Cubs containing clonea of Eric is seen in a long line and looking like they are in dormant. Brains approaches one of the tubs as he look at the cloned Eric and looking at the tub it self.

Brains: I can't believe they create their own clone army. Not only that but all of them are fully adults. How long had this been a thing?

The rest of noble squad looked around of the clones and after a while Rusher come across a console which he looks through.

Rusher: Check this out.

They came over and look at the information within the screen.

Rusher: It looks like they are using Roboniks technology along with the Separatist technology to create a laboratory to make a clone army of their own.

Cleaner: If that is the case then who knows how many they have in here. They may have a whole army ready to battle against the Republic.

Y/n: If this is true then we need to take out these clones and find the real Eric. Cleaner place bombs around this lab and let's get out of here.

Cleaner: Already on it.

Cleaner stick some explosions around the room and once done they were about to leave but Y/n stop and took off his helmet and place his ear onto the door.

Y/n: Droids behind this door. They knew we were coming.

Rusher: Now what?

Y/n: We use that.

He points at a large vents on the wall so Y/n took it off and the four claim onto the vent and begin walking through the tunnel.

Y/n: Sally do you hear me? What's the situation on your end?

(Meanwhile)

We see droids at the security room doing their work like usual when the door knocked. One B1 droid worked over to the door and ask.

B1 droid: Whose there?

???: Scrapped.

B1 Droid: Scrapped who?

Suddenly a door was blown away and sent flying across the room and then crash through a window with a droid falling. Sonic, Sally, Tangle and Javier enter with Javier active his double bladed light saber while Sonic crack his knuckles and said.

Sonic: (smirk) You'll are about to be Scrapped.

All of them begin to fire at them which they dodges and Sonic spin dashes a few while Javier cuts them down with his saber. He deflected the bolts back at them and force pushes them away. Tangle use her tail to dodge the bolts and smashing them.

Soon the trip clear the security room and once cleared Javier stays by the door while Sonic, Tangle, and Sally reach the controls and Sally plugs Nicole in.

Sally: We're in and we're shutting down the security cameras.

Y/n: (radio) What about Eric?

Sally: Nicole.

Nicole: On it.

Javier: We have company!

Sonic rushes over and he sees Super battle droids marching towards them. When they spotted them they begin to open gire which Sonic immediately shuts the door.

Javier: Got any ideas?

Sonic: How is your force push?

Javier: Good. Why?

Sonic smirks and we see the Super battle droids approaching the door when the door opens with Sonic in front of Javier.

He begins to spin and once he begins to spin Javier pushes his arm back and then thrust it foward as he launches Sonic towards the Super battle droids.

The droids is sent blasted while the middle is torn apart. Sonic land on his feet and slides across he floor but he stops himself and looks over to see them getting up. Javier rushes over and begins to cut down the remaining droids.

One takes aim only for Sonic to dash over and slice off the droids arm with a spin dash. Once all of them were clear Sonic and Javier look at each other and they fist pumped.

Sonic: (smirk) Nice work kid.

Javier: (smile) Thanks. You were cool.

Sonic: (smirk) Same to you.

The two walk back in just as Nicole finds where Eric is being kept which Sally tells Nobel team.

Sally: Okay there is good news and bad news. Good news is we found Eric and he isn't good but he's alive. Bad news he's at a tower housing other prisoners. The only way to get there is by going into the city and get inside.

Cleaner: (radio) Too risky. There is an army out there ready to shoot us.

Brains: (radio) Maybe unless there is a way to get there.

Nicole: I've checked and there is a way. They are coming up to a train tunnel that is actually taking prisoners to that tower.

Sally: Will you and your team be fine Y/n?

Y/n: (radio) Don't worry nothing stops us.

Sally: Right. We'll remain here.

Y/n: (radio) Right. Nobel Squard out.

(Meanwhile)

Nobel Squard with the help of Nicole arrived at a vent which Rusher kicks open and they drop down. They land behind some cargo and slowly move foward and then peak around a corner to a massive train station with countless of trains with one loading up prisoners.

They we seen wearing orange suits with cuffs on their arms and feet as they being watched by a few battle droids.

Cleaner: Too many to take out.

Y/n: Brains?

Brains: Follow me.

They follow Brains as they sneak up to the other side od the train and Brains stuck a device onto the trains wall and then it shoot out beams and begins to cut it.

