Y/n POV

Back on the road again, let's just hope we don't have to run into that Nightsister again. If we see her again, we'll be ready for a fight. We are still walking ahead along the road to get Mistral, we still don't see any Grimm around here, and there's no sign of that stranger, I bet the Nightbrothers got him, or probably not. We'll make it Mistral we have too.

Nora: Another day, another adventure!

Ruby: What's on the agenda today?

Jaune: Walking!

Nora: With a side of...?

You and Ren: Walking.

Ruby was being exhausted from walking this long. Her, Ren, and Jaune were talking about how she never knew how long this trip will be. When we were walking, we saw some strange pods hanging from the trees.

Nora: Ewwww!

Jaune: Ugh, what are those things?

Ren: Are those, pods?

You: More like cocoons.

Ruby: What's inside those things?

You: I don't know.

Then all of a sudden, the Nightsister appears in front of us again.

Nightsister: You will go no further.

Me and my team got out our weapons in case something happens.

You: Stand aside.

Nightsister: No. He was right about you.

I was confused of what she was talking about.

You: Who... What?

Nightsister: Jedi are thieves, and selfish liars, who bring nothing but death.

You: Back off, If you attack us again, we will strike you down.

Nightsister: Oh, I won't do a thing. But my murdered sisters.

She used her magic on the cocoons for them to hatch. What appears to pop out of them is the Undead Nightsisters around us.

Nightsister: They will have their revenge!

Then the Nightsister disappeared again, and we were all about to fight these Undead Nightsisters.

Jaune: What are these things?!

You: Undead Nightsisters! Watch it, don't let them swarm you!

We all ready our weapons to fight these things. Two of the undead were charging at me, but I side stepped to my right and strike both of them down. I saw a few more and used my double bladed sabers to strike them down. I looked at my teammates and saw that they were done taking out the Undead Nightsisters on their side, I deactivated my two lightsaber blades and clipped it to my belt, the others put away their weapons.

Jaune: Okay, first we fought off some Nightbrothers or whatever they are, and now we just fought zombies. What is going on around here?

Nora: I don't know about you guys? But this trip keeps getting weirder and weirder.

Ruby: Y/n, is it true what that woman said about you?

You: No. There was no way I did that to them, we're not thieves, liars, and we don't bring death. We're peacekeepers.

Jaune: How do we know that's not true what she said? She said that you killed her sisters.

You: Guys, she's manipulating you, she's trying make you think that I killed her sisters, but I didn't. I would never do that.

They just realized what I talked about yesterday about what the Nightsisters do.

Jaune: Oh my gosh, you're right. She's trying to make us think you did that. I'm sorry Y/n.

You: It's okay I get it. We should keep going, there could be more of these things somewhere.

Ren: Right.

We all then continue on our path to Haven.

(Timeskip)

We've been walking for hours, but then I saw Ruby noticed something.

Ruby: Hey, what's that?

We saw what she was looking at, it was village that seems abandoned.

Jaune: That's strange... I didn't think we'd be hitting another village for a few days.

Nora: Are those buildings... damaged?

Jaune: We should search for survivors!

We all then rushed to get to the village and search for survivors. This place looks damaged or something.

Ruby: Anything?

Nora: Nothing over here!

Jaune: No one over here either!

Ren: It almost seemed like the town was abandoned.

I then noticed a breakdown wood from one of the buildings. I put my hand on the wood for my Force Echo to kick in. The others noticed me doing this.

Ruby: Y/n, what is it?

You: This village wasn't abandoned or destroyed, it's a construction site.

Jaune: How could there be a construction site out here?

Nora: Hey, I think I found something!

We then went to Nora to see what she found. She the vines that were blocking a sign.

Nora: Oniyuri? Never heard of it...

Jaune: Me neither.

You: Same.

Ren: I have.

We all looked at Ren for us to explain what was this place about.

Ren: You might think of it as Anima's Mountain Glenn, had it never been completed. Years ago, the richest members of Mistral were unhappy with how the kingdom was being run. Frustrated with the council, they build their resources together and build their own city.. With their own laws. They hoped that one day, it could maybe even become it's own kingdom. Many thought it would be the future. I know my parents did.

Ruby: What happened?

Ren: What always happens.

Jaune: The Grimm.

You: It's always the Grimm.

Ren: Not just any one.

Ren said while clenching his hands into fists.

Ruby: One?

We then heard a few birds in the sky flying past the village.

Jaune: Come on, let's just get through here. This place gives me the creeps.

We then started to proceed on through the village. I turned around and noticed Ruby was still looking at the unfinished buildings around here. I went up to her to tell her we're leaving.

You: Come on, there's nothing around here, we need to keep moving.

She nodded her head then we proceed with the others to get through the village.

The sky was covered by dark clouds covering the sunlight. We were moving forward to get through the village. Ren was leading us up front, but then he raised his hand behind him to tell us to stop. He reached for his weapon and so did we, I activated one single lightsaber blade and got in to my fighting stance. My heart was beating a little, someone's coming.

You: BD, watch your back.

