C1-10P, commonly known as "Chopper," was a C1-series astromech droid with masculine programming who was active during the Clone Wars and the early years of the Galactic Empire. He was a member of a Lothal rebel cell led by the Twi'lek captain Hera Syndulla and the Jedi Kanan Jarrus that fought against the Empire. He was responsible for maintaining the Ghost, a modified VCX-100 light freighter which served as the rebel cell's main base of operations. During his time with the Lothal rebels, Chopper took part in numerous raids and missions against Imperial targets. Due to his old age and lack of regular maintenance, Chopper developed a cantankerous and mischievous personality. Despite these personality flaws, he was a loyal member of his rebel crew. Later, Chopper and his fellow rebels joined the Phoenix rebel cell, which was part of the rebellion. In 3 BBY, Chopper played an important role in helping the Phoenix rebels discover a new base on the planet Atollon. To honor Chopper, the base was named Chopper Base.

Sometimes, Chopper didn't even know why he stuck around with this rag-tag group of unappreciative rebels.
      Each of them owed him their lives more than once! And did they ever say thank you? No!
    All they ever said was:
•"KARABAST, BLASTED RUSTBUCKET"
•"IM GOING TO DISMANTLE YOU!"
•"oh chopper, go fix the hyper drive... NOW! Before I remove your battery"
•"leave a bolt for me!"
•"Hera's not here to save you now!"

Etc.

Hera was the only one who actually seemed to like him, chopper thought.
      She saved him back at the clone wars, she was different than most. Chopper liked Hera, even if he got on her nerves a lot, and she was a bit bossy to him.

Chopper somewhat liked Sabine... No... He thought she was just ok, Neutral feelings I guess. At least she wasn't constantly trying to dismantle him. Though she did try to give him pain jobs that he hated often.
  
Chopper hates Zeb. Zeb is always grumpy and chasing him about something, even if chopper was the one to start it. Though chopper loved to prank him.

Sometimes chopper hated Ezra and other times he likes Ezra. Despite the fact that Ezra often joins Zeb, Ezra is also the only other person other than Hera to actually listen to what he has to say.

Kanan... Yeesh... Chopper has mixed feelings about him. Hera loves him, and has been giving him more attention than she's been giving chopper. Though sometimes Kanan gave chopper oil baths which made him somewhat ok to choppers eyes.

Even though he dislikes many things about each crew member, (except maybe Hera), chopper would do anything to save them. Even though they can be annoying, ungrateful, and mean at times, they were his family. Even if they weren't grateful for him, Chopper was grateful for them.
