Third POV

1 Year Later

The week went by quickly and it was now Saturday. Tomorrow Maya and Nick would be starting the Police Academy which will prevent Maya and Ziggy from spending time with each other was. So, Maya decided to surprise Ziggy by taking her to the Carnival. Maya invited Cindy and Nick to come with them but both denied because she and Nick wanted Maya and Ziggy to spend time together since Maya wouldn't be able to spend much time with Ziggy once she starts the Police Academy.

Cindy approach Ziggy bed and gently shook Ziggy, "Zig, it's time for breakfast. Maya is coming soon to pick you up." Cindy said as Ziggy opened her eyes and sees Cindy beside her.

Once Ziggy realizes that Cindy said Maya is coming soon, she jumps out of bed and heads to the bathroom and started getting ready. Cindy chuckled at the sight and walked out of the room. Getting breakfast ready for her and Ziggy. As Cindy was done making breakfast, she heard the doorbell ring. Cindy turned off the stove and went to open the door and is greeted by Maya.

"Good morning, Cindy. Is Ziggy ready so we can head out?" Maya asked as Cindy steps aside to let Maya inside, "No, she's still getting ready. Here, I just finished making breakfast eat while you wait for Ziggy." Cindy replied as she served Maya breakfast. "Thanks, Cindy." Maya replied smiling.

"So, Ziggy doesn't know that you plan on taking her to the Carnival?" Cindy curiosity asked. Maya smirked, "No, I just told her that today is going to be a fun day" Maya answered. "Well, I hope you two have a wonderful time, and good luck tomorrow in your first day at the Academy."

Maya smiled and the two ate their breakfast. After five minutes passed by. Cindy smiled when she noticed Ziggy enter the kitchen Maya notices Cindy smiling at something behind her and turns around to see Ziggy standing there. Maya gets up from her seat, "Wow! You look beautiful Ziggy. But you always look beautiful to me." Maya compliments her.

Ziggy blushes, "Thank you, Maya. Are you ready to head out?" Ziggy asked.

Before Maya could answer, "Ziggy eat your breakfast that I made for you then you two can leave." Cindy tells her Ziggy listens and finishes her breakfast. Once Ziggy done the two girls thank Cindy for the breakfast and leave the house. Maya unlocks her car and Ziggy opens the passenger door and sits down and closes the door. Maya sits in the driver's seat and closes the door. She starts the car and pulls out of the driveway and drives to were the Carnival is at.

Nick POV

I'm going to my room when I see Will leaving his room, he notices me and furrows his eyebrows.

"What are you doing here? I thought you were going to spend the day with Maya?" He asks confused, "I was but Aunt Allison wanted to spend the day with Maya." I replied forgetting the lie I told my parents yesterday that I was going to spend the day with Maya. When Maya was really going to Shadyside to spend the day with Ziggy.

"Where are you going?" I asked changing the topic.

"Why do you want to know where I'm going?" Will asked avoiding my question, "Because I'm your older brother and I need to know where you're going so, I can prevent you from doing anything that will get you in trouble." I sternly replied, crossing my arms on my chest.

Will chuckles and walks toward me till were face-face "Do you mean prevent a repeat from happening or Ziggy and her family from getting hurt." Will said and I narrow my eyes. "Don't worry I'm keeping my promise I made to Maya. I won't harm Ziggy and her family. Now excuse me, I'll be going." Will smirks as he goes downstairs.

Third POV

They finally arrived at the booth were Maya paid for both tickets. Maya bought two tickets that cost $15 dollars. The two then started walking around looking for interesting games. As they were walking around, Ziggy spotted a stuff cat. Maya noticed that Ziggy stopped walked and looked where Ziggy was staring and noticed the stuff cat. "Come on, I'm going to win you the stuff dog!" Maya determined. Ziggy smiled and they both walked to the game booth.

Maya approached the booth of soda pop toss and paid the employee $10 and given three tries. Maya was then handed five rings, "Okay, to play the game you to ring one soda with a matching color ring.
Remember: The goal of this game is to ring ONE Soda with a Matching Color Ring!" The employee explained.

"You can do it, Maya!" Ziggy cheered.

Maya smiled at Ziggy's encouragement towards her. She then faced the soda bottles and focused on them. She then tossed a ring, and it landed on a soda. Maya then smirked and once again tossed a ring and it landed on the bottle, she then tossed the rest and it ended with the same result. In the end Maya won the game and picked a dog as her prize. Maya then gave it to Ziggy who smiled at Maya winning her a prize. Ziggy hugged Maya and was about to kiss her on the lips but stopped. When she remembered that they're in public. Ziggy let go of Maya and looked at the cat and then at Maya who is smiling at her.

"Thank you, Maya. I love it!" Ziggy said, "You're welcome, Ziggy. Today is our day and all I want is for you to be happy and enjoy our special day." Maya told her as she carried the cat for Ziggy.

Maya and Ziggy then went to food booths, Maya decided she'll settled for a corndog. Maya looked over at Ziggy who was trying to decide between two things. "What are you debating on getting?" Maya asked. "I kind of want a corndog, but I also want cotton candy." Ziggy said debating what to eat.

"Two corndogs and one cotton candy please." Maya ordered pulling her wallet out to get her money ignoring Ziggy protests at Maya paying for her. Maya handed Ziggy one of the corndogs and handed her the big bag of cotton candy. "I'm paying for everything tonight, Ziggy, like I said this is a special night for us!" Maya said as the two left the booth the two sat down in an empty table and ate their food. Ziggy shared her cotton candy with Maya.

