3 years later
- Ezra POV -

It's been three years since my parents left. I'm 'growing impatient' as Kanan calls it. And I'm turning eight in a week, but I don't plan on telling Kanan or Hera. They don't really need to know.

They'll probably over react and ask why I didn't tell them last year. I didn't do anything to celebrate last year, I just treated it like any other day.

- Kanan's POV -

Ezra's becoming more and more curious lately, I don't blame him. He's just a kid, he shouldn't of had to have his parents taken away from 'im. He was only five and it's been three years since he last saw them. I haven't yet told him that they're not coming back.. ever

Wait a minute, it's been three years. That means we missed at least two birthdays. Aw man, how could I've been so forgetful. I should've asked him the day I decided to keep him.

He's force sensitive though. And, I haven't told him that either.

I hope I tell him before it's too late, I know, more than anyone, I know. I know what'll happen if I don't tell him soon... I-I don't even wanna think about it.

Terrible things could happen, even if- I mean, when I tell him.

Bad things....
