Ok guys, I am going to be honest; I have no earthly idea how to write a Songfic BUT I will try my best, so please don't judge me tooo harshly ;) This was requested by Pokeharvest

The song is (obviously) "Doctor Jones" by Aqua (I'm kinda digging it)

You hummed as you folded the medical blankets and gowns while Bones sat in his office a few steps away. Thankfully, nothing noteworthy had happened for a while so the two of you were the only ones in the Med-Bay. You loved the comfortable silence between the two of you. Since your new position as his head assistant/nurse the both of you have been getting to know each other a bit more and as it turns out you get along "like cornbread and chili" as he put it.

This dang song was stuck in your head. You looked over your shoulder at Bones in his office, frowning as usual at some reports. Biting your lip, you went to one of the wall panels and had it pull up some old song records. You smiled when you had it play the song that was stuck in your head; "Doctor Jones".

You sang along with the song as you finished with your folding and was about to ask Bones if he needed anything else when you turned and walked right into him. "Human body." You looked up at him with a smirk. "Sorry there Doc, but you do smell good."

Bones only grunted as he looked up from the PADD in his hand. "Thanks but no time for sweet talking, Jim needs us, now." He set his PADD down and turned to leave but turned back to you, leaning in to whisper to you. "Oh, and you might want to turn that ridiculous music off. I would hate for some volatile species to hear it and attack us." He looks up at the ceiling speakers as if looking out for those 'volatile species'. "Maybe they should attack us, that is some terrible music."

You snorted as you smacked his arm, rolling your eyes. "Hey, it's not all that bad. Just give it a few plays and you'll love it." You winked then turned it off.

The two of you kept the conversation going as you walked the halls on your way to see the captain. You were laughing at something Bones said when you spotted Uhura rushing toward you. You placed a hand on Bones arm so he'd notice her. She breathed hard as she tried to catch her breath, pointing in the opposite direction.

"Hurry, go to the transporter room. The Captain already has everything ready for the away trip."

"Away trip? Jim didn't mention anything about an away trip! What about my equipment? Or supplies? Where are we even going?" Bones practically shouted. Your hand tightened on his arm in shock.

Your eyes grew wide and you looked at Uhura as of she grew a third arm. You opened your mouth to agree with the exasperated doctor, but Uhura grabbed your arm and dragged you off behind her, spouting off instruction and information on what was going on.

"We found a lone planet that was admitting a distress signal and lucky enough we needed to stop for engineering repairs. Now don't worry, it won't take long, so they say. They just need some medical attention and then you will be right back here." 

The three of you rush into the transporter room, Kirk looked up and came forward, clasping Bones on the arm. "Perfect Bones! It shouldn't take too long. Let us know if you need anything, we will keep a link open. Right Uhura?"

"Yes, sir." She nodded.

"But Jim, you don't even know what's going to be down there. It could be a trap for all you know!" Bones truly shouted this time. "IF we come back alive I am going to make your life a living Hell."

All Kirk did was laugh. "Not any more than you already do. Now get down there and be a good samaritan for once."

You stood in shock as you did as you were told, standing on the transporter pad holding random supplies. You turn to Bones next to you, your face contorted in worry. "We are going without a security team? Will we be alright?" You hoped your voice didn't show as much emotion as you felt.

But apparently, you did. Bones turned to you with kind eyes and was about say something when the scenery changed and you were suddenly met with purple tinted rocks, yellow-leafed trees, and very cold wind. You shivered as you pulled wrapped your arms around yourself. You laughed when you heard Bones let out a string of choice words.

"And of course they don't give us a heads up about the damn weather." He looked over at you shivering. "Come on, we aren't far from the signal." Bones reached over to pull you closer, holding you to his side in hopes of shielding you from the bone chilling wind.

You spot a small alcove and an entry to a cave, a small glow of a fire visible as the sky started to darken. A lone figure stood close to the cave entrence no more than five feet tall and had pale green skin. It spotted the two of you and rushed over, giving you what you assumed was a sign of welcome. Or at least that's what you hoped it was.

"Greetings! Come this way. It will take only a moment."

Bones looked at you with an expression that said what you felt. I really hope this isn't a trap. You grasped his arm as the both of you were brought into the warmth of the cave. You let out a sigh as you felt your limbs thawing and your nose and ears come back to life. The creature that welcomed you guys in then showed to you a small path farther in the cave. You instantly didn't like the look of that.

"Come! You must be quick. You may warm yourselves later."

You nodded as was about to step forward when Bones grasped your arm gently, pulling you back for him to whisper something to you. "Stay behind me. I have a bad feeling about this."

You nodded again, not trusting your voice at the moment. You followed close behind the southern doctor, looking around you in case you needed to find an exit and fast. Suddenly, You heard something behind you, like something skittering. You checked but nothing was there. You turned back around to continue on but Bones was nowhere to be found.

"Oh sh-" you were about to exclaim but instead you were knocked out cold from behind.

