I smoothed out my dress and held my breath.

Mother Talzin's had ordered me to become the lover of one of her sons and I was nervous. I had always known I would be forced to have a child, but I had thought I'd have more time to get out of it.

To be honest I had been secretly seeing a night brother. I had planned to talk him into running away with me, but he wouldn't leave his brother and I couldn't leave my sisters.

So I stayed and allowed myself to be put into a loveless bound.

"Are you ready?" Talzin asked softly.

"Yes." I said softly.

"Don't be so glim, I promise you and him will be perfect together." She said as she sent me a smile.

I nodded my head and held my breath as I followed her. We soon made it to an alter and my eyes went wide. Standing in front of it was a tall muscular man. His eyes stared at me and I bit my lip, to stop a small smile from appearing on my face. Talzin started the ceremony and it soon ended.

"You may now seal your bound." She said looking at him.

He gently moved his hand to my face and leaned down and pressed his lips against mine in a deep and passionate kiss. I let out a sigh as I closed my eyes and kissed him back. We pulled apart and I looked at the ground.

It wasn't long before we got to have some privacy and I let out a sigh of relief as I looked out the window. I quickly closed the curtains and smiled as I heard Savage walk up behind me.

"That didn't take long." Savage said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

I let out a laugh and shook my head as I felt his lips on my shoulder blades.

"Why didn't you tell me that she picked you?" I asked as I let out a small sigh.

"I didn't know. I thought she was going to pick Feral, but then she came to me and said she found me a lover." He said as he kissed my shoulder.

"I thought she would have someone else. I was scared to death." I said as I turned my head and gently kissed him.

He let out a hum and pulled me into his arms.

"As was I." He said softly.

"I love you." I said as I gently touched his horns.

"I love you too." He whispered as he leaned down and pulled me into another kiss.

Timeskip

My heart stopped as I stared into the eyes of the man I once loved. The eye of the father of my son and daughter. And the eyes of the man who I once thought would never hurt me.

"Savage?" I said questionably.

"Are you the nightsister that Mother Talzin sent?" He asked with a frown.

"I... do you not know who I am?" I asked shocked.

"Should I?"

"It's me (Y/n)... the mother of your children... your other half." I said as I felt tears threaten to stream down my face.

"I do not know you." He said before he pushed past me.

My heart stopped and I covered my mouth. I soon learned that she had forced him to kill his brother and I quickly decided to take the children and run. I made it off world and thought I was safe, but I soon was proven wrong as I saw Savage with his saber at my door.

"I'm not going back." I said as I stepped outside.

"She doesn't want you back. Only the children." He said sternly.

"Do you not remember me? Do you not remember those nights we shared? Savage please don't allow her to warp your mind... don't allow her to chang- 'gasp'!" I let out a gasp as he force chocked me.

I was lifted into the air and my eyes went wide as I met his eyes.

"I- cough- love you!" I gasped out.

His face changed and I hit the ground gasping for air.

"(Y/n)." He said softly.

He instantly ran to my side and I smiled as he helped me sit up.

"I'm so sorry! I never would of-"

I quickly cut him off by roughly pressing my lips against his.

"I thought I lost you." I whispered against his lips.

He sent me a small smile and pulled me into another kiss.