They waited for a bit but once done Brains removed the cut wall and they climb through. Brains close the hole just as the train begins to move.

Inside the train they realised they were in the armoury as they look at the blasters they have in here.

Rusher: The tower will have lots of guards. No way we can't sneak through.

Y/n: Well I think I'm tired of sneaking. Let's give Robotnik a headache.

They see what he was thinking as we cut to the prisoners force to be sit down while battle droids is in there with them and keeping an eye on them. Things are quiet when suddenly Nobel Squard came out and shoot out the battle droids.

The droids were caught off guard so they didn't have a chance to open fire. Once the cart is cleared Brains pushes a button that release all the prisoners and Y/n hands one a blaster.

Y/n: Wanna cost a riot?

The prisoners look at each other and all smirked with agreement. Soon the train arrived at the tower and once stopped two Battle droids along with a Tactical droid as they approaches the door just as the door is opening.

Tactical droid: Welcome prisoners to your new homes. You will obey to thr rules of your prison ho-

Then Y/n came out and aims a blaster pistol at the Tactical droids head and sees his team along with the free prisoners behind him as he said.

Y/n: How about no.

He shoot the Tactical droids head and all chaos erupted. Blasters were fired as both Nobel Squard along with the Prisoners battle the battle droids. Bolts fly by as Y/n and Rusher rolled out of cover and charges towards the droids with Y/b tackling one to the ground while Rusher knocks a few down.

Prisoners continue to fire with one getting shot and fall to the ground but Brains rushes over and patch him up while Cleaner fires explosions at them.

Y/n fire his Dc-17 at the droids while dodging their bolts. Then a commando droid drop down and landed on top of him. The commando droid was about yo stab him in the head but he moved and the blade misses inches from his head.

Y/n headbutted the droid and force him to roll over as he gets on top of him and then break the droids neck and then ripped it off.

He gets up and tosses a commando droids head at another which knock the droid down.

Rusher changes his DC-17 to sniper mode as he stood on top of cargo boxes and begin to pop some droids heads off. Then Super battle droids were deployed which Rusher sees this. He sees a explosion barrel so he takes aim and fires which cost the barrel to blow up, killing the super battle droids.

Y/n: Cleaner blow open that door!

Cleaner: Right!

Y/n: Everyone follow us! Fight for your freedom!

The Prisoners roared as they follow Noble Squard. Cleaner blows open the door and they rush through the hallways, blasting any droids they see.

Soon they reach to the cell which Cleaner blows open and they fought off the Droids within. Swatbots are deployed as they attack them however Cleaner and Brains blows them up.

They battle the droids for a bit and while blasting a few droids Y/n come across a cell which he looks inside and sees Eric laying on his bed.

Y/n shoots the controls which the cell opens and he walks in. Eric turns over and sat up as Y/n approaches him.

Y/n: You Eric?

Eric: Yeah. Are you from the Republic?

Y/n: The same. We're getting you out of here.

He take his hand and the two leave the cell. Y/n covers Eric as he shoot down the battle droids and soon regrouped with Nobel Squard.

Y/n: Got Eric. Free the other prisoners and lets-

Suddenly there was a massive shake that shook the tower they were in. They stop shooting and stood there wondering what was that. It happened again but this time it was string enough to make everyone fall to the ground.

Brains: What was that?

Y/n: No clue. Something tells me it can't be good.

Suddenly the door behind them closes and it suddenly felt like the entire room is changing. They lose their balance and fall to the ground as the prisoners begin to panic, wondering what is going on.

Eric: They're about to launch it.

Y/n: What is?

Eric: They talked about this project. They said thus project involves around turning this entire city......into a ship.

Before they can ask any further they felt like they were being launched. They stood there ground and it felt like hours but soon it stopped and they slowly get up and wondering what was that about.

Brains took out his data pad and check.

Brains: Um I'm not too sure this is a glitch or not.

Y/n: Why?

Brains: According to this.....we're above the planet.

Cleaner: How does that make sense?

Y/n: Looks like there is more to the project than cloning.

Then the door behind them open only to reveal an army of swatbots as they aim their blasters at them and said.

Swatbot: Freeze! Surrender or you will be eliminate!

They look at each other and then all aim their blasters at them.

Y/n: Make us.

Swatbot: Those who Resist (aims a wrist blaster at them) Will be eliminated.
