I let out a sigh as I walked through the ship and looked for my commanding officer and my best friend.

"Captain Kirk, have you seen Spock?" I asked the blonde haired idiot.

"His quarters, said he was sick." He said with a frown.

"Thank you." I said as I turned and walked back towards Spock's quarters.

I unlocked the door and walked in to see Spock curled up into a ball on the bed.

"Spock what's wrong?" I asked as I walked towards him.

"Don't come near me!" He yelled.

I froze and felt my eyes go wide as he snapped at me. Never in the time I've known him has he ever yelled at me.

"Spock? What's wrong?"

"Please.... t'hy'la stay back." He whispered.

"Spock you are scaring me.... why can't you just tell me what's wrong?" I asked as I walked up to him.

"I... I won't be able to control myself if you come any closer."

"Alright.... I'll leave." I said as I turned to walk away.

"No.. please I."

"Spock you know you can tell me anything."

"Pon Farr."

I felt my mouth shape into an o and then I felt a blush appear on my face. Spock had told me about Pon Farr during the start of our friendship.

"So.... you... um... you have to have sex." I said as I cleared my throat.

"It.... it isn't as simple as that." He said softly.

"What do you mean?"

"I.... I have to mate with someone... take a wife."

"Oh.... well I'm sure Uhura would be happy to-"

"I don't want Uhura!" He snapped.

"Then who do you want?"

He set up and I saw sweet pouring down his face. His eyes had bags under them. I let out a gasp and rushed to get a wash rag. I made it to his side and gently placed it to his face. He quickly grabbed my hand and met my eyes.

"Spock-"

I was cut off by him leaning up and pressing his lips against mine. I let out a gasp as he pulled me onto the bed with him.

Timeskip

When I next woke up I was sore all over and I was alone in bed. I let out a sigh as I set up and looked around. I frowned as I saw Spock with his head in his hands. I slowly wrapped the blanket around me and walked towards him.

"Spock." I said softly.

He looked up at me and I let out a gasp as I saw tears streaming down his face.

"I'm sorry.... I am so sorry." He said as I pulled him into a hug.

His head laid on my stomach and I gently ran my fingers through his hair.

"I never meant to force myself onto you... I'm sorry... please forgive me." He begged.

"Nothing to forgive... and I didn't try to stop you if you realized."

"I just.... I couldn't stop myself... I've wanted to be with you for so long and the Pon Farr-"

"Stop, Spock you have nothing to apologize for.... I love you and I would never hate you."

"You love me." He said in a whisper.

I nodded my head and I sent him a smile. I leaned down and gently kissed him.

"I love you, too." He whispered against my lips.

I smiled as he pulled me onto his lap and hurried his head into my shoulder as I hugged him.
