3 Days Later

Gideon's P.O.V

I was trying to sleep but Lily woke me up and I can't stay mad at her... or get mad at her otherwise the deal will be off (Gideon is sleeping on a bed in the spare room)

Lily: *In Kushiban* Wake Up! *In Kushiban*

Gideon: Uhh... I'm up. I'm Up

Lily jumped on my chest with a little smirk on her muzzle, she crawled closer to me and whispered in my ear

Lily: *In Kushiban* That's what she said. *In Kushiban*

I raised my gloved hand and tried to swat her away, but Ruby barged in making Lily jump off me making my hand slam into the bedside table

Ruby: HEY ARE YOU AWAKE!?

Gideon: No I'm asleep.... what do you think Ruby? Also could I have an Ice-pack for my hand please?

Ruby walked up to me and slapped me, I raised my hand and rubbed my now sore cheek

Ruby: I thought you said you were a soldier in an Army?

I hated it when people said I'm a soldier... I am nothing close to a soldier, I'm an Officer and just as I was about to tell Ruby

Lily: *Stomach Growls Loudly*

I look down at her with a face that probably showed disappointment, Lily looked really embarrassed that her stomach had just growled that loudly

Gideon's Mind: Could your stomach growl any louder Lily?

Lily had a pissed off expression on her face, to which Ruby and I found to be quite adorable, Lily walked to where my hand was and bit my middle finger

Gideon: Ok fine... I'll cook you something.

Ruby: YAY!

Gideon: Not You Ruby.

Ruby: Aww.

Ruby looks down at her feet sadly, I just let out annoyed groan

Timeskip: 5 Minutes Later

I was busy making a Stir Fry for Lily and myself as well as a batch of cookies for Ruby.... Curse Those Puppy Dog Eyes She Has

Ruby: When will the cookies be ready brother?

I was about to respond but the timer went off, I put on the oven gloves and took the cookies out the oven, I put them on the counter to cool and I saw Ruby reach out to grab one so I gently hit her hand with a wooden spoon that I grabbed off the counter

Zwei: *Bark* *Bark* *Howl*

Gideon: Umm Ruby.... I know this may sound dumb but... what is that? *Points at Zwei*

Lily spotted the dog and jumped onto the counter then on to my shoulder

Lily: *In Kushiban* Please keep it away from me. *In Kushiban*

Ruby: Oh that's Zwei.... he's our dog.

Gideon's Mind: Oh great Ruby's probably going to think I'm really stupid.

Gideon: A Dog?

Ruby looked at me then started laughing, I just facepalmed

A/N: Sorry but I might not be updating for a week's time, since I've made a bet with one of my classmate's and sorry about this chapter being so short I'll try and make the next one a bit longer.
