I open my eyes to see myself in a forest

Gideon: 'Wait... wasn't I on Vardos?'

I thought to myself I tried to get up but

Gideon: AHHH!

Pain shot through my body, I looked down at my chest and sure enough it was covered on blood... when I thought it couldn't get any worse some strange creatures appeared

Ruby's P.O.V

Me and Yang were in a forest in Patch

??????: AHHH!

I then looked in the direction of the sound then at Yang

Yang: Did you here something Sis?

Ruby: Yeah... I'm sure I heard someone scream.

I started running, after a while I saw a guy around Yang's age in some sort of weird Armour being pinned by an Alpha Beowulf and it looked like he was struggling to stop it from killing him

??????: *In German dialect* AHH!! GET IT OFF ME!!! HELP ME!!!! I DON'T WANT TO DIE AGAIN!!!! *In German dialect*

Even though I couldn't understand what he said I knew he was crying for help, I ran over to the Alpha Beowulf and sliced it in half, He then collapsed and I saw Yang running towards me

Ruby: Yang we've got to get him outta here!

I was waiting for Yang's response while looking at the guy on the ground

Yang: Ok sis. You grab one arm and I'll grab the other.

I walked over and got a hold of his left arm while Yang grabbed his right arm and as soon as we started dragging him

??????: AHHHHH!!!!

It was then I noticed he was bleeding out, that wasn't the worse thing more Grimm were on there way but what I didn't expect to see was Uncle Qrow

Qrow: Ruby! Yang! Get him back to Tai!

Yang: We can't carry him uncle! His Armour is too heavy for us carry!

Uncle Qrow looked unhappy that he had to carry him, Uncle Qrow slowly made his way over to the injured guy on the ground and as soon as Uncle Qrow picked him up

??????: *Cries out in agony*

Timeskip 4 minutes later

Qrow's P.O.V

As I was carrying the injured kid, I couldn't help but think he reminded me of someone

Qrow: Hey... kid can you hear me?

No response came, I then saw Tai's house in the distance and started ruining towards it... only to fail to notice the giant fucking rock in my path while running, needles to say I left a me shaped imprint of myself on the rock

Qrow: Ah! Just My Luck Isn't It!?

The kid went flying but landed safely out of the forest, Ruby came running up to me

Ruby: Uncle Qrow! Are you ok!?

I smile and look at Ruby

Qrow: Yeah... I'm fine kiddo.

I make my way over to the kid and start carrying him to Tai's house... why do I feel like I've seen him before, ah it's probably my imagination... Note to self: Drink less... or maybe more
