Prompt #7 (Anakin)
*Anakin's POV* also this is a really long chapter so be prepared. I'm not going to write two chapters on one prompt, so if you need to take food breaks or pee breaks feel free.

"Oh come on Anakin! This should be fun! We haven't had a mission like this since Padmè all those years ago," Obi-Wan laughs, patting Anakin on the back while standing in the elevator in the Jedi Temple next to him.
Anakin groaned, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, and it was long and boring, mostly revolved around politics. I don't want to be stuck in a room full of high-class royalty and politicians for a few days, talking about their snooty lives," Anakin mutters, crossing his arms. Anakin had been dreading the past few days, knowing this mission was coming up. He wanted to be out on the battlefield beside Ahsoka and Rex, not protecting some queen who probably wasn't even in any real danger.
"Oh lighten up Anakin, admit it, you had fun with those politicians back on Naboo with Padmè," he chuckled, continuing to poke at Anakin with a pointy stick (figuratively speaking).
Anakin chuckled at Obi-Wan's sarcasm, although he did think he had fun on Naboo with Padmè, he wasn't going to admit that. He and Padmè had a fun experience on Naboo, but nothing else happened. In fact at one point, he thought he caught feelings for her but he ignored them and continued to abide by the Jedi Code. "No, never. Those meetings were awful."
Again, Obi-Wan laughed, enjoying Anakin's dismay a little too much. "Oh okay, I'll shut up now. " The elevator dinged, the red and white doors opening for them. "Speaking of which, have you heard of Queen (Y/N) before? I don't think I'm familiar with her."
Anakin shrugged, walking out of the elevator to the Jedi hangar with Obi-Wan by his side. "Not really, no. "
"Hmm," was all Obi-Wan said, leading Anakin to a B-wing. "Alright, I suppose we'll find out about her when we get there."
"I guess so," Anakin replied, muttering as he sat in the pilot's seat.
"Oh no, you are not piloting this, if you're flying I'm flying separately," Obi-Wan remarked, crossing his arms disapprovingly.
Anakin laughed, buckling in, starting the engine. "Oh come on Obi-Wan! Lighten up! Admit it, you have fun when I fly," he sasses, closing the ramp to the ship, already making it too late for Obi-Wan to escape.
"Oh brother-wait a moment, are you mocking me?" He scoffs, referring to what he said earlier about Anakin lightening up.
"That's a possibility."
Obi-Wan groaned and sat in the co-pilot's seat. "I'm going to be dreading this mission more than you are."

"Thank you senator, but I'm afraid we're not going to be changing our minds," you told Senator Amita Fonti.
She looked you up and down, her eyes seemed to glare at you. Nevertheless, she bowed her head in respect. "Of course, your majesty. Although I'm sure Count Dooku won't be pleased in hearing these results."
You raised an eyebrow and fixed your posture, keeping your ground firm. "Well you can tell Count Dooku to either take my offer and leave me and my planet alone, or you can tell him to talk to me face to face if he feels so aggravated about my choice," you remark, now being the one to eye her.
"Your majesty!" A guard interrupts your meeting, standing at attention. You nod at him to let him be at ease. "Sorry to interrupt your meeting, but I have come to inform you of the Jedi who have arrived."
You bit your lip, puzzled. You had never arranged for the Jedi to come to your aid. "Pardon me, but I've never arranged for the Jedi to accompany me. This is probably a mistake," you affirmed, crossing your arms in disapproval.
"I'm afraid someone contacted us by the name of Jofsken?" You heard an unfamiliar voice say, coming up behind you.
You spun around, your gown flowing gracefully behind you, matching your twirl. "Jofsken? Really?" You laughed, shaking your head. Jofsken was the prime minister, also your best friend. You knew he would do something like this, it was inevitable. You looked at the two Jedi who approached you, escorted by a guard. One was short than the other, who was in fact the one who spoke up.
