So this is in a modern​ day AU. I know but I have been watching a lot of lockdown video's and I wanted to do one in this book. Also there might be some dark stuff like...you know..killing in dark ways..

It was a few day's before summer break, and everyone at school was excited. Although there wasn't long to wait for summer, sudents still had to have test, which no one likes.

It was lunch time and Ahsoka, Barris, Lux and Ezra (Yes in this AU they are all in the same class and are friends. Just like Sabine and Zeb, they have their own classes and friend's) were walking down the hallway to their next class.

"Ugh we have a math test now" Ahsoka complained. "How about we skip today. Summer is only in a few day's, and no way am I spending the next few days doing tests" Lux suggested. "True. No one likes doing tests anyways" Barris added.

"How about we hang in the library. There's plenty of room there to hide from teacher's if they come looking for us" Ezra suggested. "Yeah. Okay let's head to the library before​ the bell rings" Ahsoka told them.

They all swiftly made their way to the library and entered the large room. There was two floors and probably around 100,000 book's in the room. "Let's go to the second floor" Lux said as they walked up the spiral stairs and found a large round table.

They say down and took out their stuff like phone's, drawing pads, lunches and more. They talked and laughed for a few minutes when the school speaker went off.

"Everyone this is a protacal lockdown. I repeat, this is protacal lockdown" Principles Amidala's voice called over the com. Then went silent. "What's protacal lockdown?" Ezra asked in confusion, since he was still a bit new to the school.

"Protacal lockdown is the code word when the school is on lockdown. It's probably noting and is just a drill like it always is" Lux replied as he went back to playing on his phone. However Ahsoka, Barris and Ezra felt like something was up.

Less than a minute later, all the lights went off in the library. "Why did they go off?" Ezra asked. "The school probably turned the school power off. Lux I don't think this is a drill" Ahsoka told him, now starting to panic.

Lux also began to panic a bit. "Okay let's get out of here. If this is the real deal, we shouldn't be here. It's to dangerous" Lux replied. "But where will we go. We can't go to a classroom because they will all be locked and no one will open them for us" Barris asked.

And we can't go outside because the doors automatically lock when protacal lockdown is on" Ahsoka added. "And we can't go to to places like the lunch room or gym because there is no where to hide" Ezra also added.

"Okay there is either here in the library or the basment of the school. Those are the only other places that aren't secured. Anyone can go in and hide" Lux explained. "Yeah but that means who ever broke into the school can as well" Barris replied.

"We should split up and see which is the best place to hide. Me and Lux will look in the basement while Barris and Ezra stay in the library and find a hiding places" Ahsoka told them.
"Are you sure that's a good idea" Ezra asked. "No i don't. But we have to try" Ahsoka added.

"Or what Mister Yoda always says, do or do not, there is no try" Barris joked, making them all chuckled​​. "Okay. Lux come on. Grab your thing's and let's go" Ahsoka told him as she stood up and got her bag, Lux doing the same.

"We should do the same thing id we also have to moive" Ezra told Barris as he also grabbed him bag and put it on his back. Barris nodded and did the same. "Okay let's go Lux" Ahsoka told him as they made their way to the stairs to the door while Barris and Ezra watched from the second level.

"Okay let's go look around and find a hiding place" Barris told Ezra as they quickly and quietly ran around, looking for somewhere to hide. Suddenly, they herd the door to the library open.

Ezra and Barris bent down to the floor and crawled over to the railing that prevents people from falling off the second floor of the room. They stayed low and looked down to see who was at the door.

Down at the door was three people, all in black and red with masks on and with wepons. "Oh no" Ezra mumbled to himself. "Search the room for anyone. If you see any student, staff or teacher, shot on sight" one guy told the other two calmly.

"Oh no this isn't good" Ezra mummbled. "Lets keep looking. And stay low" Barris whispered as they backed away and crawled to find an hiding place. They then herd the creaking of wood, meaning that those people were coming upstairs.

"Oh no what do we do?" Ezra asked. "Split up. I will go down here and you go to the history section" Barris told him. "But happens if they catch us?". "If they do, fight back. If they shoot you, fall to the ground and play dead" Barris said as she went in a diffrent direction.

Ezra made his way to the other side of the second level and hid behind some bookshelves. Ezra sat down for a few momonts, quietly. There was no sound. It was so quiet that you could probably hear a pin drop.

Suddenly, there was a sound of a gun shot, making Ezra jump. He got up fast and looked to the other side of the room.
When he did, he seen the three people and even though it was far away, ha could see Barris on the ground, covered in blood, probably dead.

"Barris" Ezra yelled, hoping to get her attention. Big mistack. The three people tunred to see Ezra at the other side of the second floor. "You two know what to do" the third guy ordered the other two calmly.

With that, the two split up and went two diffrent ways, the the two ways that blocked to the stairs to get back to ground level, meaning Ezra can't escape. Ezra looked around, looking for any other exit, but there was non.

He then spotted a airvent. He ran over and was about to stand up onto a table to get to vent, when he herd another gun fire. This time, he felt pain ho trough my lower back.

Ezra froze in pain and realisation. He just got shot. Ezra felt myself fall to the ground and hit his head hard enough for him to pass out, only before he herd the two talking. "Next stop, the basment" he herd a female say as everything became black.