"Let's go play some of those carnival games, I'm going to win big prizes." Maya said and held Ziggy's hand.

The rest of the day was Maya and Ziggy trying to win prizes and rollercoasters, some which were hard to convince Maya to ride but gave in when Ziggy looked at her with puppy eyes as she pouted. It was almost time for the carnival to close. The two agreed to ride the Ferris Wheel before they left.

Maya and Ziggy were now in their seats waiting for the Ferris Wheel to move. The Ferris Wheel now started moving and Maya and Ziggy were on the top of the Ferris Wheel. When it stopped moving. They heard that it stopped working and are now trying to fix it.

Ziggy looked at the view that showed the whole Carnival, "It's beautiful, seeing the view from here at night." Ziggy said then looked at Maya, "But what makes it even more beautiful is seeing you right here in this view. Makes it impossible to look away." Ziggy complimented making Maya blush making Ziggy smirk at getting Maya to blush.

"This has been the best day." Ziggy leaned in a kissed Maya on the cheek, "Thanks, Ziggy, I'm glad you had fun today."

Ziggy laid her head on Maya's shoulder and interlaced their hands with smiles on both their faces.

Ziggy lifted her head off Maya's shoulder and sees her gazing at her.

"What?" Ziggy asked Maya shook her head, "It's nothing." Maya assured her but Ziggy didn't believe her.

"C'mon tell me, whatever it is I won't judge, I promise." Ziggy promises and sticks out her pinky making Maya playfully roll her eyes, but she gives in, and pinky promises.

Maya interlaced her hand with Ziggy, "I know we haven't been dating long but I want you to know this. Never in a million years did I think I'd find someone so utterly and completely perfect, someone who would make me happier than I ever dreamed I could be; someone that would touch my life so profoundly and just give me a whole new reason to breathe. But then I found you and realized that everything I anticipated you to be doesn't even compare to who you are. I'm in love with you, Ziggy."

Ziggy stares at Maya in shock she didn't expect for Maya to confess she loves her. Maya began to grow scared at Ziggy being silent. Maybe she should've kept her mouth shut? What if Ziggy doesn't feel the same way and breaks up with her?

"Maya..." Ziggy began, "You found parts of me I didn't know existed and in you I found a love I didn't believe was real. I need you because you make me laugh more than anyone else and I'm the best me when I'm with you and because when you're gone nothing feels right until you return. I love you, Maya Goode."

The two slowly pressed their foreheads together, breathing each other in. They stayed that way for a while, they slightly pulled apart and smiled at each other. The two glanced down at each other pushing aside the risks that they might get caught kissing each other they both leaned in, and their lips met in a sweet earnest kiss. It wasn't a kiss fueled by desire, it was simply a kiss that conveyed all of their love and emotion to each other.

Maya pulls away, "There are some moments you know you can remember, and this is one of them." Maya whispers and lean forward and passionately kiss Ziggy on the lips pouring the love the two felt for each other.

After their date was over Maya drove them to her house since Ziggy was staying the night. Once Maya closes her bedroom door Ziggy eagerly kisses Maya, this unbearable urge was building inside of them both. Maya hands moved to Ziggy waist. Ziggy pulled away gasping for breath and staring into Maya's blue eyes, completely and utterly fascinated by Maya who stared longingly at her.

I love you." Ziggy whispered, her eyes dropping to Maya's lips. "I love you, Ziggy." Maya replied smiling and crashed her lips on Ziggy again, bringing Ziggy's hips to meet Maya's and she could feel Maya pulsating desire rubbing against her. Ziggy knew about Maya having a penis because she told her Maya didn't want to keep it a secret from Ziggy despite being afraid that Ziggy will want nothing to do with her and didn't view her differently. But Ziggy accepted her. Ziggy groaned at the feeling, looking at Maya surprised but with a cheeky smirk.

Maya removed a strand of hair from Ziggy face, as she let a small chuckle, shaking her head in disbelief as Ziggy gaze stared at Maya with complete love and desire only for Maya. She leaned to kiss Maya again, passion overwhelming her; this felt too right, she wanted more of Maya. Ziggy pulled Maya over to the bed, gently pushing her on the bed. Ziggy hovered over Maya and kisses her. Maya's hands trailed down Ziggy body before she stopped at the hem of Ziggy shirt. One of Maya's hands slipped under Ziggy shirt and ran up her stomach before it rested over Ziggy bra. Maya flipped Ziggy over now Maya was on top while Ziggy laid on the bed.

Ziggy stroked her thumb on Maya cheek and leaned in to kiss him. Maya grabbed Ziggy hand and stopped Ziggy from kissing her.

"Ziggy... are you sure?" Maya ask wanting to make sure Ziggy is fine and doesn't regret it in the end.

"Yes." She whispered almost immediately.

Ziggy lifted Maya's shirt and throwing it on the floor and unclasped her bra. Maya did the same to Ziggy dropping her shirt and bra making the pile of clothes on the floor grow bigger. Maya kissed every exposed part of Ziggy body that she could as Ziggy hands tangled in Maya's hair. Maya kissed Ziggy neck, finding sensitive spots in so many places and focusing on them, she couldn't figure out how Ziggy reacted so boldly to her every touch, writhing beside her. But she chalked it up to their indescribable chemistry because the fact was her every moan made Maya pulsate in pleasure and every touch from her made Maya's entire body shiver, Ziggy started placing kisses on Maya's shoulders and collar bone, making Maya's body trembled. It was impossible how much Maya and Ziggy felt for each other all at once, it was almost too much to handle.

The two made love and didn't regret being each other's first time.