Leonard felt something off. He turned his head just enough to get a glimpse of you but when he saw you weren't there he stopped walking. Without raising alarm to his mysterious guide he searched back the way he came, looking frantically for you. That's when he spotted a few of those creatures carrying what looked like a large sack of potatoes. His heart started to pound when it dawned on him that that sack of potatoes could be you.

He was about to race after you but what seemed to be an invisible barrier stopped him. A creature came up behind him and caught him on the arm causing Leonard to turn around and recoil. The creature grinned menacingly.

"You will come with us now. It will not take long. Cooperate and your mate will live."

"You drive a hard bargain but it's not like you are giving me much of a choice." He rolled his eyes and nodded his head. "My all means lead the way."

Leonard was lead to a large pocket in the cave that expanded outward, water dripping from stalactites in to pools of deep green water. It was considerably warmer here and smelled of campfires and copper.

"Come, you are needed here." The creature lead him to a small hut like house where he heard distinct sounds of a woman in labor.

Leonard quickly pressed the creature to the outside of the hut, choking him as he tried to wriggle out from under his arm. "You had better keep your promise, pal. We are willing to help you with anything you need without you taking my friend."

The creature tried to talk to Leonard let him go. He rubbed his neck and laughed. "I'm sorry doctor, but we do not allow mates to be together despite what you may call her. She is with the other females." And with that he entered the hut.

Leonard wasn't given time to process what he meant due to the sounds of the woman inside so he went in, making a plan to get out with you as soon as possible.

You let out a cry of pain as you were hit again, this time on the back. You weren't sure how long you were held for but long enough for their strikes to become welts now. You staggered but continued to stand, refusing to fall.

You had no idea what was going on, all you knew was that they hated women and they wanted nothing to do with your technological tools. So you kept your communicator on you and hidden, a plan quickly forming along with your new welt.

You turned to look at the other women around you, disgusted by how they looked and were sure they were shown worse treatment. That's it. Bones will just have to leave them in whatever state of help they will be in when your plan goes into action. You waited until the male creatures were farther away before you turned and opened your communicator, giving no time for the person receiving to say anything.

"Don't say a word. I need you to set up a distraction. Play a music file extremely loudly but only when I say the phrase "it would be a shame if something were to happen". I trust to got that. Stand by."

You put your communicator on the ground, still open and transmitting. You turned to the woman next to you and started telling her your plan. She seemed hesitant but willing to help, whispering to the woman next to her and so on. After not too long you had the whole block of woman around you ready to rush out the moment the male guards were back.

Just when you predicted, two of them came in, laughing at something. You stood your ground as they came face to face with you, sneering. You just smiled.

"What are you smiling about you wench?!"

You shrugged. "It would be a shame if something were to happen."

Without missing a beat a song blared alive scaring the wits out of the guards. Your smile grew as watched as the females ran out screaming. You punched and kicked the two guards while they were in shock and then you followed the crowd.

Leonard had just finished with the birth and was about to go search for you but the sudden sound of music blaring caused him to quit planning and act. He rushed out of the hut to find hordes of female creatures fighting back small groups of men. He wildly looked for you, hope replacing his worry.

You suddenly end up in a large open area full of hut like homes. You searched frantically for Bones, yelling his name, but the music was so loud and echoed off the walls that your voice was lost. Suddenly you spotted the southern man but before you could take two steps toward him you were attacked from behind.

You couldn't help but think how fitting it was to be attacked while the song "Doctor Jones" played all around you. You gasped as you fought back but he clipped you in the ribs causing you to double over. You cringed, ready for the next blow but it was stopped by the strong arms of your own doctor.

Leonard disposed of the male creature quickly then turned to you, picking you up off the ground. Without so much as a second thought he raced out of the cave calling for the Enterprise to stand by.

You smiled up at him as you started to feel your body grow heavy with fatigue. "Would you look at that, Doctor Bones, you came and saved me."

He rolled his eyes and grunted. "Only because volatile aliens heard your damn song and you conducted a prison break."

You laughed, or at least tried to but you ended up coughing instead, blood dripping from a wound on your head. Leonard held you closer once the two of you burst out into the dark cold night. He called for the Enterprise to pick the you guys up. As you waited he looked down at you with worried eyes.

"If I hear you sing that song one more time after this I won't save you next time you need saving."

He sounded mad but his eyes told a different story. You nodded and gave him a small smile as you reached up to wrap your arms around his neck, mumbling into his chest. "Doctor Bones, Doctor Bones..."

You expected a growl from him but instead you felt a kiss on your forehead right before the scenery changed to the inside of the Enterprise and you were out cold.

Ahhh!!! So maybe I didn't do this right but I kinda liked how it turned out. Haha. Sorry it's a wee bit long but I just HAD to finish it right. Sorry for the late update, I'm a tiny bit sick today but I'll have more for you! Y'all know what to do, kisses!