"I'm Obi-Wan Kenobi, and this is Anakin Skywalker," Obi-Wan comes up to you, stopping in front of you with Anakin behind him, bowing their heads in respect. You held your hand out for them to shake, but instead Anakin came up behind Obi-Wan and was the first to grab it, but instead of shaking it, he bent down and kissed the top of your hand, followed suit by Obi-Wan.
You chuckled, seemingly shocked at them. "Gentlemen," you gestured to senator Amita Fonti, who stood in her bright blue alien form, her hands clasped behind her back, and her jaw tightened. "This is senator Amita Fonti, of the Separatist movement," you introduce them to her, and they suddenly seem guarded, especially Anakin.
"How do you do?" Obi-Wan asks politely.
Amita offers them a polite, but fake smile back. "I'm quite alright, and you?"
"We're swell, thanks," Anakin remarks solemnly, his jaw clenched.
You sighed, feeling the awful tension in the air between the two groups. For thousands of years your planet has always remained neutral, never picking sides. You were a peaceful people, hardly involved in conflict, or siding in war, it just wasn't in your nature to. Just then, Amita had come to you to ask you to join the Separatist cause, and you denied. You both had always been friends, but you didn't want to sign your people up for a droid invasion of your planet.
"Well, guards, could you please escort Amita to her ship? I'm sure she has better things to do than sit here and chat with me all day," you chuckle nervously, afraid of a fight breaking out.
The guards smile and bow, asking Amita to follow them, which she did, leaving your palace.
"Sorry about that," you chuckle again, wiping your sweaty hands off on your dress from being so nervous.
"It's quite alright," Obi-Wan smiles, relaxing, although Anakin still seemed a bit on edge.
Just as you were about to say something, you heard a familiar rushing coming down the hall. You turn your head to the sound and see your prime minister, in his power chair, rushing towards you. "Sorry I'm late!" He announces, laughing. "It's kind of hard to transfer from one seat to another, legless," he laughed, holding his Rodian hand out for the Jedi to shake. "Hi I'm Jofsken, I'm the one who requested your guy's protection."
Obi-Wan smiled brilliantly, and Jofsken earned a smirk from Anakin, both of the Jedi shook his hand.
You bent down and hugged Jofsken, then sprang back up introducing the Jedi, gesturing to each one. "This is Obi-Wan Kenobi, and this is Anakin Skywalker."
The Rodian smirked. "Ah! General Skywalker, General Kenobi! I've heard so much about you! I just had no clue what you looked like," he said in awe, his mouth agape.
"Well I hope they're good things," Anakin chuckled, folding his hands in front of him.
Jofsken waved it off, scoffing. "Ah, but of course it is! You're the heroes, of course they're good things."
Anakin smiled, his bright white teeth appeared, then nudged Obi-Wan with his elbow.
"Well thank you, we appreciate that," Obi-Wan thanked him, bowing his head in respect.
"No problem!" Jofsken turned his chair around, starting to slowly float away, indicating that we were to walk with him.
"So, we hear that we're here to protect you, am I correct?" Anakin asks, looking at you.
You look back at him, about to answer, but Jofsken decided to reply for you. "Yes! Just the other day when I heard queen (Y/N) was to have a meeting with senator Fonti, I knew Fonti was there to ask her to join the Separatist movement, and I knew she was going to deny the offer, so I had to take matters into my own hands, to protect her, because I knew Count Dooku would come after her throat," he quickly abrupted, spouting out words like lightening.
You scoffed, rolling your eyes. "Count Dooku shouldn't come after me himself, he'll probably send one of his droids after me or something," you replied.
Obi-Wan turned to you, a serious look on his face. "Your majesty, Count Dooku is no laughing matter, he will come for you, so we must be prepared."
You nodded, sighing, your gaze dropping to the floor. "I know. I apologize."
"No need, everything will be fine," he reassures me.
"I hope so," you reply, continuing to walk alongside them.
The conversation went on between the Jedi and Jofsken, but you stayed quiet, listening to them, chiming in only if they asked you something, or if you agreed or disagreed with something someone said. Your attention wasn't exactly focused on the conversation, no, it lingered... Elsewhere. Mainly Anakin Skywalker. He just looked so mysterious, and that made you attracted to him. He wore dark clothing, which compared to the other Jedi, was unusual but you certainly didn't mind it. Every now and then you would glance up to look at him and admire his facial features.
