Chekov

It was a party. We were celebrating a successful mission, and to be honest, we had all gotten a little drunk. I've had a crush on Chekov since he helped me in the academy. He just didn't know it. You were both seventeen, and yes, it wasn't legal, but hey, when did a shot of vodka or two hurt. "Ok, ok. Kirk, truth or dare." Scotty asked. He was really drunk. "Dare." He replied. "I dare you, to go kiss Spock." Scotty said. His words were slurred with alcohol. "Spock, get your pointy eared head over here!" Kirk yelled. We all laughed at Spock's face when Kirk kissed him. "Captian, I do not believe we are in any relationship." Spock said. "Don't be so hard man!" Kirk said. It went on for a while, just the guys daring each other. "(Y/N), truth or dare." McCoy said. "Dare for life Bones." Bones smiled. "I dare you to go tell him you have a crush on 'em." Only I knew who Bones was talking about. I stepped over to Chekov. "Chekov, I've always liked you." Scotty was staring, mouth open, Sulu was just shocked, and Kirk was out cold. "Y'know (Y/N), I've like you since that day you knocked me into the fountain at the Academy." Chekov yelled. We laughed for a while before heading back to our rooms, drunk, loopy, and tired.

*Well look here. A timeskip.*

I woke up in my bed, still in my uniform. "How drunk did I get last night..." I asked. There was knocking on the door. "Yeesh. Can you knock any louder?" I said. Chekov was standing at the door. "Why are you here?" I asked. "I think I remember you saying something about me last night." He said, blushing. Oh. Shit. "Y-Yeah." I said, blushing myself. "Well, do you want to, go out sometime?" He asked. I practically died. His accent was so adorable! "Sure! When and where?" I asked. "Wow, you said yes!" He said. "How about tonight after shift, on the Observation desk." I nodded.

*I don't write short chapters (most of the time), so here's another timeskip.*

(Let's just pretend you work in engineering, ok?)

I ran through the engine room. I had what, maybe five minutes to get ready? I was still a bit hungover from the party, and working in engineering didn't help. I practically ran into Kirk. "Hey (Y/N), I was wondering if you could tell me why Spock's avoiding me?" I laughed. "It included Truth or Dare, Scotty, and a kiss. Oh, and Spock of course." I said before running off again. I looked through my clothes replicator. Uniform, Uniform, ah, a (Favorite Color) dress. It was mid thigh length, and loose, flowing, with sleeves with a slit at the shoulder. I slid white flats on, (Pretend you have long hair, plz.) and pulled my hair into a clean bun, and applied minimal makeup. I looked at the clock. 8:45. I was late. I practically flew through the ship, and got there just as Chekov was turning around to leave. "Wow." He said. He was wearing a nice, white button up shirt, and black pants. "(Y/N), you look absolutely, stunning." He was a red as a tomato. "You don't look so bad yourself, Chekov."
