Alika POV

"Spock it will be fine." I said kissing his cheek.

"Alika my parents are going to be on this ship. I haven't spoken to them in four years." He said sitting down.

"Spock kiss me." I said glaring at him.

He looked at me shocked before getting up and kissing me.

"I love you. You idiot and no matter what I am here." I said pecking his lips.

I helped him get dressed and then he left to meet up with Kirk and Bones.

"Kirk to Lt. Roy report in." I heard the Captain say over the com.

"Lt. Roy here." I said opening my communicator.

"Lt. Roy I need you to help greet the Vulcan ambassador." The Captain said.

"Yes sir I will meet you there at once." I said.

I got dressed into my clothing and met up with Bones and Spock at the docking chamber.

"How does that Vulcan salute go?" Bones asked Spock.

"That hurts worse than the uniform." Bones said.

"Captain James Kirk." The Captain said as Sarek came up to him.

"Captain." Sarek said giving him the Vulcan salute.

"My first officer Commander Spock." The captain said standing in front of Spock.

"Vulcan honors us with your presence we come to serve." Spock said saluting his father.

"Your service honors us Captain." Sarek said not looking at Spock.

"Thank you." Kirk said. "Chief medical officer Dr. McCoy."

"Ambassador." Bones said.

"Doctor." Sarek said saluting him.

"And finally the beautiful Lt. Alika Roy."Kirk said smiling at me.

"It is a honor to meet you Ambassador Sarek." I said giving him a Vulcan salute.

"The honor is mine Lieutenant Alika." He said saluting me.

The Captain and him made it through the door and then stopped.

"My aides and she who is my wife." Sarek said making a Vulcan kiss sign.

Amanda came up taking his hand and said, "Captain Kirk."

"Our pleasure, madam." Kirk said smiling at her.

"Soon as you're settled, I'll arrange a tour of the ship. Mr. Spock will conduct you." Kirk said looking at Spock.

"I prefer another guide Captain" Sarek said.

"As you wish, Ambassador. Mr. Spock, we'll leave orbit in two hours. Would you care to beam down and visit your parents?" He said looking at Spock.

"Captain, Ambassador Sarek and his wife are my parents." Spock said looking down to the ground.
