The losers club are outcasts, that's pretty clear. So if your OC is part of the club, unless you have some other reason, they should be outcasts as well. And something I see a lot in fics is the OC getting outcasted for NO REASON AT ALL.

When you do that, it looks lazy and rushed. The reason the OC is outcasted can be stupid (like they're too nice or they have a crooked nose idk) but at LEAST make a reason at all. Some reasons besides what the losers are already outcasted for can be--

1. Mental Illness 

2. Sexuality

3. Attitude

4. Economic State

5. Height

6. Physical Apperance 

And for the love of Mike Hanlon, if you're going to write bullying, make sure you depict it correctly. Ask a friend or read some articles, but it always be accurate in what you write.