Lux and Ahsoka walked down the hallways of the basement. The basment was just like the hallways upsairs on the ground level but no one used the classrooms down here so it was basicly picth black.

"Do you have your phone" Ahsoka asked. "Yeah just give me a second" lux replied as he took out his phone and put on the flashlight on it. "So what should we do now?" Lux asked.

"We either find somewhere to hid or a place to get out of here" Ahsoka replied. "But what about Barrisand Ezra?" Lux asked. "They should be fine...I hope" Ahsoka replied with uncertainties.

As they walked down the hallway, they found an old closet room. "Let's go in there and see if there is a way out" Lux said as he turned the handle and entered. Inside wasn't to impressive, just some cleaning supplies, a boiler and some old box's and tables.

"Let's hide in here" Ahsoka told Lux as she closed and locked the door. They were about to start walking around when they herd gunshots, from just down the hallway. They froze. "Quike hide Lux whispered as he ran behind a box, Ahsoka following.

A few seconds of silence went by untill they herd the sound of the door trying to open was herd. "You have 5 seconds to open this door or we will use force" someone ordered them.

Ahsoka and lux looked around the room and seen that there was a window, bug enough fir the to fit through. With that, Lux and Ahsoka ran over and stood on a table and climed out, just in time. By the time they got out, the door slammed opened, with the three with their guns out, ready to fire.

Ahsoka and Lux ran as fast as they could to the front of the school and found everyone eles there and some cop cars and ambulances. Ahsoka seen Anakin (she is like her older brother) and ran over.

Anakin seen Ahsoka and ran over hugging her, seeing how frightened she was and to be honest, he was terrified to. When he herd there was a shooting at the school, Anakin rushed from the next town over.

"Ahsoka are you okay, are you hurt, are you injured, what happened?" Anakin asked her. "We were all in the library having some fun when all of a sudden Padméa called protacal lockdown. We didn't think it was real so we stayed where we were, untill the power went off. We decided to split up. Barris and Ezra stayed in  the library while me and Lux looked down in the basment.

We found an room and hid in there for a few momonts untill someone told us to open the door. We didn't and climed out through a window and ran" Ahsoka explained to Anakin. "Well I'm just glad your safe now" Anakin told her as he pulled her into another hug.

"Ahsoka I'll see you tomorrow. I have to walk home now and wait till my mom gets back from work" Lux told her. "Are you sure, you'll be home alone and it's dangerous with those shooters going around" Ahsoka told him.

"Yeah I'm sure" Lux replied. "Well I dont think that's a good idea. How about you come with us untill it's safe" Anakin offered. Lux thought of the offer. "Okay I'll come. I have to call my mom first" Lux replied as he pulled out his phone and walked away to talk to his mother.

A few minutes went by, Rex, the best cop in the town, asked Ahsoka what happened and she explained everything of what happened. Rex did inform that the shooters did escape but they are searching for them. That did make everyone feel a bit better but not by much.

Ahsoka and Lux were in Anakin's car while he spoke with the police. They talked for a while untill Anakin got into the car. "So what did Rex say?" Ahsoka asked. "Well they are searching for the shooters but so far there are no signs of them. If you guy's want, we can just go back to the house" Anakin asked them.

"Yeah let's do that, I need to call down after today" Ahsoka replied. With that, Anakin drove home, made the two kid's some hotchocolate and they say down.
"Anakin" Ahsoka asked. He turned to her. "Could you call Heraand Kanan and see if Ezra went home. And could you call Lumanara and asked if Barris got home to" Ahsoka asked him.

"Sure I'll do that now" Anakin replied as he got up and left the room to call the two families. "Do you think there okay?" Lux asked her. "I sont know. I hope they are. I hope they weren't found and see okay" Ahsoka replied. A few minutes later, Anakin walked back into the room.

"So what did they say?" Lux asked. "Well Hera informed me that they are at the hospital right now. It seems Ezra did get shot and is in critical condition and same with Barris. If you guy's want, we can visit them tomorrow" Anakin explained.

"Yeah we want to see them tomorrow" Ahsoka replied. Anakin nodded and went to get some food for himself. "Well looks like you were wrong" Lux told Ahsoka.

*timeskip to the next day*

Ahsoka, Lux and Anakin walked into the hospital and meet up with Hera. "Hey Hera. It's good to see you again" Anakin told her as they shook hands. "It's good to see you again to. How are you two holding up after yesterday?" Hera asked Lux and Ahsoka.

"We're okay. How are the other two" Lux asked. "They are okay, just tired that's all. If you want, you can go up to them, there just down the hall" Hera told them as she pointed in the direction. They nodded and walked down the hallway and entered the room.

When they did, they seen Barris and Ezra chatting. "Hey guys" Ahsoka told them. They looked to their friend's. "Hey. Looks like you guys got out without a scratch" Ezra joked. "Yeah. I wish we can say the thing for you two. Are you guys okay?" Lux asked them.

"Yeah we are. I'm just glad I played dead when I got shot. It was so teriffing, thinking they would shoot me incause I wasn't" Barris replied. "Well we are just glad you two are alive still" Ahsoka said as they walked over and spoke for a while.

They spoke, laughed and messed around for a good a few hour's, having fun.
