Chekov ((Chapter 150))

**another super sad one. *evil laugh* It's also short
And why I chose this for the 150th chapter is beyond me but oh well.**

Sometimes medical professionals aren't correct. Sometimes something can be much worse than originally thought and that can cost the person their life.

Pavel Chekov was one of those unlucky people. He's had pain in his stomach and side for a long long time, visited the sickbay many times because of it. "Doing okay, Pasha?" You ask, coming into his quarters one day. When you got no reply, panic began to set in as to what had happened to him. You found him on a kitchen chair, a washcloth covering half his face, his arms wrapped tight around his stomach.

"Sickbay...." He uttered, standing up but collapsing straight to the ground. You ran over, dropping to your knees at his side. You set his head in your lap as you called sickbay, running your hands through his curly hair.

Blood started to drip from his mouth and you got extremely worried. Luckily, McCoy showed up and they got him onto a stretcher and down to sickbay. You paced for a long time while they did tests and exams; Kirk and Sulu came down and stayed by you.

McCoy slowly walked out of the exam room and took you in his arms. He held you close and rubbed your back, eventually moving away, tears floating in his eyes. "There's nothing we can do but keep him comfortable. He will only have a few minutes, so if you want to say anything, now's the time. He's unconscious but he can hear."

"Okay...." You mutter, wiping tears from your eyes. You walked in and sat beside his bed, taking his hand into yours. "I love you Pasha." You mutter, kissing his forehead for a long time and running your hand through his soft curly hair. Tears poured from your face and you choked on sobs the instant that heart monitor stopped. Paval was gone.

Describing the feeling of losing a human being you cared for is indescribable. It's an unbelievable though to process the knowing of never seeing them again, not the same way anyway. It was almost impossible to accept, but you had to learn to make peace. Pavel would've wanted that.

So I wrote this because of what happened recently in my life and that last paragraph was sorta me expressing true feeling so yeah....