BD-1: Beep-boop.

We started to look around the village to see if anyone was following us. I looked behind and saw a man charging at me, he was mad crazy. He swung his wrist blades at me, but I blocked them with my saber, he went for another swing, but I parried his strike to stagger him. I went for strike on his chest, but then he quickly blocked my attack, what? He kicked me so hard that I yelled in pain and he made me fly into one of the buildings, I broke through the concrete wall of the building and hit the floor hard. I groaned in pain and coughed from the impact. I then heard fighting outside of the building, I got up slowly to my feet.

You: BD, I need help!

I snapped my fingers with my left hand and BD popped out a Stim, I caught it and injected it on my right shoulder and dropped the empty stim canister. I then regroup with the others to see where that crazy guy went. My team were looking at the building that had a hole in it seeing the crazy man doing a split in the building.

Jaune: We're not looking for a fight!

Ren: Who are you?

The man then looked at us with insane grin on his face and landed in front of us.

???: Who I am matters not to you.

He said while pointing at one of us.

???: Or you... Or... Well... you do interest me.

He said while pointing at Jaune making him have a fear look on his face.

???: No, I only matter... to you two.

He said while pointing at me an Ruby standing together and the others looked at us in shock, while I had a fear look on my face.

Ruby: Us?

I didn't say anything. I was so scared that who ever this man is wants me and Ruby, why? The man then started to do a maniacal laugh in front of us, this guy is definitely out of his mind.

???: You- you haven't the slightest clue, do you? Oh, how exciting this must be!

He then said another crazy laugh in front of me and Ruby while I held my lightsaber tight to get ready for a another strike from him.

Ruby: What do you want?

???: Oh, the rose has thorns! My little flower, I'm here to whisk you away with me! And that boy next you, with that amazing weapon he has, ooh shiny!

Nora then stepped in front of me and Ruby trying to protect us.

Nora: Well, what if they don't want to go with you?

???: Well... I'll take them

Then Jaune stepped in front of Nora to support her.

Jaune: We're not going to let you do that.

The man looks down for a moment and sighed before speaking again.

???: Good.

He then went behind Jaune with a fast speed to strike him.

Ren: Jaune!

Ren fired his weapons at Jaune's shield to ricochet off to hit the man. But he blocked the bullets from Ren to get on top of his shield to do a spin block to block Ren's bullets again. Ruby was going to strike the man, but she was kicked by him. He then was starting to come at me, but I used Howling Push to fully push him back, but he regained his footing when he used his wrist blades. He then went to Nora, then I heard a shot from Ruby to hit the man, but it hit Nora instead.

You: Nora!

I saw the shot hit Nora. Was that and electrical bullet that hit her? The man did a laugh again from what Ruby did.

???: Well! If that isn't ironic.

I then started to hear electricity sounds in the cloud that Nora was in what is she doing? I saw Ruby and the others had a smirk on their faces to see the cloud going away. Nora was full of electricity now. She went to strike the man with her electrical hammer and smashed it on him to cause a shock wave in the wind. I covered my eyes from the wind that was blowing on us. After the wind stopped, I looked to see if Nora did any damage, but then I saw the man revealing his scorpion tail from his trench coat that blocked Nora's attack.

???: Surprise!

He then kicked Nora away, jumped high on the roof and removed his trench coat and his scorpion tail.

Ren: He's... a Faunus!

Ruby: What is this about? The White Fang? Roman Torchwick?

???: Plastic soldiers and pawns! My heart and body belong only to our goddess!

Ruby: Cinder...

You: No.

Ruby: Huh?

I walked up in front the man on the roof.

You: Your goddess is Salem right?!

I remembered Qrow and Raven talking about her that night when I was at the bar.

???: Oh, smart one you are. Perhaps your not useless after all. Don't worry child, you'll be able to see her in person soon!

You: We'll see about that!

Ruby: Y/n, who's-

Ruby was cut off from the man almost about to jump off the roof, but then he was hit by a lazer arrow, was that an archer?

I looked to see who shot that arrow. There were Nightbrother archers on the top of every building ready to fire on him, until the Nightsister appears next to one of the archers.

Nightsister: You were wrong to come out here outsider, now you will pay for trespassing! Nightbrothers, assist these other outsiders for now! Let the scorpion pay for what he has done!

She disappeared again for the archers to ready their weapons.

Nightbrother Archer: Fire!

The archers released the strings on their bows and fired the arrows at the man. He started to block the arrows from the archers and to go strike the three of them down on the rooftops. He started to come at me again for strike, but I parried his attack to stagger him, and I stabbed my lightsaber on his chest for him to take damage. I saw his arua flickering purple, that means he's almost out.

Nightsister: Very good Jedi!

The Nightsister appeared next to me to use her magic on the man. She disappeared again for us to take him down. He kicked me out of the way for me to hit the ground hard. He was too fast for us to take him down. I looked up to see that my team and Ruby were down except for Jaune, he just stood there. The man got his scorpion tail to strike Ruby, no.

You: NOOO!

