(Planet: Chandrila)

Y/N's P.O.V

After leaving the Falcon with BD-7 I finally make it back to the Jedi temple.

When I walk in I go over to the door I walked into the last time I was here.

Y/N: Time to face the past.

BD-7: (Happily beeps.)

Y/N: Thanks buddy, you stay here I'll be back soon.

BD-7: (Beeps.)

Y/N: Don't worry BD. I'll be fine.

I walk though the door as it opens. I then find myself in the dark room I was in before.

I hear a lightsaber activate, I turn to see the ghost of my Master Kyle Katarn.

Kyle: Ah, Padawan you're back. Time for instruction.

I activate my lightsaber.

He comes at me and I block it. This time I don't fight back I just block and defend myself.

After a few minutes of this I decide to stop as that's what I need to do. I then deactivate my saber.

Y/N: I'm not gonna fight you anymore. I'm done blaming myself for your death Master. All I can do is honor you, your teachings and your sacrifice.

He brings his saber down and stops it just before it hits my head. Kyle then pulls the saber away and deactivates it.

My Master smiles at me.

Kyle: Well done my Apprentice. Remember the force will be with you, always. As will I.

Y/N: Yes Master, thank you Master.

He then disappeares and a door that was behind him opens up.

I go over and walk through the door.

Once I'm inside I find myself ina big room, and I see a case on a pedestal at the end of the room.

I go to the end of the room and once I'm at the case I open it up and see five books within the case.

Y/N: Yes! Alright I better get out of here. I don't want to risk the First Order finding me here, or finding this place in general.

I grab the case and run out of the room. I make it back to BD, who's standing in the room I left him in.

BD-7: (Beeps.)

Y/N: Yeah, I got 'em buddy.

I open the case and show him the books.

BD-7: (Happily beeps.)

Y/N: I know. Come on let's get out of here and back to the Falcon.

BD-7: (Beeps.)

BD then jumps on my shoulder and we leave the temple.

(Twenty minutes later)

I finally make it to the Falcon and see everyone sitting around in the main room.

Rey: Hey babe, did you get what we need?

I nod and put the case on the table.

Rey opens the case and they all look inside and see the books.

Poe: You got 'em?

Y/N: I got 'em.

Finn: How'd you do it?

Y/N: I forgave myself.

Finn and Poe seemed confused by this, but I could feel that Rey understands what I mean due to our connection.

Poe: Wait, what?

Y/N: It's a long story. Let's just get back to Ryloth, the General is probably wondering why we're not back yet.

Poe: Okay.

Poe heads to the cockpit so he and Chewie can fly us back to Ryloth.

(Planet: Ryloth)

(The next day)

Once we make it back to Ryloth we head up to the command deck of my mother's main ship.

Leia: Ah, your back.

I go over and hug her.

Y/N: Yeah, sorry it took so long. We had some complications.

Mum looks down and see my new lightsaber clipped to my belt. I knew by the look on her face that she knew what happened.

Leia: I can see that.

I nod.

(Ten minutes later)

After handing  the books to mum and working hard all day she tells us to head to our quarters to get some rest as tomorrow we'll be moving base.

Rey and I walk into our quarters. I sit down on the bed and Rey then sits on my lap.

Rey: You seem different, a good different I mean.

I nod.

Y/N: Well I feel a good different. I guess forgiving myself has helped me see clearer and made me happier.

Rey pretends to be offended.

Rey: So do I not make you happy anymore?

I smile.

Y/N: You make me happier than I ever thought possible, because honestly after some of the things I've done I didn't think I deserved to be this happy. I mean I'm still not 100% sure I deserve to be this happy, but I'm believing it more than I did before.

Rey grabs my face and kisses me deeply. She then pulls away.

Rey: You do deserve this happiness your feeling right now.

I nod.

Y/N: I hope so.

After a moment of silence I then decide to change the subject.

Y/N: I gotta be honest. I do really want to sleep right now.

She smiles.

Rey: Me too. Come on let's get in bed.

After taking my clothes off other than my boxer's Rey and I get into bed.

She and I cuddle up together.

Rey: Good night Y/N.

Y/N: Good night Rey.

She and I get some sleep and enjoy just being together.
