Camping on another planet can be fun. You and you're boyfriend Pavel were going to be on this planet with some of the other crew. Kirk, Uhura, McCoy, and Scotty. Everyone else had to remain on the Enterprise to work. It was just a vacation for those who hadn't taken time in a while to have fun.

"Fishing!" Kirk yelled, grabbing a fishing pole and walking down to a lake. The fish were similar to those on Earth, but they were different. The Captain was going to fish by himself, seeing as no one else really cared enough to try.

"We know!" You all yell back simultaneously. It's all Kirk had been able to talk about was how he was going to go fishing. He was going to catch a giant fish or drown trying. It was his legacy to prove his mastery at fishing before his crew.

"Well then.." Jim muttered, taking his gear to the lake. He walked out on the dock and sat at the edge of the wood. He baited the hook and cast the line as far as he could. The water slowly licked on the shore, waves but not too strong. Almost no "white water" or "white waves."

"How's the fishing going Perfect Hair?!" Scotty yelled down to him from the beach. You were sitting next to Pavel, your hand in his. Both of you were in swim suits, he was shirtless. You'd never seen him shirtless and looking so good, not that he didn't always look good shirtless. This particular time his hair was a mix of straight and curly, sunglasses on his face. Some sand was in his hair and some clung his chest. His appearance made you just want to kiss him for eternity, but you had to restrain being with people.

"Slow!" Kirk yelled back. He was also shirtless, the Sun eventually getting to him. He hadn't caught anything yet today, only baked in the Sun trying to. He also had sunglasses on, but you could tell he was rolling his eyes at the fish.

"Just don't get hurt and I'm good!" McCoy yelled to him, not even opening one eye. Like the other men, except Scotty, he was shirtless and tanning on the sand. "If he gets hurt so help me I'll kill him.."

"Calm down there McCoy, this is supposed to be relaxing." Uhura said, laughing. Kirk suddenly jumped up and started reeling up something.

"I got it! I got it!" He yelled, almost finished reeling in the fish. A wide grin was on his face, his muscles flexed under the weight of whatever fish he caught. Just as Kirk was about to reel it up and onto the dock, his face dropped. "Uh oh.." He managed to mutter before the fish pulled him off the dock by the line. He let go of the pole and dropped into the water, resurfacing seconds later and dragging himself onto the dock.

You and Pavel got up and ran to the edge of the dock to make sure he was alright. "That fish can go swim back to the deep dark hole it came from." Kirk growled, running his hands through his sopping wet hair.

"You okay sir?" Pavel asked, grabbing a towel from a bag and tossing it to him. Kirk nodded and sighed.

"So close. So close to getting one." He muttered, walking down the dock to the beach. You and Pavel glanced at each other, shrugged, and followed.

"What happened to the fish dinner, Perfect Hair?" Scotty teased later that night. Every since that one incident on the Enterprise, it had become Kirk's permanent nickname.

"Scotty." Jim warned, already getting annoyed. Scotty just laughed and went back to whatever it was he was doing.

"At least we didn't tease him." Pavel told you, smiling. You smiled back and held his hand again.

"You like really good earlier." You say, kissing his cheek.

"Really? I was shirtless- oh never mind." Pavel laughed, realizing what you meant. He kissed you quickly, a bit afraid to kiss you for longer with the others around.

"Yes. You + shirtless = perfect." You say, kissing him for a longer amount of time.

"Now that is math I truly understand. Even though I get a lot of other math." Pavel attempted to flirt, but failed. You still laughed and kisses him again, ending the day with kissing.
