POV STAR
"Marco PLEASE!" I cry. He has a portal open and has wrapped his arms around my chest like a huge bare hug. But it was way to tight to be a hug. Turning my head slightly, I stare into his eyes. They are burning yellow! I close my eyes and get ready for the pain.
And then I'm dropped. I gasp for air, my eyes flicker shut.
"Star-" Marco's voice cracks on pain. I look to see him on his hands and knees, the portal flickering away.
"Marco?" I walk over to see him fall over into his back. He open his eyes weakly
And they are brown.
"Marco!" I repeat as I hug him tightly.
"Star?" He says weakly. I look at him. "Where are we? What happened?"
"It's ok Marco. Your safe now." I grab him in a hug, and he lies limp in my eyes.
"I wouldn't say that!" Lily soars above us, casting a small shadow.
"Lily?" He chokes, opening his eyes weakly at her.
"Yes. It's me. Lily." She says sweetly and swoops down.
"Oh no you don't!" I cry. "Narwal blast!" I cry. She flys backwards, stopping herself in midair.
"Dad!" I call. "Take Marco back to Earth!" He nods and grabs Marco.
"Stop!" Red swoops down grabs my dad.
"Dad!" I grit my teeth. "Narwal NIGHTMARE!" Red moves out of the way an all my narwhals miss her.
"Ew." She says. Dropping my dad, she grabs me.
"Oh Star." She laughs. "You don't know what you got yourself into."

POV MARCO
"Star?" I struggle to say. My chest felt like it was going to collapse and my eyes feel swollen. My brain feels about as active as a rock.
"Marco!" A deep voice says. My head hurts just listening. I try to open my eyes but the light feels like it's drilling into my eyes with an actual drill.
"God?" I cough, my brain still feeling fuzzy.
"What? No! It's me! The king. Star's dad." My eyes can finally bare the light. I look to see a bearded man looking at me, a spear in his hand. I try to get up but my arms and legs begin to wiggle so I collapse under the pressure of my own body.
"Ow." I groan. "I'm i dead?"
"No! You're not dead. I am very much alive. And so are you."
"Where's Star?" The world goes blurry. I think I see... A squid? I blink and it's gone.
"STAR!" He panics.
"When Star's die they explod!" Lily laughs. I hear Star shriek an earsplitting scream. "This should be quite a light show." I look to see Lily holding Star high in the air.
"Lily?" I shout. She looks at me.
And drops Star.
"I got her!" The king leaps and grabs Star and keeps her from falling.
"Dad!" She smiles. "So good to see you." Her dad puts her down and throws his spear at Lily. Using a knife, she slices it in two. My head begins to pound.
"Magic beats a pointed tip every time King!" She laughs and does a circle in the air.
"That's MR king to you delinquent!" The king points at her and she sticks her tongue out.
"Star!" I cry. I feel weak. "Help. Me."
"Oh my laser puppies! Marco are you alright?" She runs over and kneels beside me, her arms on my back.
"Star..." I cough. "I feel-" someone grip my leg. I scream in pain.
"That's alright. Marco... Give into the evil." I can feel my body nearly explode in pain.
"Get away from him!" Star screams. She gets up, her healing touch going away.
The world slips away from my eyes.
