Two gunships racing over the cload City ans racing against time as Captain Fordo and Noble Squad have gotten word of a massive attack on the Republic base lead by General Grievous and now they have the chaos Emerald, they only have to install it into the chaos cannon and take down the Separatist fleet and end the battle.

Y/n: How close are we?

Clone pilot: Not long sir.

Fordo: Grievous is one dangerous General within the Separatist, you sure your squad is ready for this.

Y/n: Hey if you survive your encounter with general, why not a bunch of clone Commandos.

Fordo nods in agreement before the gunship shakes as they were taking fire by Separatist anti aircraft cannons from below as they fire at them. A few gunships get shot down as they were close. They could see two Separatist ships hovering over by the Republic base and before they get any closer the gunship gets it and they go down.

Clone pilot: We're hit! May day! May day!

Cleaner: Hold on!

Clone pilot: Brace for impact!

The gunship crashes onto the Presidents white house and we see the gunship crashed in the cafeteria as we see the door slowly slide open by Fordo as he order Noble Squad and the rest of his arc troopers to get out before it explod.

Once out they rushes out of the area and the gunship blows up just as they each outside of the cafeteria and Fordo slams his fist onto the button and shut the door before the flames hit them.

Fordo: We made it.

Y/n: That was close.

Brains: And here I thought our ship crashes more then gunships.

Rusher: Guess not.

The whole hallway shakes as it follow by an explosion behind them as Battle droids and super battle droids exit through the blow up wall and open fire at them which they found cover and return fire.

Fordo: We need to get to the cannon room and end this battle. Any ideas where it might be?

Brains: We know but we need the President's access to the room in order to use it.

Rusher: He could be anywhere and it's not like we ask them for directions.

Fordo: We hold them off as much we can while your squad find the President and place that Chaos Emerald into the cannon and end this battle.

Y/n: You'll be fine on your own?

Fordo: Ain't the first time we were pinned down by Separatist forces. Now go!

Y/n nod as he and Noble Squad rushes off while Fordo and his team handle the incoming Separatist forces as they open fire at them while Noble Squad rushes through the halls searching for the President.

Soon they enter the war room and as they enter it was a battle zone with Clone troopers taking cover as the lower floor while Separatist were at the second floor above them and shooting them down and picking them off one by one.

They see Sally and Tails as they rushes over to the two while they get down and once there they get to cover with them and Sally asked.

Sally: You have it?

Y/n: Yeah but we need the President to access to teh cannon. Where is he?

Sally: I think he is at his office being guarded by his troops but I believe that Grievous might try to get to him.

Rusher: That's not good.

Tails: Sonic and Zack are doing their best to hold him off as best they can.

Y/n: Then that means we have to get to the President before Grievous dose.

Brains: In coming!

A rocket blows up near them but they were alright as they peak out of cover and open fire at the droids until they were slammed by Amy who snuck up behind them while Clone troopers also help her by taking them out from behind.

Once that Amy and some of the Clone troopers walls up to the railing as she waves at them from below.

Amy: (smile) Hey there, needed help?

Clone trooper 1: Talk about perfect timing.

Clone trooper 2: You could say that again.

Then alarms start to go off as they turn to the screen to see a Separatist ship getting into petition for some reason but Nicole in the datapad pointed out.

Nicole: The Separatist are gonna bomb this entire base!

Sally: (shocked) Oh no.

Tails: (shocked) That's not good!

Y/n: How long until they are ready to fire?

Nicole: 50 minutes but Grievous order them to fire within 30 minutes so yeah, 30 minutes.

Y/n: Let's move out squad! Double time!

Sally: We keep this room protected. Good luck and be safe.

Y/n nods to her and they rushes out of the room to find the President and have him get into the cannon room to fire the cannon at the Separatist ship to end this battle once and for all.

(Meanwhile)

We see the President and his daughter in his office and looking at the battle going on outside and worries that this battle might end badly. Two clones are also in the room while his guards are outside protecting the two just as Noble Squad burst into the room which the two turn to see them.

President: Noble Squad!

Sara: Y/n!

Y/n: Mister President, we need you to access to the chaos cannon before the Separatist ships will open fire at this base.

President: (shocked) You serious! They are gonna fire here! With their ships!

Y/n: President calm down and listen. We can stop them if you follow us to the cannon room and get us in before it is too late.

President: Y-Yes alright I will. Sara hide yourself in your room. Daddy will be back.

Sara: Okay.

Once that the President search around the draws to search for his access card and while they wait Brains asked.

Brains: I never know you made the chaos cannon. How did you make such a weapon.

