"Alright! Let's kick some Dark Order butt!" Aasha cheered as they neared their landing zone.

"Calm down, my young padawan. You mustn't get ahead of yourself," the blue-skinned Jedi next to her commands, her pale red eyes locked ahead of her. "This is a dangerous mission. You are not to engage their leader."

"Wait, Darth Muutus is here?" Aasha asked, shocked. The dark force user in training is rarely ever seen in battles.

"Yes. Do you promise me you will not engage him alone?" Her master asked.

"But Master Souva I am capable enough to take him!" She exclaimed.

"The answer is still no, Aasha!" Souva snapped, her blue and silver braid flinging around as she jerked her head to face her padawan. Her pure red eyes may not work, but her unseeing glare was very unnerving.

She didn't want to be stuck fighting droids. Those things are boring. Probably the only thing entertaining about them was her competition with the other padawans over who could destroy the most droids before completing their training. Aasha was winning on 3581, but Nahlar was quickly gaining on her.

The ship's speed began to slow until they came to a halt with a slight bump as the ship made contact with the planet's surface.

Hands prepared to grab their lightsabers, the two Jedi and their small army exited the ship.

They hadn't gotten far before gunshots echoed through the trees. Red lasers reined down on them and the two Jedi activated their weapons.

Stormtroopers and droids began flooding into the clearing, rapidly firing at them.

Aasha deflected the lasers with her indigo blade, killing troopers and destroying droids.

'7... 8...9...10...' she counted in her head as the metal bodies fell to the ground in pieces.

As she fought, the shadow of a person dashing through the trees caught her attention.

Darth Muutus.

Making sure the sound of her footsteps was unable to be heard by Souva over the battle, Aasha dashed into the forest after him.

She followed the dark figure into a clearing where his platinum blonde locks were illuminated by the sunlight as he stopped to catch his breath.

"Boo," Aasha taunted as she drew nearer, lightsaber poised to strike.

Muutus snapped his head around and activated his own weapon, the red glow illuminating the nearby grass.

"Hello Jedi," he said, a devious smirk spreading across his pale face, red eyes sparkling with malice. "I don't believe we've met before. What's your name?"

"Drop the pleasantries, Muutus, let's get on with this before my master finds me," Aasha countered.

"Your master? Are you only a widdle padawan?" His teasing voice sounded almost as if he were talking to a child.

"Not for much longer," Aasha smiled, pride showing on her face because of her advanced skill.

Muutus smiled.

"Yes." He paused. "Because I will relieve you of your life!" Muutus rushed forward, aiming with his saber for Aasha's head.

Aasha swished her blade upwards, countering his strike. Muutus attacked again but Aasha blocked it once more.

He began constantly attacking her with aggressive strikes, but Aasha continued to block him. She let out a fake yawn.

"What? You getting bored, padawan?" Muutus asked.

"Yes, very much so," Aasha smiled, blocking another strike. "Your repetitive attacks are getting predictable and, of course, boring!"

"You think you're so much better than me," Muutus scoffed.

"Oh, I don't think. I know."

Muutus growled and stabbed at her again. Aasha blocked the blade and twisted it, pushing the weapon from Muutus's hand. She held the blade to his neck.

Aasha smiled triumphantly, her blue eyes glowing with pride.

Muutus met her gaze. Something in the girl's eyes made his stomach flip. She was- beautiful. The way her ruffled midnight hair framed her light face. The way her oceanic eyes threatened to pull him into their depths. The way her triumphant smile illuminated the world around her. It was breathtaking.

"Aasha!"

Souva's voice cut the two out of their thoughts.

"I guess she noticed I left," Aasha said.

Darth Muutus took the opportunity of her distraction to flee into the woods, collecting his lightsaber on the way. Aasha cursed as she helplessly watched him disappear.

"Aasha! Where have you been?!" Souva's stern voice caused Aasha to cringe. She slowly turned to face her master.

"Fighting Darth Muutus..." she replied timidly.

"WHAT?! I thought I told you not to!" Souva snapped.

"And I told you I could beat him and I did! I had him at my mercy! If you hadn't burst in and broke my concentration, I'd still have him!" Aasha countered angrily.

Souva let out an exasperated sigh.

"Aasha, we will talk more about this later."

"Yes, master," Aasha replied in a defeated voice and followed her master back to their ship.

Muutus watched from the branches of a nearby tree.

"Aasha..." he smiled.
