Nora: Did he age backwards?

Jaune: He's possessed!

Ren: Or reincarnated!

Ruby: Oh! Isn't it weird?

Oscar was sitting on one of the chairs while Ruby and the others were starting at him, knowing that they were surprised to see Ozpin alive.

Oscar: It is very weird, yes.

You: It's actually more weird that you guys are literally giving him those faces.

Oscar: Yes, he's right.

Qrow: Okay, Okay.

Qrow came out from the kitchen with a mug in his hands.

Qrow: Let's all just take a second and remember that this is very overwhelming for everyone.

The others think for a second and stepped back from Oscar with a nervous chuckle.

You: Sorry about that, I know it's hard to believe that someone is actually reincarnated.

Oscar: It's okay, and thanks by the way.

You: No problem.

Qrow sat down while I was standing while the others were siting or standing. Oscar looked at Ruby for a second and she chuckled at him.

Oscar: Ah, sorry! It's just I've never really met Huntsman and Huntresses before.

You: Just to let you know, me and her are together.

Oscar: Oh, I didn't know you two were a couple. I'm sorry for that as well.

You: Don't sweat it, it's okay.

Ruby: Well, uh... we've never met a person with two souls, so, first times all around.

Oscar chuckled at Ruby's words, while Qrow clears his throat.

Qrow: Not to break up the whole 'getting-to-know-you' game, but we need to have a talk. Mind showing us your little parlor trick, kid?

Oscar groans from what Qrow said. What did he mean by his " parlor trick"?

Oscar: Yeah, okay. Just so you know, I'll still be here.

You: Okay?

Oscar took a moment to do his trick. He then closed his eyes to and concentrate on it. After he concentrated, his body was glowing green. What is this?

???: It is so very good, to see you again students.

I so confused on what just happened. Wait, that voice, I recognized that voice, is that Professor Ozpin?

Jaune: Wait, what just happened?

Ren: Professor... Ozpin?

You: Is that really you?

Ozpin: Correct. And though I made be the one speaking, Oscar is still present, mentally. He's merely handed over the control, so to speak. I'm afraid this is all must be very perplexing.

Nora: And alarming, and bizarre, and just really kind of hard to believe overall!

Ozpin chuckled at Nora's words.

Ozpin: It's good to see you children still have your sense of humor. I know you've all been through hardships already. I'm sorry.

Ruby: I mean, it's not your fault.

Ozpin: It's all my fault. I told you once that I made more mistakes that any man, woman, or child on this planet, and I wasn't exaggerating. I'm... cursed. For thousands of years, I've walked on the surface of Remnant, living, dying, and reincarnated in the body of a like-minded soul. The Professor Ozpin you all met was not my first form, and clearly wasn't my last. It's... an extraordinary strenuous process on everyone involved.

Jaune: So, who... what... are you?

Ozpin: I am the combination of countless men who've spent their lives trying to protect the people of Remnant. With every rebirth, my soul is eventually merged with another and I am changed, but my memories stay with me. This curse was bestowed upon me by the gods because I have failed to stop Salem in the past. But we most stop her now.

There was a moment of silence until Ruby spoke up.

Ruby: And how do we do that?

Ozpin: We start... by ensuring the safety of the Relic of Knowledge.

Nora: This is perfect! We were stuck at a dead end, but now, we can just take cute little boy Ozpin to Lionheart and have him set things straight.

Ozpin: Please don't call me that.

You: Yeah, I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to be called by that.

Qrow: We're not sure that's the best idea.

Nora groans and sat back down and crossed her arms.

Ren: But, I thought the headmasters all took orders from you.

Ozpin: That was the intention. Four lieutenants I can trust, especially during times of reincarnation. But Qrow told me about your meeting with Leonardo.

Ozpin then gets up from his seat and started to walk in front of us with his hands behind his back and going to a picture of Mistral.

Ozpin: He isn't just behaving irrationally, he's disobeying specific instructions I had left him. Something's wrong. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I don't want to rule out any possibilities either. No one outside this room that I've paired with Oscar, and I think it's best to keep it that way.

Qrow: Play things close to the chest until we get a better hand.

Oscar: Precisely. Now we have two steps ahead of us.

Ozpin said while turning around to face us.

Ozpin: The first is enlisting the aid of more Huntsman.

Ren: But the Mistral council-

Qrow: Doesn't own any Huntsman in the Kingdom and I've been here enough to know where we can find some more.

Ozpin: So long is they're trust worthy.

Qrow: You can trust them to put up a good fight. I'll throw together a list tonight.

Qrow said while putting his feet on the coffee table, but it then breaks down to make Qrow lose his balance and break the coffee mug.

Nora: Good luck with that.

Ozpin: After that, we can move in to step two.

Nora got up from the couch.

Nora: What's step two?

Ozpin got his cane that was leaning on the chair.

Ozpin: Getting you four into fighting shape.

I looked at the others for a few seconds.

Ruby: But, uh, we already know how to fight.

Ozpin then swung his cane around and pointed at Ruby's face.

Ozpin: You can only fight as long as you have Crescent Rose, but you're still lacking in hand-to-hand combat.

Ruby: Well, uh, yeah.

Ozpin then swung his cane around again and pointed at Jaune.

Ozpin: Mr. Arc, I'm glad to hear you've improved, but sorry to say, you've yet to unlock your Semblance.

Jaune then looked down from Ozpin's cane.

You: Wait, what about me?

Ozpin then pointed his cane at me.

Ozpin: And you Mr. L/n. I'm sure that you've had enough training during your time as a child. You are skilled enough to fight any enimies that stands in your way.

You: Right. Thank you.

Ozpin: All of you have a ways to go before you're ready to pose any real threat against Salem and her forces. And though Oscar can give me temporary control, he'll need to strengthen his body and his Aura. He'll inherit my muscle memory in time, but practice will expedite the process.

Ruby: But if Qrow's out looking for Huntsmen, then who's going to teach us?

Ozpin then jumps into the air and flip to land on the chair while spinning his cane, he's really doing that while he's controling Oscar's body, the others looked at him with shocked or surprised faces, I just smiled from Oscar's talent while Ozpin was controling his body.

Ozpin: Well, I believe I was the headmaster of Beacon Academy. We have approximately one month before classes resume at Haven. If Salem were to plan an attack, it makes sense that it would occur prior to students return. It's not much time, but it's better than nothing.

Ozpin stopped spinning his cane and caught it.

Ozpin: Just don't expect me to go easy on you.

After that Oscar's body glowed again to reveal that he's back in his body. He didn't know that he was on the chair, he lost balance and fell on the floor with the chair.

Oscar: You've gotta be kidding me.

I went up to Oscar and offered him my hand to pull him up. He grabbed my hand and got up to his feet.

Oscar: Thanks.

You: No problem. I guess all of you got a lot of training to do.

I looked back at my team and back at Oscar.

You: Welcome to the team.