President: Well truth is....it was actually Dr Robotnik's creation.

Noble Squad: (shocked) What?!

President: Indeed. Before all of this Dr Robitnik arrive to our island to make a deal with me. He plans to create a weapon for our city in hopes we be safe and all I haveto do is to sign in some documents and that will be it. I did so and after he hand us the blueprints and the things we need, he left and we start working. It seems that he forgot about the until now.

Brains: Well guess Robotic is not as smart giving someone a cannons that will back fire him in the future.

Cleaner: I don't know. What if this cannon is some trap that will blow up this bade once we use it.

Y/n: Still we have no choice but to use it.

President: Yes I find it! Now le-

Suddenly they hear blaster fire at the other side of the door follow by screams as Noble Squad and two Clone troopers step back from the door and aim their blasters at the door and once the screams stop they wait for anything g to blow open the door.

For a while two Clone troopers slowly walks over to the door and once close one was about to open the door when two light saber blades stab through the door and through the two Clone troopers as they immediately die before the door was kicked open as Noble Squad get in front of the President as Grievous step into the office and growls before saying.

Grievous: Ah good even mister President.

The President hide underneath his desk while Noble Squad stand their ground while Grievous looks at them and says to them.

Grievous: Clone Commandos, I've killed many as they try to kill me but......they fall before they even saw me.

Y/n: We won't let you kill the President!

Grievous: And what are you gonna do about it? You four are gonna stop me.

He reactive his twin light Sabers while Y/n have a flash bang behind him as he unpinned it and chucks it into the air and there was a bright flash that blinds Grievous for a bit as he yell out.

When he can see again, he sees Noble Squad and the President gone as he roared in anger before getting into floor and crawled after them.

We see Noble Squad with the President in the middle as Rusher and Cleaner turn to see Grievous chasing after them and tehy open fire at them and even fire explosions at him but he dodges their attacks and still on their tail.

Y/n sees a rocket launcher ahead so once close he grabs it and quickly stop and turns and fires a rocket at Grievous and the hall lights up with an explosion. Y/n drops the rocket and catch up with his squad while Grievous walks out of the flames and continues the chase.

After a while they arrive at the door and the President gets into the control console to and access through the passwords and codes while Noble Squad protect him and waited for Grievous to come so they can shoot at him.

Rusher: Anytime right now.

The President: Just hold on as base you can. I'm almost there.

Brains: There he comes!

Grievous comes around the corner and as he stands up and walks towards them about to fight them when a spin dash comes over them and hits Grievous at the chest, senting Grievous back as Sonic lands in front of Noble Squad.

Y/n: Perfect timing Sonic.

Sonic: (smirk) Like always.

Grievous growls in anger before he blocks Zack's blade strike ane the two battle while Sonic tells Noble Squad and the President.

Sonic: We hold him off as best we can, you guys get to the cannon and end this battle.

Y/n: Be careful. Grievous is one deadly general.

Sonic: (smirk) No sweat I've faced many dangerous stuff so this four armed like cyborg is a piece a cake.

Zack gets thrown by Grievous but Sonic dashes over and kicks him once again at the chest but this time Grievous grabs Sonics legs and was about to cut them when Zack rushes over and slice one of Grievous robot arm off which made him yell out in pain, forcing him to drop Sonic.

The President: I got it! Let's go!

The door opens as they rush inside and once inside Brains shuts the door and hopes their general and Sonic will be alright.

Brains: (surprised) Wow.

Y/n turns and they were surprised to see the chaos cannon in front of them. It was a huge cannons pointing upwards as they walk up to the window as the President get into the controls and starts the process.

The President: In order to active the cannon, we must install a chaos Emerald and after that it will charge up and once it reach 100%, it be ready to fire. All I need to do is to active it and....done!

There was a shake follow by the ceiling open up as the cannon rose up slowly and we see it rising up at the grenade and cannon aims at one or the Separatist ships that are ready to fire.

Brains: We only have 15 minutes until they will destroy this place.

Y/n: Where can we install the chaos Emerald?

The President: Over there.

He pointed at one of the seats that the person will fire and see a slot to install the chaos Emerald in. Suddenly they hear a blade of a saber stab through so they turn to see two sabee blades appear as Grievous is slowly cutting his way it.

Y/n: Move! Move!

They rushes through the side door which once through Y/n destroy the controls and they rush along the walkway and soon made it to the firing Controls as Brains sat down and install the chaos Emerald in and it starts to charge up.

Brains: Hope this can go faster.

The President: It's a very old one so it may take a while.

Rusher: Well as long Grievous is at the other side, we should be fine.

