"Hikaru, this place smells very outside ish." You observe, walking outside with your boyfriend.

Hikaru laughed at your statement, keeping his hands over your eyes. "I'd be a bit worried if it didn't. Anyway, here we are."

You opened your eyes to see a garden of plants. Of course. You're boyfriend was the worlds biggest plant enthusiast, yet he was a starship pilot. "Wow, this is interesting." You mumble, walking to the middle of the garden.

Many of the plants were very strange, all different colors. Only a couple had flowers and they didn't look friendly. One plant was covered in blue thorns, but the stem was orange. Cautiously, you sat down on the grass, normal grass thank god. Hikaru sat beside you, a wide grin on his face. "Do you like it?" He asked, holding your hand.

"Yeah, it's cool. Kinda freaky, but cool." You answer, keeping a close eye on this one plant. "I think that ones watching me..." You whisper, quickly pointing at an all green one. There was a flower in that one and it was green too.

"It's not watching you, if any plant would it's that one." Hikaru said laughing. He pointed at the orange and blue one, trying to be funny, but your eyes widened.

"Really?" You whisper, glancing between him and the plant. Smiling, he shook his head.

"No, I'm just messing you. They are all alive, but they can't watch you." Hikaru said, reassuring your safety.

"Okay.... But I still think that one's watching me..." You say, pointing at the all green plant again. Hikaru just kept laughing, which only made you laugh.

"I brought you here for a special reason. Stand up." Hikaru said, holding your hands as you stood up. He walked you over to an arch that was hidden in the back. Beautiful flowers decorated the arch, making it look bright and amazing.

"Hikaru, these flowers are gorgeous." You say, staring up at them.

"That's why I picked them." Hikaru told you, standing under the arch. He held you hands and got down on one knee. "I thought this would be a good time and place to ask, Y/N will you marry me?"

"Yes." You mutter stunned. "Yes."
Hikaru lit up and pulled you into a hug.

"Perfect. Perfect. Perfect." He mumbled, swaying back and forth as he held you. You were still too stunned to do too much.

"Hikaru, wow." You utter, still astounded by what just happened. He proposed, in a romantic way. Unlike any way you would've thought of.
