POV STAR
"Do you guys hear that?" I ask.
"What?" Jason shrugs. "All I can hear is the screams of people who have never seen fire before."
I scowl at him.
"So then all the W&WS swooped in and defeated the other shadow giants and creatures that would kill-" Adam makes wild hand motions as he explains what appended to Marco.
"Guys I'm serious do you hear that... howl?" I interrupt.
"No." Marco shakes his head. He looked angry. But not at me... At just anything. As he really became that different in half a year?
"AW!" Adam complains. "I was at the best part."
"Long story short he did almost nothing." Jade sums up.
"I like when Jade tells stories." Marco admits at Adam, who is shocked.
There it is again.
"GUYS WILL YOU SHUT UP!" I shout. "I think I hear Jinx."
"But nobody said the same word as you." Adam says. Jade slaps him on the head.
"JINX!" I shout and jump down off the top of the tower.
"STAR!" The wolf shouts. "THANK GOD ITS YOU!!!"
"What's up?" I ask. I hear everyone slide down after me into the rubble.
"Red just killed Treetop!" He shouts.
"WHAT!?" I shout.
"And set his house on fire!"
"I'm sorry this sounds. Very dramatic but who is Treetop?"
"Red is in the woods!" Star shouts. "That's all you need to know."
"LETS GO!" Marco grits his teeth and tightens his ninja band.
"C'mon I'll show you where she is!" Jinx runs away as we all follow.

POV MARCO
Why does that wolf have three eyes and why am I the only one fazed by it? Whatever, at least now we know where Red is.
"RED!" I scream.
"Looking for me?" Someone mocks. We flip around to see Red hanging upside down in a tree. I take out my bow and hear Jade ready her knives, Jason detach his scythe and Adam put in his brass knuckles. I can see Star start to glow.
"Don't worry I'm done with running." She jumps down and smiles. "And shape shifting, and mind control, and magic over all."
"WHAT!?" Star shouts. I shift my position, still ready to fight her.
"Yeah." Red nods.
"This is a turn of events." Jade stiffens. "What do we do?"
"We never did learn to fight a witch without powers." Adam admits.
"Luckily." I take of my bow and quiver and toss them on the ground. "I did."
"Take these." Adam tosses me his brass knuckles.
"Let's go Marco." Red laughs. "Just you and me. No Shadow Magic involved."
"I'm down with that." I get in my ready position. I charge her and go for the punch and she grabs my fist and throws me against a tree.
I shoot her a look as she shrugs and laughs, "What? I didn't use magic."
"C'mon Marco!" Star cheers.
"That's the real Star." I point to Star and glare at Red, "I know you manipulated me."
"Took you long enough." Red soars untitled he air and comes shooting down with a punch to the gut and I wobble backwards. She winks at me as she lands on a tree branch. I swing up onto the tree with ease and she pushes me off of it. I land on my back and then I feel her land in my rib cage. She must have soften her landing because it didn't feel like any of them were broken.
It still hurt a lot though. I stand up and she knees me right in the stomach and throws me against a tree. I watch as she lands and walks casually along another thick tree branch.
"Stop." I growl with a pant.
"What? It was only a few hits! Tell me you aren't as weak as I thought." She laughs and sits on the branch.
"I'm not!" I laugh. "C'mon down here and fight me like a normal person."
"Why? I'm not using magic!"
"Then let's go!" I mutter. "Get rid of me now."
"I had a better idea." She jumps off the tall branch.
"ME TOO!" I scream and I tuck and roll out of the way. She barely misses a tree and dives back at me.
"Man I was really counting on that tree." I mutter.
"MARCO!" Jason shouts. "BATTER UP!" And he launches me sword-bow at me. I catch it and as Red dives at my I swing it and hit her right through the face.
But all that happens is she turns to mist.
"No magic, huh?" Jade sneers. "What a liar."
"Yup." Adam takes the brass knuckles from me with a huff.
"Then where's the real Red?" Jason reaches back, just to ready his scythe.
"More importantly were is Star?" Jade questions.
"STAR!?" I panicky look everywhere.
"The real Red must have her."
"Yup." Jade nods. "Hey Marco wasn't there something on you?"
"Huh?" I look at her.
"Yeah I feel like you look different now."
"Same here." Adam agrees.
"What?" I ask.
"I don't know... I just can't tell."
"You guys are so stupid." Jason shakes his head, his eye rolling. "His headband is gone."
"GONE!?" I scream feeling my head.
"Wow. He really liked that Ninja Band." Adam laughs.
"You idiot!" I scream as I grab his shirt and hold him inches from my face. "That ninja band was the only thing keeping me from Red absolutely controlling me."
"Oh man we are all screwed then." Jade shakes her head. I drop Adam. I felt more angry then before. Pure rage was going through me.
I have to find Red. I have to kill her. She has done so many awful things. She had to pay.
"I have to go rescue Star." I say and I begin to run.
"Woah there ET." Jason grabs my shoulder. "You may not want to but you could end up being Red's slave instead of helping Star."
"That's putting it lightly." Adam sighs. "We were all trained against this. Marco on the other hand could murder an entire planet."
"Shut up!" I scream. "I know what could happen but I have to save Star. This was my goal... Not yours."
Grabbing my quiver, I leave them.
"Cya on the other side!" I wave without looking back and walk away.
"We should go follow him... Right?" I hear Jade ask.
"Oh yeah." Jason responds. But I pretend not to hear them. It would help to have some back up.
"Now..." I mutter as I enter the burning city. "Where are you hiding Red?"

POV STAR
I scream as shadow arms grab me.
"JUST DIE ALREADY!!!" Red screams at me as I fall to the ground. The dust from the broken streets is painful in my lungs.
"Never!" I scream a so get up. "I won't go as easily you want."
"Than you will fall hard!" She screams.
"I hope your happy with yourself." I snap, smiling. "The kingdom you spent a month on just fell in your hands."
"And I hope you're happy with yourself." I see her pull out a black band "Because of you Marco is walking right into a trap."
"Not if I kill you first!" I scream, glowing yellow like crazy.
"Please!" Black smoke rises from Red. "I'd like to see you try."
