what she had heard during her training with the darksaber back on Atollon. She stood up and held the darksaber in a defensive position *use your enemies strength against them* she remembered as Gar attacked her but didn't break her defense, *your enemies will be fast so you must be faster, watch for mistakes, confuse them with false attacks and then strike* Sabine kept remembering as she kept blocking Gars attacks. Sabine had been defending herself for a while before Gar made the mistake of leaving his chest wide open and Sabine quickly stabbed his chest making him groan and drop the saber. "That was for Ezra and his parents" Sabine said "You think you've won.....*coughs*......you will never win, the empire has more power and forces then your rebellion can handle" Gar said "maybe but at least I'll die free instead of a slave like you" Sabine said as she brought the saber out making Gar fall lifelessly on the floor. After Sabine made sure that Gar was dead she walked over and picked up Ezra's lightsaber, when she did she got on her knees and started crying while speaking "I miss you Ezra, if your hearing me I just want to say I love you and I always will" before walking back towards the living room.

Living room

When Sabine got back she saw that Gars men had been apprehended, "Sabine" Ursa said as she walked over to her daughter. When Ursa saw Ezra's blade in her hand she asked "so Gar is dead?" getting a nod from Sabine, Ursa then put her hand on Sabines shoulder and said "I'm sorry for not siding with you earlier, your father would be proud of you and that's why clan wren is going to help the rebellion" making Sabine smile and hug her.

It had taken them about 2 hours to get all of clan wrens resources together, as Sabine helped load the last of the supplies Rau came up to her and said "you did good Sabine" "thanks Rau" Sabine simply answered. "Listen I'm sorry for what happened back on concord I may have not known Ezra, but I can tell you this Sabine he would be proud of you" Rau said getting a smile and nod from Sabine as they got back on the Phantom and headed to Atollon.

After clan wren and the Spectres got back Sabine went to her room to take a nap, but when she did she had a wonderful dream.

Sabines dream

As Sabine was surrounded by darkness she was wondering what she was doing here, then she heard a voice say "Hey Sabine" and turned around to see.......Ezra. "Ezra!" Sabine yelled as she ran and hugged him while sobbing into his chest, Ezra hugged back and said "shhhhhhhh it's ok Sabine" "I miss you Ezra" Sabine sobbed. "I know Sabine, but listen you need to stop being alone, if you do you will lose the best things that has happen to you" Ezra said "you were the best thing that happened to me Ezra and I lost you" Sabine said making Ezra a little sad. "Well then you can be with me, I'll stay with you in your dreams" Ezra said making Sabine smile and ask "you will" "yes but you have to continue to bond with your family" Ezra said. "I will Ezra" Sabine said making Ezra smile and give her a starbird necklace with a kiss. When they separated Ezra smiled and said "I will always be with you Sabine" before he disappeared as Sabine began waking up.

When Sabine woke up she didn't feel lonely or cold like she usually would, she felt warm and joyful, Sabine felt something around her neck and when she looked she saw the necklace Ezra had given her. From that moment on she became the spectre 5 she once was and stayed with Ezra every night.

Sorry it's short but I like this and I hope you all do too. I'm going to take a small break on most of my books and just focus on one but I will update my other ones every now and then.
