You was standing in the doorway of your bedroom of your shared quarters with Captain James T. Kirk. You and Kirk has been going out for a couple of months now. But the last few weeks, Kirk has been acting weird and distant from you and now you knew why. You walked into your shared bedroom after working hard hours at Med Bay to see Kirk and a girl in your bed. Tears filled your eyes but it wasn't going to stop you from yelling at Kirk and breaking up with him.

Your anger was out of control and when you was mad, no one won. You slammed the door waking the two sleeping cheating people up. They both looked confused but soon Kirk was pale white as he saw your firey hair, sharp teeth, and red eyes. You also was growing bigger. Your species were called Uhogebak and your planet is called Firahed. You left to join Starfleet and see the other planets and help heal people. You liked your work with Bones, it felt good to help people feel better.

Your powers are when mad: hair and hands on fire, red eyes, sharp teeth, and can get as tall as the ceiling with flames all around you, when not mad: you have this healing power, which is why you started working at Med Bay on The Enterprise for the past six months with Bones. You thought that Kirk changed his ways of being a womanizer but as you starred at him and the girl he slept with while you was trying working through a major medical breakthrough with Bones.

You don't want to listen to Bones when he told you that even if Kirk was Bones' best friend, he would ended up breaking your heart. You don't want to believe him, but here was the evidence right in front of your face. You had to get out of here before you killed Kirk and the girl.

"I WANT YOU TWO OUT OF THIS ROOM BY THE TIME I GOT BACK," you yelled," THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN SAY TO CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT BREAKING UP WITH YOU, KIRK."

You turned to leave when you heard Kirk say,"(Y/N), please...."

"No, you should be lucky I'm not killing you right now," you said," You should have thought about how this was going to affect our relationship when she was in bed with you for who knows how long."

Kirk tried to pull you back but you turned as your flames would off. You looked him in the eyes.

"Baby, we can fix this," Kirk said.

"You break something inside of me and there's nothing you can do to fix it," you explained," I'm going to find someone who won't break my heart and treats me better than you."

You left and when back to Med Bay to throw yourself into your work. It always distracted you from any problem that was happening in your life. It always calmed you down. But the more you thought of the image of Kirk and the girl in bed, it had made you heat up the sample you was working on. You put down the sample, thinking you ruin it.

"What the hell are you doing?" Bones yelled," You've destroyed the sample."

The machine was testing your sample as you turned your firey body towards Bones. You was mad and couldn't believe that Bones was right about Kirk. You should have chosen Bones when they both wanted to be with you. But being stupid into thinking you could change Kirk, you choose the wrong guy.

"I DON'T NEED YOU TELLING ME THAT," you yelled, red eyes and teeth showing," I DON'T NEED YOU THAT I FUCK SOMETHING ELSE IN MY LIFE ONCE AGAIN."

"What, calm down, (Y/N)," Bones said.

"DON'T TELL ME TO CLAM DOWN," you screamed," Not when I'm broken hearted."

You was on the floor crying and your angry slowly going away as Bones hugged you. You cried into Bones chest as he smoothed out your hair. Bones always knew how to clam you down.

"I gave Kirk some much of my heart, I should have listened to you," you told him, looking at him.

"You thought you was changing Kirk, but I still want to be with you, (Y/N)," Bones said.

"You did?" you asked.

"Yes, will you be my girlfriend?" Bones asked.

You smiled and Bones kissed you. You enjoyed his soft lips on yours. His lips may have been soft, but his kisses made you feel things that no guys has ever made you feel.

"What the hell is going on here?" someone asked.

You two pulled away and saw Kirk standing there with your favorite flowers. You don't feel anything towards Kirk anymore. When someone breaks your species' hearts then you block all romantic feelings for them. It was a curse sometimes, but it was a way of being a stronger species and person. And right now, all you felt was compassion for Bones. He was always there for you during all of your angry outbursts these past couple of months and helped keeping your powers under control. You realized that Bones' had your heart now.

"Are you two together now?" Kirk asked.

"What do you care?" you asked," YOU'VE BEEN CHEATING ON ME, I WARNED YOU ABOUT BREAKING MY HEART AND YOU DIDN'T LISTEN, NOW I FEEL NOTHING FOR YOU."

Your firey body was back. Kirk made you so mad.

"Fine," Kirk said," But know that I'll reject this for the rest of my life.".

Your firey body was gone and Bones holds you from behind.

"Remind me to never make you mad," Bones said.

"I did feel bad about destroying the sample we were working on," you replied.

"Sample 2364, solvent curable. Sample ready for solving any deadly diseases on Earth," said the computer," Will be able to make someone

"What?" you asked," Is that true, Bones.

Bones was typing on the computer and said," Yes, when you heated up that sample, you accidentally find the cure we was looking for."

Bones hugged you and spin you around. You laughed. Bones put you down and gave you a peck on the lips.

"You just seem to always amaze me everyday," Bones said.

You blushed.

"I want to take you to dinner to celebrate," Bones, holding out his elbow.

Shouldn't we tell Spock or Kirk what we find?" you asked, grabbing his arm.

"I told them both because of the heart break Kirk caused you was able to generate enough heat to get the sample working for the greater good," Bones explained," You must be hungry."

Just as you was going to say you was your stomach growled.

"I'll take that as as yes," Bones said, walking into the lift.

You and Bones celebrated with dinner and talk for hours. You was glad that you had Bones now. He made you feel happy everyday.