I then heard a building concrete break and a metal clash on the tail, it was Qrow, thank goodness he made it in time. I was a few meters away from Ruby and Qrow, for him to say something.

Qrow: Hey.

The man then got back from Qrow and then he face him to get a good look at him.

???: Huh! As I live and breathe! Qrow Branwen. A true Hunstman has entered the fray!

He said while bowing his head as taunt moment, while got up and helped Ruby up too. Qrow then looked at us.

Ruby: I don't know. This guy's weird.

You: He's a psychopath that's what he is.

Qrow then looked back at the man and started to speak to him.

Qrow: Look, pal, I'm not sure who you are, but you need to leave my niece alone.

???: Why, friend my name is Tyrian. And I'm afraid that is not possible. My assignment from Her Grace was to retrieve this young girl, and the boy with her. So, that is what I must do. One does not upset the Queen.

Ruby: Queen?

Qrow and You: Salem.

Ruby: Who?

Tyrian: Hmm, I think we've had enough talk now, don't you?

Tyrian then got into a crouching position ready strike Qrow.

Qrow: You took the words right out of--

He then was cut off by Tyrian charging at him with a crazy laugh while he was fighting him then they clashed their weapons together. After they clashed weapons, Tyrian started to fire bullets out his wrist blades shooting at Qrow while he was blocking them with blade. Ren and Nora were going to help Qrow out.

You: Nora, Ren, don't!

They didn't listen to me, and Tyrian noticed that they were coming at him. He was about to attack them, but the Nightsister appears again and used her magic to stagger him.

Nightsister: Now!

The Nightsister disappeared again for Nora and Ren to strike at him again, but Tyrian was able to kick them back to us. Tyrian was about to strike at us, but Qrow clashed his blade with Tyrian's blade again.

Qrow: Don't come closer!

He said while fighting him off again.

Ruby: Fine!

Ruby then started to go to the roof.

You: Ruby no!

She didn't listen to me, she just went up to the roof where there was a Nightbrother archer on the roof. It was a good that the he was helping Ruby to get a good shot on Tyrian to help Qrow, but they were too fast for them to fire their shots. Tyrian then got his tail on Qrow's hand to get his weapon off of him and hit the building. Tyrian then heard a gunshot from Ruby, she misses her shot away from Tyrian. He started to block the bullets with his tail, but not for long for him to get hit by a lazer arrow. He then winced in pain while he got hit from the archer. I then saw Qrow punching Tyrian straight in the face, he punched him again and kicks him out of the way and went to his weapon.

Qrow got to his weapon, but then he noticed Tyrian was about to strike at him. I looked down to catch my breath from the fight that I just did with tat psychopath. I looked back up to see Qrow bursting out through the building throwing his weapon on the ground for the blade to stick on the ground to stand on the handle while his arua cracked in dark red. While Tyrian rushed out of the building while his arua cracked, he still was able to fight Qrow. Qrow and Tyrian were about to fight, but Ruby intervene their attack.

You: Ruby!

I rushed to them and stood behind Qrow.

Tyrian: Do you wish to be taken?!

Ruby: No! But I won't stay by and watch someone get hurt!

Qrow and Ruby started to fight Tyrian, but he was still too fast for them to hit him. Qrow and Tyrian clashed blades again and Qrow looked back at Ruby.

Qrow: Ruby! What did I say?! Get back!

Ruby: This is my fight too!

Ruby tried to swing at Tyrian,but he jumped over her weapon while he was still clashed with Qrow.

Qrow: No it's not that. It's--

Qrow was cut off by Ruby charging to hit Tyrian again. She got kicked in the face with both of his legs to push her back. One of the woods broke off from inside the building. It almost hit Ruby, but Qrow sliced it in half before it hit her. While he was distracted, Tyrian was about to strike Qrow with his tail.

You: No!

I rushed at Qrow to pushed him out of the way in time, but I got cut with the tail instead and I screamed in pain.

Qrow: No!

I looked at my wound from my stomach. It was covered in blood, I got down on both of my knees and covered my wound to stop some of the bleeding. I heard Tyrian laughed for what he did to me, then I heard the sound of Ruby's gunshot from her scythe. She cut off the stinger on Tyrian's tail and he screams in pain.

Tyrian: You-

I know what he was about to say to her. I used Howling Push on Tyrian to push him very far into the forest. I got back on my knees and grunted in pain, while the others came to help me out, even Ruby was worried.

Ruby: Y/n! Are you okay?

Qrow: He'll be fine. He just grazed him. Thanks for the save kid.

You: It's my job after all.

Ren, Nora, and Jaune began to ask Qrow questions.

Nora: Who was that guy?

Ren: How did you get here?

Jaune: Why are people after Ruby and Y/n?

I was still holding my wound from that psychopath did to me.

Ruby: Uncle Qrow? What's going on?

Qrow took a moment to answer Ruby's question.

Qrow: What's your favorite fairy tale?

That's all he could say now while I was starting to pass out from the wound.

Ruby: Y/n!

I then closed my eyes and my body went to the ground. I was unconscious.
