Chekov walked down the hall towards his quarters. This was the first time in weeks he was nervous. He was gonna ask you out and he was truly scared of your answer.

He had spent weeks planing it out. He would ask you to the medbay for and appointment claiming he we shadowing Bones. Then he would say that you were sick and that you could only be cured by going on a date with him. Pure genius.

You walked sniffling into your quarters. You felt so gross. You had called down to the medbay hours ago. Kirk had let you off for sick leave. He was afraid you would contaminate the bridge.

Finally your PADD beeped. You were finally getting called down to the medbay! By Chekov? Who was shadowing Bones? What? Chekov a nurse? (*cew above picture that I made!*) What ever you needed a doctor.

You were only in pjs but you didn't care. You were to tired to even think so you just grabbed a blanket from off your couch, put on your slippers an made your way down to the medbay.

You think you got lost a couple of time but honestly you didn't notice, finally you wandered into the medbay probably looking like crap. One of the nearby nurses led you over to a table and Chekov wandered up looking seriously concerned.

"It's not as bad as it looks...." You said looking at him.

He reached down and felt your head. "(Y/N)! You have a serious fever!" He cried.

"I know," you said "that's why I called down here earlier."

Chekov looked over at Bones and was giving him the evil eye. Chekov thought for a min and then looked back at you this might be the only chance he gets to ask you out. If not for tonight the maybe for another night.

"(Y/N) this may not be the best time to tell you this but..... I'm not actually a nurse..I-I set this all you so I could ask you out." He said.

"You still can." You said smiling up at him. You have had a crush on him for a while.

"Ok.." he mumbled "I can do zat...." He took at deep breath and looked into your eyes. "Will you go out with me?"

"Will there be night quill?" You asked trying to laugh but it kinda hurt.

"Yes. Yes. Of course what ever you need." He said smiling.

"Great! Then it's a date." You said

"Ë-Moë!" He shouted excited and started to run off.

"Chekov?!" You called after the bitty Russian. He looked back at you. "Not that you haven't been a wonderful help but could you get Bones now it's getting harder to breath."

"Yes!" He said and hurried of to get the grumpy doctor.....but not before kissing you on the head ;-).
