Giselle stood over Lola's right shoulder, the angel, "I think you should go." She encouraged. "See what he's got to say, y'know? What's the worse that could happen?"

And over her left shoulder, "Nah." The devil, her "I personally think that motherfucker got nothin' good to say." Destiny poisoned the redhead's mind.

"You said he wanted to apologize?" She questioned, turning to the devil on her left shoulder.

Destiny nodded, "But ion know. He didn't look like he learned from his mistakes." and shrugged.

"Everyone deserves a second chance!" Giselle chimed, as if a real halo hovered above her head. "You never know what was going on in his mind."

This was a dilemma Lola was begging to be released from. She sighed, falling back on her pillow, eyes red, just like her frizzy curls. She massaged her temples while the other two watched her decide. Or at least fail at deciding. "I don't know- I mean, what could he possibly say that he hasn't already said?"

"Exactly!" Destiny snapped.

Though, Giselle disagreed. "You didn't really let him speak though, so technically, there could be a lot he needs to get off his chest."

"Girl, why you defending him?" Destiny rolled her eyes, poking her friend in the arm cheekily.

In her defense, Giselle really wasn't taking sides. "I'm just saying! We saw the way Margot pushed him back. He was clearly drunk... Didn't know what he was doing."

"He was drunk, not possessed." Destiny countered.

The redhead groaned between her bickering friends. "I don't know! I need to take a shower and like- think about it for a while." There was more Lola wanted to think about. Like Charlie. He'd been on her mind. Not for any suspicious reason, other than she felt bad. Sure, she didn't get to witness it -due to being fatigued the whole second half of homecoming-, but Destiny and Giselle made sure to explain it in full detail. It didn't surprise her. Jungkook was the type to smash glass against someone's head. Especially if that someone was Charlie. And yet, a voice in the back of her mind told her to go see him. On the other hand, she was scared. Does Charli remember that night? Does he remember her red heels? And if he did, what would she tell him? She was perplexed.

Hot water cascading down her back, Lola rotated slowly, getting all the shampoo in her hair. It took up to half an hour to rinse her locks alone, which gave her enough time to decide on two things. The first one being, she was going to visit Charlie at the hospital.

"Damn." Jungkook held his phone against his ear, impatient. "Where the fuck she at?" Margot hadn't been answering his calls since she left to get the materials for the date. It had been way too long for a trip to the Dollar Tree. She should've been back already.

Beside him appeared Penelope. Hands behind her back, a cute smile upon her devilish expression. "Who're you calling?"

Jungkook ignored the way she swung from left to right. Some sort of tactic to make him fall into her cutesy trap. He rolled his eyes instead, "Leave me alone."

"Rude." Scorning, "Just trying to talk to you." Penelope pushed.

Despite her multiple attempts to lean against him, Jungkook shoved her back. In the Campus yard, the shining right into his eyes, he stood with one hand in the back pocket of his gray cargo pants, of which the ends were tucked into his big black boots, paired with a simple white tank -something he chose to wear most mornings-. He looked hot. It was the only way to put it, and Penelope was drooling at the sight of him. Specifically over the way part of his black hair had been slicked back, while other parts were left messy, and his mullet to finish it off. She imagined pulling on it. Making him whimper her name. "Don't." Much to her dismay, Jungkook pulled her out of her thoughts.

A stern look in his face as he did. He looked away, eyes squinting in the sun, tongue pressed against the inside of his cheek. "Pick up the damn phone."

"Are you calling Margot?" She questioned. Brows raised as she looked him in his big brown eyes.

Jungkook scorned. "Girl, shut the fuck up, damn! I ain't talkin' to yo' ass."

Penelope ignored his tired demeanor. "Maybe she's back to Queens."

"What?"

"I'm just saying!" Shrugging, Penelope took a step closer to him. Reading the confusion on his face like the last page of her favorite book. "She has a tendency to leave. Maybe she just went back."

He could only scoff. Laughing breathfully, and cracking his neck. Margot wouldn't just leave. Especially not when he needs her. She stayed because Jungkook asked, and promised to help him. "Girl f'you don't leave me the fuck alone Imma get real dangerous."

Two intimidating steps and a clenched jaw was enough for Penelope to take a step back and roll her eyes. "Whatever." She crossed her arms in front of her chest, and twirled the ends of her hair around her pointer finger. "Don't blame me if she never returns."

And thus, Penelope walked away. Behind her, Jungkook stood baffled. He sighed deeply, and tried calling Margot again, but to no avail.

In Penelope's hand sat a phone, and on the screen read: Kook is Calling...
