Over and over the same broken and staticky lullaby repeated as different scenes flashed in from of my eyes, but it was strange like I was seeing someone else's point of view. I saw myself multiple times, cowering corners, looking up sadly at... well myself, and so many more. Some scared me, me looking over at myself strapped to a table as whoever's eyes I was looking through whispered comforting things. In every scene I was crying, both of... well me. All while the broken lullaby was repeated.

All at once it stopped, apart from the lullaby playing in the background, and it was replaced by one scene.

I was hugging myself, or whoever's memories I was seeing was, whispering gentle things. "Are they going to kill us?" The me I was holding whispered.

"I don't know. But it's going to be alright, its more likely going to be me and if it does we both know that you'll be safe."

"But you won't." I sobbed, burying my head into the other persons shirt.

"But you will. You'll be able to forfill what I could not." I raised my hand and stroked the sobbing me's white hair. This was really confusing me. "Just remember---"

The end of the sentence was cut off by a buzzing sound, like an interference with a TV signal, and everything started flashing different memories. I couldn't focus on one long enough before it changed.

But right at the end I was able to make out one detail amount the blur. I was staring into a pair of silver eyes, the person smiled and nodded three words escaped from her lips, "you're doing well." So quite that a breeze would be able to blow them away if there was one.

Then everything faded to black.

When I reopened my eyes I was back in the Pixie temple, sleeping on the floor in a spare sleeping bag leant to me by Amy. A small fire burned brightly in the middle of the circle we had arraigned ourselves in. Shiver was curled up next to me as were Amy's Leafeon, Moss, sleeping next to his trainer and Alyssa's Espeon she had named Gleam, was sleeping at the end of Alyssa's sleeping bag.

The temple apparently only gave off light in the day, matching how high the sun was in the sky. But at night complex patterns seemed to glow from the walls. Amy said they tell a story but I don't yet see what she meant, all I see are lines and swirls crisscrossing over and over.

I unzipped my sleeping bag and sat up, rubbing my eyes as if to rub away the fading memories. I couldn't remember any of the flashing ones, not one detail from them. All I could remember was the conversation from someone's point of view. I was without a doubt that we were both... kidnapped... but the same people I keep seeing in my flashbacks.

One line stuck more than the others, "Are they going to kill us?" the fear my voice held when saying those words match the feeling I'd felt when having my previous flashbacks... So someone else was with me, but why was it from another's point if view? And who did I see at the end.

Silver eyes...

Maybe, possibly it could have been Alice... Everyone else said Alice had silver eyes. But what did she mean? What am I doing well? I haven't done anything yet.

~Couldn't sleep?~

Jumping slightly, I looked up to see Alyssa and Amy's Pixies hovering nearby. I shook my head. "I had a dream and it was like seeing a lot different memories playing over and over. They were flashing so fast I couldn't make any out apart from one which played slower and a little bit of another one right at the end."

~Our dream reading isn't as great as Dream herself's but we can give it a try if you would like to talk about it.~ Life smiled.

I nodded slowly. "There was like a lullaby repeating over and over, but I couldn't make out most the words. At the same time there were images flashing before my eyes. But I could tell they, or at least some of them, weren't what I was seeing but someone else's because I could see myself. Then the flashing stopped and was replaced by one memory that again wasn't mine. There was me and someone else, buy the voice I'm pretty sure it was female. We were both in what looked like a cell and we were talking about someone that might want to kill us both." My frown deepened as I went over the finer details in my head.

Joy and Life looked at each other. ~It sounds a bit like your other memories. It doesn't give much other than there were two people that your kidnappers were after... What was the other one hun?~

"It was only brief, all I could make out were a pair of silver eyes and a voice saying, 'you're doing well.'... Do you know what it means?" I whispered hopefully.

~Other than Alice is the only girl I've meant with silver eyes, no.~ Life shook her head.

"So it's possible that I knew Alice then?" I questioned hopefully.

~I think everyone has guessed that already. After all you have her Glaceon.~ Joy giggled.

I glanced over at Shiver who was sleeping peacefully. "So Shiver is Alice's?"

Joy nodded. ~The way she acts around Shadow is unmistakable. Why she's here though is beyond me... She never leaves Alice's side...~ She giggled before her tone turned serious. ~Not willingly anyway.~

"So it's still possible that I'm Alice...?"

Joy nodded. ~Those dreams of yours were strange but as we said, Dream is the expert at dream reading.~ She looked up at dreams glowing orb. ~Be sure to ask her when she's stronger...~

I gave a nod, remembering when Dream visited me in my dream. Would she do it again?
