(Planet: Crait)

Y/N's P.O.V

Once Rey and I reach the rendezvous point we see the Falcon on the ground.

Rey lands the shuttle and we we leave it to see Chewie coming out of the Falcon.

After greeting Chewie along with BD and R2 we get on the Falcon and take off to help what's left of the Resistance.

We were about to find them thanks to the cloaked beacon that mum had with her.

After a few minutes of searching we find them in the middle of a fight with the First Order.

Y/N: Alright Rey, you take over for me, I'm gonna get in the gunner position.

Rey: Okay.

I get up and Rey takes my place in the pilot's seat.

I head down into the gunners position. Once I'm in and ready I see three T.I.E's on one of the Resistance speeders tail.

I fire the guns and take all three of them out. I carry on taking out more T.I.E fighter's.

Y/N: Wooo! I love this thing! Alright, Rey, Chewie peele off from the battle. We need to draw those T.I.E's away from the speeders.

Chewbacca: (Growls.)

Rey: We're on it.

We fly away from the battlefield and the fighter's follow us.

Rey and Chewie then fly over the canyon and down into it.

(A/N: Just wanted to add this in for the effect.)

As we're flying through it the cannon starts to break by hitting the side of the canyon.

Y/N: Rey! Chewie!

As we're going through the canyon we manage to take down the rest of the T.I.E's by making them crash.

We fly up and out of the canyon.

Y/N: Whoo! We did it!

I get out of the gunner position and head back up to the cockpit.

Y/N: Great job you guys.

Rey: You too.

Rey and I then switch back as I take over flying again. BD-7 then jumps on my shoulder.

BD-7: (Happily beeps.)

Y/N: Thanks buddy. Alright R2 use the binary beacon to locate mum and the others.

R2-D2: (Beeps.)

After a few minutes we have trouble finding them.

R2-D2: (Beeps.)

Y/N: If the beacon is below us they have to be down there somewhere R2. Just keep scanning okay? We have to find them.

Rey puts her hand on my shoulder.

Rey: Don't worry babe, we will.

I nod to her. Chewie and I carry on flying in circles in hopes that we will pick up their signal.

Rey then taps me on the shoulder.

Rey: Y/N! Look over there!

Chewie and I look out of the window and see some crystal creatures climbing up the mountain.

Y/N: Okay, that's gotta be them, let's get down there.

After landing the Falcon Rey and I go down and see a huge amount of rocks piled up covering up an exit.

Rey chuckles.

Rey: Hey Y/N, lifting rocks.

I then chuckle.

Y/N: Yeah, who woulda see that coming?

I then take Rey's hand.

Y/N: The only way we can do this is if we do it together.

She smiles.

Rey: Then we'll do it together, like we have since we met.

I smile at her.

Third person prospective

As Y/N and Rey start lifting the rocks. Luke Skywalker is currently battling Kylo Ren one on one as a distraction.

Luke: I failed you Ben, I'm sorry.

Kylo Ren: I'm sure you are. The Resistance is dead, the war is over and when I kill you I will have killed the last of the Jedi.

Luke smirks at this.

Luke: Amazing. Everything you just said then is completely wrong. The Rebellion is reborn today, the war is only just beginning. And I will not be the last of the Jedi.

As this is happening Y/N and Rey open their eyes to see that as one they have move all of the rocks and unblocked the exit.

Y/N's P.O.V

As Rey and I look around in awe by what we had just done we see what's left of the Resistance come out of the exit.

The first people out were Finn and Poe.

Once we drop the rocks Finn and Poe rush over to us and hug us.

We pull away to see the other's come out as well.

I look to Poe.

Y/N: Come on, let's get everyone on the Falcon.

Poe: Got it. Everyone! Get on board the Falcon! Let's go!

Everyone follows Poe, and Finn onto the Falcon.

I go over to mum and hug her quickly and pull away.

Y/N: Mum are you okay?

Leia: Yes dear, I'm fine. But we can catch up later we need to go now.

Y/N: Rey, get mum on the Falcon, I'll get the other's.

Rey: Okay.

I head over and help the other's.

Once we get to the Falcon I let the other's get on first and as I'm about to get on I feel a disturbance in the force. It was uncle Luke he was gone. It was like my heart was ripped out.

I look up to see Rey and I can tell by the look on her face that she had felt it too.

Rey: Come on handsome, let's go.

I nod and get on board. I then turn as I feel Ben's presence enter the old base.

I know he feels mine too. But this time I close him out as he obviously isn't Ben anymore. So I close the door and close myself off from our connection.

As the Falcon takes off and goes into lightspeed everyone starts hugging and being happy to be alive.

I sit down with the broken Skywalker saber and look around to see Finn looking after an unconscious girl and see Rey and Poe technically meeting for the first time.

I then look to see mum come and sit down next to me.

Y/N: He's gone mum, Rey and I felt it. But it was sadness or pain, it was peace and purpose.

Mum nods sadly.

Leia: I know, I felt it too.

Rey then comes down and sits next to me and holds my hand, with BD jumping on to my lap.

Y/N: Mum, how do we rebuild it all from this?

Leia: We have everything we need.

We carry on flying through lightspeed and wondering what the future will hold.

(So that's the end of The Last Jedi arc. But this part isn't finish as I plan to add some extra chapters on to this story.)