Suddenly a beam nearly hits them as they look up to see Metal Sonic floating and look down at them.

Brains: I think you jinxed that one Rusher.

Rusher: Damn it.

Y/n: Open fire!

They fire their blasters at Metal Sonic which he dodges the blast and fires another beam which nearly hit the controls but they try their best to not allow metal Sonid to destroy the controls as they continue to fire at him.

Soon Metal Sonic dashes over and knocks Y/n, Rusher, Cleaner and the President back as they land hard on the ground with Y/n catches his arm as he almost fell off the railing but Y/n saved him and pulled him back onto the walkway.

He looks over to see Brains in trouble so he rushes over and wraps his arms behind Metal Sonic as he pulled him away from Brains as Metal Sonic active his boosters and flies around, slaming into wall to wall trying to get Y/n off of Metal Sonic.

Y/n gets hits many times while Rusher change his rifle to a sniper and aims down his scope and fires a singal blast that hits Metal Sonic's boosters and he start flying around out of control and they elam to even more walls until they crashed into the control room.

Y/n let's go of Metal Sonic and slide onto the floor while Metal Sonic crashes onto a wall and fell onto the floor badly damage as Y/n slowly stands up and shake his head. Soon he was grabbed in the neck by Metal Sonic as he slams him onto the wall and start to strangle him as Y/n gasp for air.

Metal Sonic stare at him as Y/n stare back at him and active his wrist blade as he tells Metal Sonic.

Y/n: Welcome to South Island you stupid clinker.

He stab his wrist blade into Metal Sonic and it stab him into the core as he slowly shuts down and let's go of Y/n and fell onto the floor as Y/n gasp for air once let go.

Brains: Only 80%! Y/n you alright?

Y/n walks over tothe window and gives his squad a thumps up before Cleaner calls out.

Cleaner: Sir behind you!

He turn only ti get grabbed by the neck once more and slamee onto the controls hard by Grievous as he stare at the clone Commandos while he active his light saber and puts it near his helmet.

Grievous: Your very much different to many clone Commando I've killed. Strong, brave and not fear of death. Your like me but you as a Republic clone!

He slams Y/n once more onto the controls and tossed him across the room and he slams onto the closed door as Grievous grabs him by the neck once more and lift him up into the air.

Grievous: If you weren't a Jedi I would have killed you right here and now and take your Light Saber for my collection. It is a shame but I'll enjoy the tears of your clone brothers once they have lost one of their own. Any last words.

Y/n: For the Republic.

Grievous chuckles and swings his light saber and was about to end him but he pulled away by the force by Zack and slammed onto the wall near him while Y/n lands on the floor safe while Zack rushes over and helps him up.

Zack: Are you okay?

Y/n: I've been better. Thanks general.

Zack nods as Grievous stood up and roars in anger and was about to charge at them when Braine calls out.

Brains: 100%!

Y/n: Fire now Brains!

Brains dose so and the cannons open fire a massive beam that destroyed one Separatist ship follow by another one next to it as the battle droids sees this within the battle field and so dose Grievous ad more clones lead by Sonic arrive and surround Grievous.

Zack: Your plan has failed General. Surrender.

Grievous makes a fist in anger and rips off a controls out of thr wall and tossed it towards Zack and Y/n but Zack uses the force to catch it while Grievous rushes out of the window while cline troopers open fire at him as Grievous grabs onto the wall and start to claim towards the ceiling hole above.

Noble Squad open fire at Grievous but Grievous made his escape and soon sees Grievous shuttle with Grievous inside making his escape as the Separatist forces lost the battle and pulled back out of South Island.

The Republic clone troopers cheered for this victory as Sally, Tails, Fordo and Sara sees that they won and soon Noble Squad, the President, Zack and Sonic walks onto the balcony as Sara runs up and hugs her father while her father tells Zack.

The President: (smile) I own my life to you, the Freedom fighters and the Republic for saving our city.

Zack: (smile) It's no problem Mister President. Glad we can help.

The President nods and turns to Noble Squad and tells them.

The President: Not only you save and protected my daughter but you also protected my from that cyborg general. With that, I thank you.

Y/n: No problem sir. Just doing our job.

Sara: (smile) Still thank you so much snd maybe we can hang out together, especially you Y/n.

Y/n blushes a bit while Sally gets jealous by this flirt while Zack snd Sonid just smiled as they see Republic gunships arriving to help the Republic troopers repair the city as the battle of South Island is won by the Republic and they will make sure the rest of many cities in Mobius will be retaking back by the Republic and end the Separatist in Mobius soon.
