Blaster looked at the group of clones, who had spent every moment together. He glanced down at his armor. Shiny and new just like us. He looked up at the newly appointed captain and smiled under his helmet. He then looked at the new sergeant and regular trooper. He wanted to be a regular soldier because he didn't want anyone thinking he was more important or anything. "Hey Rex, Blaster promise us one thing" Virus says looking over his friends. Blaster tilted his head "yes Virus? I mean sir." Virus smiled "If you where anyone else but Blaster I would've slapped you" he joked laughing slightly. Rex and Flick joined in. Blaster grinned like a maniac "you know what I got a present for you! I'll be back" he raced off still grinning. "Everyone take cover I don't like that look" Rex says and they nod running off. Blaster came back, holding something in a bowl behind his back. "REXY, VIRUS, FLICK WERE DID YOU THREE RUN OFF TO?" He grinned adding a tantalizing tone. The three other clones had huddled in a closet. "Why are we hiding when there's three of us and one of him?" Flick asks. Virus and Rex thought for a moment "because he's Blaster" they chuckle. They take off their helmets to avoid any noise.Blaster prowls the halls. He knew the three clones. They where in the same batch and grew up together. He approaches the closet and the clones quiet down. "Hello?" Blaster calls and they remain silent. Blaster smirked taking the silence as a invitation to come in. He bursts in and the surprised clones shoot up. He takes the bowl quickly scooping out its contents and hucking it at their faces. The surprised clones yelp as a white, clump substance splattered on their faces. "Oh my blaster" Blaster collapsed laughing holding his sides "your faces!" Rex, Virus and Flick all shared a look. Rex takes a finger and gets some of whatever it was off his face. He puts it into his mouth giving it a taste test. Plain, with a smooth yet chunky texture. "Mashed potatoes really?" He grumbled. "Yup! You guys look like mimes" Blaster laughed. The three victims springed at the immature clone, but Blaster had predicted this move. He rolled out of their reach and got up. "THERE GONNA KILL ME MOVE!" He yells running out of the closet and down the halls. Eventually after about 30 minutes of chasing Blaster, the clones caught him. They tackled him and pinned him down. By now they removed the potatoes from their faces. They removed Blasters helmet and held more mashed potatoes. They smudged it in Blaster's face with a triumphant grin. "Ah! Get it off" he yells but is soon cut off as food is shoved in his mouth. He sputters spitting it out as the other laugh. "REVENGE!" Rex, Flick and Virus roar. After celebrating victory the three clones sit together for a final time. Blaster was still trying to remove the potatoes from his hair. "We have to promise each other something" Flick says in a serious tone. "We have to see each other at least once. Virus is going to be in my squad. Rex and Blaster you two are going separate ways right? So if you do meet each other again in battle, protect each other." Rex and Blaster nod "we would do that anyway". The group sighs "We will meet each other again" Rex says. "Maybe not in this war" Virus says. "Or after" Flick adds. "But maybe in a different life" Blaster finishes. "I'm gonna miss you guys" Virus smiled sadly. "Same here" they reply in unison. Blaster looked down at his armor noticing the stains. He then looked at his friends armor and smirked. "So much for being shiny".
