Anakin-  Usually he would stuff his face into your chest with his arms wrapped around your torso and you'd have a hand in his hair, and one around his waist. Sometimes Anakin would pull you close and let you stuff your face into his chest.

Finn- You two would be the ones to hold hands while sleeping, remembering that you were always together. Well, at least you would fall asleep holding hands. Somewhere in the middle of the night you would unlock, and just sleep regularly.

Han- Usually he would lay flat on his back, with your head laying on his chest, with you laying on your side. He would rest his hand on your back, or sometimes if he couldn't sleep well, he would play with your hair.

Hux- He would lay on his back, with you snuggled up against him, resting your head next to his side, his arm under you and wrapped around you, pulling you close to him to keep warm.

Kylo- He would spoon you, his arms wrapped around you, and your legs intertwined to keep it more intimate.

Luke- You would spoon him, even though he was larger than you, you still liked to spoon him. You would have your arms wrapped around his waist, and he would bring your hands up for him to kiss them before he went to sleep almost every night. Sometimes he would change it up and he would spoon you.

Obi-Wan-  You would both face each other, his arms wrapped around your waist, his face buried into your shoulder, and your arms would be wrapped around his neck, and your head laying back on to the pillow, with your legs intertwined.

Poe- You would lay on your back, his head resting on your body, kissing your torso every now and then. Your right arm would drape down onto your body, and he would grab your hand with his left hand and hold it.
