Kanan's pov

"Zeb?!?!?!" I shout banging on the door to open. All I hear is screams through the door. Sabine is able to open the door with the code and we all step inside.

Once we enter, we see Zeb floating on the ceiling. "Help!!!!!" He shouts. We all grab hold of him and try to pull him down. But it only makes Sabine and I float too with Hera trying to keep hold of us. "Rex help us!!!!" Hera shouts. But there was no response. I knew he couldn't be trusted.

Chopper then comes in and starts beeping like crazy. "We don't have time for your drama Chopper help us!!!" Hera shouts at Chopper. That's when he helps. All of a sudden we all tumble to the floor and fall on top of each other.

"Come on let's go!!" Sabine shouts and we all leave the room. Once we enter the common room, Rex is just sitting there with Ezra. "Rex!!! We needed help and you didn't come!!!" I yell at him. "I couldn't or else they would've taken Ezra." He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask him. Everyone else is now staring at Rex to find out what he means by that. Ezra is also looking at him. "Can't you see that if we leave Ezra alone, they will try to take him? They aren't after you guys, they are after him." He says.

It all started to come to me. When I went outside with Hera, Rex and Sabine went to the med bay, and Zeb went to his room, we left Ezra alone. And when I saw Ezra in the parking lot getting drowned, he was alone. They probably see it as an opportunity to take him. But why do they want him? And who are they?

"Well it's a good thing they are gone." Zeb says. "Think again!!!!" A voice says. "I will get him!!! You won't have him much longer!!!!" Then a shady spirit is formed and creates a blinding light.

When we all are able to see again, I just stare at Ezra. He's in serious danger.

Ezra's pov

After that spirit or something was gone, I get out of Rex's grasp and just look at the phone. Why are they after me? When I turn to everyone, they are all staring at me. "Why are they after the kid?" Zeb asks. "I don't know. But it can't be good." Kanan says.

"What should we do?" Sabine asks. "We should move to a different location." Hera says. We all look at her like she's crazy. "Those things know our location so right now we aren't safe." She says. When have we ever been safe? *Cough* *Cough* The Empire *Cough*

"She's right. But we need more supplies before we leave." Kanan says. ANOTHER SUPPLY RUN?!?!?!?! I mean I only got abducted by clones and almost abducted by skeletons while drowning........no big deal. "Alright we will send...." Not me not me. "Zeb and Sabine." Yeahhhhh!!!!

"Wait I have to make more of my miracles." Sabine says. "Ok then Ezra you will go with Zeb." Hera says. What the........ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? It's like the universe wants me to die. "I'll go too." Rex says. Ummm.....I guess that's ok? "Ok fine, make sure you get fuel and weapons." Hera says.

We all nod and head out. I took one last glance at everyone and when I looked at Kanan, he wasn't happy.

While walking to the market, Rex never leaves my side. Maybe he just wanted to come to keep an eye on me? I don't know. When we arrived to the market, I see these amazing helmets. They are like for the bigger rank storm troopers, if there is a bigger rank for them.

I wanted to go check it out but Rex and Zeb were going to a different store. I sigh in disappointment and continue following them.

It's been like an hour and we pretty much got everything we need. We were about to walk back till Zeb finds something that catches his eye. "Look at that weapon." Zeb says walking towards it. "Woah Zeb that's over 100 credits." Rex says.

"Oh karabast. I could use a new weapon." Zeb says. "Well you already have a weapon." Rex says. "It's old!!! This is new!!!!" He says still having his eyes on his prize. So Zeb could do that, but I couldn't at least look at those helmets? Get out of here!!!!!

"Come on we need to get back." Rex says. "One more minute." Zeb says. "No we need to go now." Rex says. While listening to this ridiculous conversation, I see a sketchy looking man walking towards me.

I walk away to lose him but he still follows me. That's when I look closely at him while walking. I soon realize it is the same man who was in the parking lot and in front of the ghost. What was his name again?

Maybe I should tell Rex and Zeb. When I look around, I don't see them. A wave of worry fills me. I must've been too focused on that man that I left them. "Rex? Zeb?" I shout looking around. The man comes closer and closer to me. I speed off to the opposite direction.

"Rex?!?! Where are you?!?!?" I shout looking at every person I pass. When I look behind me, the man is gone. "Rex? Zeb?" I shout walking backwards. That's when I bump into someone. The man. I gasp in horror. "Why hello again." He says with a creepy smile.

"Hello." I say. "How are you?" He asks me. "I'm ok." I say. "Where is your....uncle?" He asks me. "Um-" He cuts me off. "Did you lose him?" He asks. Should I tell him.....no. "No." I lie. "Ok then. I'll just wait with you till he comes." He says.

Oh no.

Rex's pov

"Zeb we don't have time for this." I say. "I know I know I just want to take one last look at it." He says. "Well hurry up because we have t-" That's when I noticed that Ezra wasn't by my side. I look behind me, not there. Oh no no no no no million times no.

"Where's Ezra?" I ask extremely worried. Zeb then loses his focus on the weapon and searches for him. "Karabast." He says. "Let's split up and find him." I say and we both head in different directions.

I run to every market that we were at before. Not there. Where could he be? What if........no. I go the market that he was looking at with the helmets before. Not there either. I should find Zeb and see if he has found him. I run past tons of citizens until and I see a boy with blue hair and sapphire blue eyes. Ezra!!! Next to him is an old man. Is that the man that was in the parking lot with him before?

I rush towards them. "Ezra we were looking everywhere for you." I say. He gives me a scared look. "So you did lose him?" The man asks me. "Only for a little while." I say. "Well it's a good thing I found your ang..... I mean your kid." He says."Well thanks." I say and walk away with Ezra.

"Wait a minute. I know you guys are rebels." He says. What? "How did you know?" I ask him. "Let's just say I know things. I also know many secrets about the Empire." He says. "Really?" I ask him. "Yep I tried to talk to someone perhaps you call Kanan but it ended before I could tell him anything." He says.

I take a moment to think about this. "How about this? Let me come with you and your.....kid and tell you everything I know in your ship." He says. Before I could say anything, Zeb approaches us. "Oh thank karabast I decided to not contact the others. Where did you go kid?" Zeb asks.

"I don't know." Ezra says. "Who's this?" Zeb asks gesturing to the man. "Alex Vander." He says reaching his hand out for Zeb to shake. When Zeb was about to lift his hand, Ezra grabs it and lowers it back down. "What?" Zeb asks him. Ezra just shakes his head with terror in his eyes.

"Why don't you take him back to the ship." I tell Zeb. "Ok come on kid." He says and they both walk away. When I look at Alex, his attention stays on Ezra. He seems to look disappointed. "I should get going too." I say. "What about th-" He says but I cut him off. "No I should talk to my friends about this first." I say and walk away from him.

That's when he grabs me. "You will let me come to the ship." He says. I was going to say no but I suddenly have a change of thoughts. "I will let you come to the ship." I say. "Good." He says and we make our way out of the market. Why did I just........did I get mind controlled?
