This first tip is just a quick and easy collage. This is mostly for people who have never used picsart before. Don't worry, it'll get easy once you know how to use it. Open your picsart app and go to collage.

Next, add your photos:

If you want, you can play around with the width of the border and the color. It should look like this;

Next, tap the arrow on the top right corner of the page:

After doing so, you should land on a page that looks like this;

Add your text, and you're done! Just press the arrow again and click save.