He had light brown blondish, and long curly hair, a strong jawbone, radiant blue eyes, a gorgeous pearly white smile, and a scar on his right eye. He was rather tall and well built, certainly handsome in your eyes.
Just as you were about to glance back down, Anakin caught you admiring him, but instead of you shying away, you offered your brightest smile to him, the smile that always made men want to faint before you. Anakin returned the gesture with a smirk and sheepishly gazed down at the floor.
"Alright!" Quickly, Jofsken spun his chair around, causing everyone to halt. "This is where we depart. I have a meeting with the Council I must attend to, and you have Jedi business to attend to, and the Queen has to get her rest for tomorrow, so goodnight. It was wonderful meeting both of you." Jofsken waves his farewell, and the Jedi waved back and told him it was nice meeting him too. Jofsken smiled and sped off.
"Well, I suppose I will return to my quarters then, goodnight gentlemen," you bow your head and turn to leave, and hear the Jedi talking to each other as you walk away.
You feel your heart sink, as you wished Anakin could've walked you to your room at least.
"Wait!" You hear him call out, so you spun around looking at the handsome Jedi. "Let me escort you to your room, milady," he confidently says, walking up to you. It was as if he had read your mind.
You smile, and nod. "I suppose so." Anakin held out his arm, and you linked yours with his, walking to your room.
"So what's it like? Being a Jedi?" You ask, looking up at Anakin.
"It's great. It's full of adventure and I couldn't see myself doing anything else in my life," he tells you, looking down at you. "What's it like being a queen?"
You laughed, patting his hand. "Oh, unfortunately it's not adventurous for me. It's okay I suppose. " You paused. "I don't really know if I like being queen. There's a lot of responsibility playing into it, and it's hard being the queen of a whole... planet."
"I bet."
You smile in response, which in turn made Anakin blush. You gasped, and chuckled. "You're blushing!"
"No I'm not," he laughed, running a hand through his hair.
"Yes you are!"
"No, I'm pretty sure I'm not," he tried to assure you, but his face kept getting redder by the instant.
As laughing, joking, and flirting with each other went on for quite some time, you finally arrived at your quarters.
"This is my room," you sigh. "And this is where the fun ends."
"It doesn't have to," he chuckles, smirking.
You roll your eyes playfully, breaking the link with your arm. "Goodnight Anak-"
Before you could finish your sentence, Anakin suddenly turned guarded, and pushed you behind him, whipping out his blue lightsaber.
"What's going on?" You panicked, slowly backing away from Anakin.
"Dooku is here, I can sense him," quickly he pressed his comlink, contacting Obi-Wan. "Obi-Wan! Dooku is here, and he's alone, I think."
"Yes, I sense him too. Get the Queen to safety, I'll stall until you arrive," Obi-Wan tells him.
You nod. "Anakin, there's a safety sanctuary under the castle, only I can access it, along with Jofsken. I can get to it," you tell him urgently.
He nods. "Can you go by yourself? I don't want to leave Obi-Wan hanging."
You nod quickly, excusing yourself, and made way to the safety room. When you arrived you used your handprint to unlock the door, letting it slide open.
Unfortunately for you, when you arrived inside, there were many super battle droids and two droidekas standing there, waiting for you, along with them holding captive, the prime minister.
"Jofsken!" You yelled, running up to him but two battle droids came up to you and grabbed your arms pulling you away. You struggled, trying to break free, pulling at the battle droids, but instead you saw a hand come up behind you to your face, holding a cloth. You realized what it was, trying to pull away, but you froze and saw darkness, and soon felt nothing.
••••••
You woke up, gasping as you found yourself in a freezing chamber, the cold nipped at your skin as you lie there, stripped of your clothes and only wore binders and a raggedy, long, T-shirt. The past few nights, or so it seemed, to have dragged on, and you remembered every single torture that took place in the chamber. You've been electrocuted, whipped, teased, stabbed with needles, the list could go on.
