7. "I don't ever want to live without you."

31. "I love you and it scares the hell out of me!"

I let out a sigh as I watched as Kanan trained with Ezra. I saw Ezra hit the ground and winced as he let out a grunt.

"You need to stay focused." Kanan said calmly.

They continued until Hera called us do a mission. I ruffled Ezra's hair up and followed him inside. Hera then explained that Kanan and I were going undercover as a newly married couple and I felt my heart skip a beat at the thought. She explained that we would be undercover for a week and that she would come pick us up when it was over.

We arrived on the world and I let out a sigh as we made it to the house and unpacked.

"Let me help you with that, Honey." Kanan said as he grabbed a box from me.

Oh, thank you Dear." I said sweetly.

We made it inside and I let out a laugh as I shook my head. After getting everything in it's place I plopped down on the sofa beside Kanan.

"Remind me to Thank Hera for our vacation." I said with a laugh.

"Yea, a week away from the ship... I'm in heaven." Kanan said as he sent me a smile.

Sadly it wasn't heaven, at the start of the week everything was fine until Kanan and I started to argue about his teaching.

"You shouldn't be so rough with Ezra! You could hurt him!" I yelled.

"My master taught me the same way as I am teaching him and I turned out fine!"

"You are being hunted! That isn't fine!"

"So are you!"

"Why do you have to be so stubborn!" I yelled.

"Why do you always push people away!"

""Maybe because I love you and it scares the hell out of me!" I yelled angrily.

"What?" He asked shocked.

My eyes went wide and I covered my mouth.

"I... I didn't... I um..."

"You love me?" He asked shocked.

I nodded my head and looked at the ground.

"Want to know a secret of mine?" He asked softly.

"Sure." I said as I tried to change the subject.

"I don't ever want to live without you." He said as he made me look up at him.

I went to say something but he leaned down and gently kissed me. I smiled against his lips and pulled him closer. I pulled away and smiled up at him.

"So is that your way of saying you love me too?" I asked with a smile.

He let out a chuckle and shook his head.

"Yes, that's my way of saying I love you too." He said softly.

"Well.... guess this week has gotten better." I said as I smiled up at him.

Soon the mission was over and I smiled as I saw the team walk up to us.

"How was the mission?" I asked with a smile.

"It was good, how was yours?" Hera asked with a smile.

"Pretty good." Kanan said as he wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed my forehead.

I let out a laugh as I saw their shocked faces.

"Sabine! Mom and dad are finally together!" Ezra yelled to the ship.

"Bout time!" She yelled from the ship.

I rolled my eyes as I saw a smile on Kanan's face.
