"Wow nice... Big bird... Thing..." Ezra said confused by the turkey Hera was holding.
        "It's a turkey, Ezra" Hera explained somewhat wondering why Ezra doesn't already know this, "we cook it and eat with our families, and we say what we are thankful for at the dinner table."
       "...why?" Ezra asked, embarrassed that he was asking so many questions.
      "Because it's Thanksgiving!" Hera exclaimed, realizing that Ezra didn't know what Thanksgiving was.
       "What's Thanksgiving" Ezra asked, "if it's a holiday, then I don't think my family ever celebrated it, if so, I don't remember them cooking a giant bird."
       Hera sighed. Sometimes she forgets Ezra used to live on the streets.
     "Thanksgiving is a holiday when families spend quality time together, eating food and just hanging out, thanksgiving is also a holiday about thankfulness, and being grateful."  Hera explained to the confused child.
       Ezra nodded, understanding now. He actually liked this holiday that Hera was explaining, even if he couldn't spend it with his real family, he could spend it with his new family.
    
2 hours later...

    Hera put the turkey and other foods on the table and sat down next to Kanan.
     "Happy thanksgiving everyone!" She stated happily.
       "Happy thanksgiving!" They all replied.
       The whole crew plus Cham Syndulla, Numa and Gobe (I think that was his name) were all sitting around the table together.
      Cham was carving the turkey and putting a piece on everyone's plate.
     They had all adopted Hera's thanksgiving traditions, since non of them (except Cham and other Twi'lek of course) celebrated it before meeting her.
       "Ah so much food!!" Zeb fangirled, "I love this holiday!!"
        "Thanksgiving isn't all about food Zeb" Hera sighed.
         "Now we state what we are thankful for." Cham stated. "I'm thankful for my amazing daughter and warriors". Hera, Numa and Gobe smiled  at him.
       "I'm thankful for food!" Zeb said excitedly. Hera rolled her eyes.
         "I'm thankful for survival" Kanan states bluntly. (He would say something else, but Cham and the others are there XD)
        "I'm thankful for shelter and love" Sabine says happily.
         "I'm thankful for peace!" Numa and Gobe state.
         Everyone looked at Ezra.
    "Your turn, Ezra" Sabine stares at him .
       "I'm... I'm thankful for my new family. Each and every one of you!" Ezra says sappy like, "Kanan and Hera for being like my new adoptive parents,  Sabine for being like the best big sister I could ask for and Zeb for being a great big brother, even if we don't all ways get along! I love you guys!"
         "Awwwwwwwwwwww" Hera and Sabine squee. Kanan smiles, but Zeb is still to focused on the food.
       Ezra pulls them all into hug, whispering nice things to each one of them. They stay like this for awhile until Zeb breaks it up by saying:
   
    "Ok this is nice and all, but can we eat now?"