Every day you continued to hope, wondering when the Jedi would show up to save you. You would save yourself, but you've already tried one too many times, and each attempt to escape resulted in a jab to the stomach with an electrostaff, sending surges of high voltage electricity through your body.
In the chamber, it was dark, and cold, no windows or even vents, so it was hard to tell what time of day it was. For all you know, you could've been stuck down there for weeks. Across from you, Jofsken sat down on the floor, trembling from the cold, and most likely, fear. You tried talking to him before, but you got a nasty glare from a magna guard, so you shut up, and never tried to speak again.
You traced the dark cold dusty floors with your fingers, creating images with drawing in the dust. It was always so strangely quiet where you and Jofsken were being held, and ironically, you enjoyed the silence, you took the capturing into a new light: being away from royal duties and politicians.
Awaking you from your thoughts, you hear a commotion coming from the outside of the door, all of the droids rushing to the door to see who or what could be outside. You yourself wanted to know what was happening, until right then and there you knew, when you heard a lightsaber being turned on, slicing down the guards in front of the door. You smirked, knowing that they decided to come to save you and the prime minister after all.
You saw two blue lightsabers being jabbed through the door, going in a swift circle, cutting out an opening in the door, the two Jedi emerged into the room, seeing that it was in fact, Anakin and Obi-Wan. You smiled in delight, seeing your heroes chop down and slice the droids with fluid and quick motions with their lightsaber, and using the Force to their advantage when needed.
At last, they were done, and they put their lightsabers away. Obi-Wan ran over to the prime minister's cage, while Anakin rushed over to yours, taking out his lightsaber and slicing the lock off, leaving the door wide open. His face turned from happiness from victory over the droids, to a mighty concern when he saw your condition.
He sighed and went over to your side, taking off your binders. "Are you okay? What did they do to you?" He inquires, brushing a loose strand of hair out of your face.
"Well I was tortured and whatnot, but other than that, I'm fine," you mutter, rubbing your wrists where the binders were.
He chuckled. "You sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure." You smiled at him, which earned you a gracious laugh from Anakin. You tried standing up, but you couldn't do that without revealing the fact that you were naked underneath.
Anakin must've noticed your struggle, as his face turned beet red, biting his lip and looking around the room. "Uh, where are your clothes?" He asked, nervously laughing.
You rolled your eyes playfully. "Im not sure, but it's fine. Just turn around, if you don't want to see." Although in your heart, there was a little part of you that begged him to see.
He sighed, crossing his arms. "Oh please princess, I came here to rescue you, not seduce you... " He paused, then eyed you up and down. "Although I did have it in mind..."
You gasped as if he had read your mind. "Well if you had it in mind, why don't you do something about it?"
He bit his lip again and shifted uncomfortably. Nevertheless, he stood up and held his hand out, offering you some help. "Come on, your majesty, we have to get you home."
You smiled and grabbed his hand, getting up.
At that moment, Anakin's comlink beeped. He pressed it and spoke into it. "Yes?"
"Anakin hurry up! I'm already on the ship, waiting for you! If you're done flirting, I would like to get home!" Obi-Wan shouted into the comlink, clearly angry with him.
Anakin rolled his eyes, and turned off his comlink, turning to you. "Looks like I am done flirting," he chuckled. You huffed, knowing that Jedi always were stickler about their ways, and you just didn't want to have it. He continued," Instead of waiting around and flirting, I'll just get into it."
You raised an eyebrow, confused. "What?"
Anakin pulled you close to him, only inches apart. Your heart began to pace faster, with each look Anakin gave you. Finally his hands snaked down your waist, grabbing hold of you, and then finally, he rammed his lips unto yours, fireworks going off in your mind.
Each movement was passionate, and full of anticipation, but unfortunately it had to wait. Anakin pulled away all too quickly, as he realized he continued to keep Obi-Wan waiting. "I suppose we shouldn't keep him waiting."
"Right," you said, breathless.
"We'll finish his up later then?"
You smirked. "Later."
